Very hit or miss. Store is generally disorganized and staff is mostly kind. I had a problem with something I bought and repacked it for a what I thought would be a simple exchange for another item. I was told that they usually don’t take back items that have been opened and used?! It’s a $8 store brand Swiffer that doesn’t work and I have my receipt?! Anyway, after talking to the manager who was working she finally agreed to let me swap it out and then I had to provide my home address for a return with a receipt! When I asked why she said “it was a corporate rule.” I understand she doesn’t make these rules but I had a receipt and my item didn’t work. I don’t appreciate knowing that the company handles things like this. I usually go here for convenience and deals but I may just keep shopping on Amazon instead where problems with items are immediately taken care of and delivered directly to my door. Hopefully they change how they do returns.

I wish there was a Family Dollar in southern Punta Gorda. I went to this location for t bamboo pillows. They only had three. The store was good. The cashier was on a personal call while checking out. Thats just rude.

I love this park! Never a crowd and out in the middle of nature! My favorite find years ago with my 2 boys!

Found the Faygo product there but not the flavor I was seeking. Got solicited for a contribution at checkout. Hey...I go to a dollar store to save money, not to pay an extra dollar for that...a BIG percentage purchase.

Just a quick stop to get some Gatorade. A few choices. Friendly and quick cashier.

The store was dirty. Kitty litter lined the floor along the freezers, and stocking dollies blocked the aisles. Otherwise, this location had a good selection and friendly service.

Clean, clerk very helpful. Clean bathroom. Prices were great.

I am watching undercover boss Sept 17,2016 someone is not showing the truth I live in Jackson, Ms our stores in the more poorer neighborhoods are nasty, junky, poor trained mgr and employees. I got it you know the stores to show Mr.CEO!I use to love Family dollar I stopped because of all the above. You need to come down here !

The store was clean, organized and stocked. I was greeted when I walked in. The store always seems empty, there arent very many employees working there and customer service is only ok. Product questions were meet with confusion and annoyance.
