They would got 5 stars but they let me go with an empty tank. Otherwise they were fair on the price and that’s all you can ask for. Kyle was awesome and so were the managers no back and forth. We’re awesome on my trade which made the deal easy to swallow. Gas would be a nice touch and doll up could’ve been better.
I go there all the time for my car. Lenoir who works in the service department is very very good. Let you know about what time your car will be done and shes almost on the d o t. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else even though I have to drive 16 miles one way. I trust him totally.

When I picked up my new vehicle I noticed when I get home the windows inside when not clean plastic wrap was still around the headrest on the back seat scuff marks on the door on the driver side the interior the manager called he didnt like the comments on the survey he gave me a time he said he would pick up the car personally at 9:00 on October 4th 2021 eventually he did not show up and it wasnt even scheduled another lie to me
Purchased a used vehicle and sales person was great! Problem was the vehicle smelled like smoke and there was a crack in the windshield. We were told they would take care of getting the vehicle detailed which would help remove the smoke smell and would fix the windshield. They failed to do both as the Sales Manager Santino apparently told the service guy to not fix it. I requested Santino to call my wife and never did. Sent an email to the General Manager Bill to call my wife and never called or acknowledged my email. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from here and we will never buy from Gettel Lincoln again. It is unfortunate as we bought a vehicle from a different Gettel and had great customer experience. I DO NOT need a response from Gettel at this point as you failed to provide us with customer service at the time.
We bought our car there several months ago and still have not received our license plate from them. Called many times about it, but still don’t have it.

Spoke with the internet sales team in regards to a used vehicle they were selling. We were driving 2.5 hours from Ft. Lauderdale, so we had a video sent to us and worked out the price ahead of time. Took a day off work to drive over to purchase, and when we got to the dealership to see the vehicle, it was beat up pretty badly. None of the issues were shown in the video or pictures and nothing was shared ahead of time. The paint was chipped everywhere, rust marks, broken features on the inside that no one told us about. It was very obvious the car wasn’t well cared for. We buy all our vehicles used so we know that things won’t be perfect and can be cleaned up, but this was downright disrespectful.
We were met with enthusiasm. Our time with Kyle was friendly and professional. All paperwork was explained. Test drive was informative and enjoyable. Financial paper work was also done quickly and easily with Mr. Cruz.
I wish I could say my experience was good. We bought a car cash- so you would think it would be an easy process but it was not. The amount of time they leave you sitting and waiting is ridiculous. We bought a used 2019 Lincoln MKC when we arrived for pick up it was still dirty. After my request to have it re cleaned they did do a very nice job. The gas tank was only a quarter full and I was told “we don’t fill the tank on a used car” I paid $685 for license plate fees to be given a tag that expires 11/21. For a car I purchase 3/10/21.
I went to Gettel Lincoln to look at a couple of cars I saw on sale on cars.com. Bashar Badra was our sales associate and I have to tell you he was one of the most patient understanding sales associates I have ever worked with. Bashar treated us like family and it was a wonderful feeling. I highly recommend everyone who reads this to ask for him as your sales associate. You won’t be disappointed .

Be sure to have your cell phone in your hand and charged when you go to gettel Ford. Be sure that you have Kelley Blue book app open on your phone and make sure that you write down or take a picture of the VIN number off of the car that you test drive and when you set down to the desk you make sure they dont try to rip you off for $4,000 more than Kelley Blue book value because they will. They will show you three to six garbage cars and when you say no theyll bring you one that has all the bells and whistles but itll be 4 to $8,000 more than Kelley Blue book. And to top it all off if youre standing there with a check in your hand from your bank thats pre-approved theyre going to run your credit through six to eight other agencies because thats what predatory lending gettel Ford does.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The team at Gettel Lincoln really delivered. I found them while looking online for another vehicle and with there not being too many options in this area, I was willing to give them a try. Driving for Lehigh Acres was worth it! Getting a great deal, and even some extras, was what I left with. The sales manager Russell was phenomenal, he was knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at home. Adam was good but you can tell he is still getting vetted to the position, he was nice. And the manager Santino was friendly and helpful even when I made a tough bargain. Finally, Pablo was thorough and informative when I signed my documents and made me feel at ease as I knew exactly what was going on as I signed. Thank you again to this awesome team! I will say this buying experience was different, the first day was great. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We sat there for over 3 hours, we didn’t get the car we original went in for but we did decide on something else being told everything works 100% it goes through an intense inspection or it wouldn’t be on there lot. We took there word for it, ( our fault) we start to sign paper work and then then let us know we have to come back the following day to finish paper work, who wants to buy a car and not even get to take it home that day. Anyways we go and pick the car up to find out the DVD player doesn’t work WHEN THEY TOLD US IT DID. They said they couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything for us; so I asked about the return policy as soon as I asked, Russell got in touch with me stating they will get the van into service and see what they can do, well it was all a lie they just kept us on our toes thinking they were going to help us Russell called me at least 6 times in one day telling me things after things only so I wouldn’t return in my heart I thought they were going to be honest and fair and help with the lie they told us. here I am today no phone call and it’s day 3 so I can’t return the car which again is my fault but I thought this was a honest company but beware I wouldn’t buy, don’t just look at google reviews please look at yelp. We had vinny and russel. Stay away!Rodriguez family.

We were introduced to the people working in the service department, but because of Gettel’s excellent policy regarding pick up/leaving a loaner/drop off, we knew we wouldn’t see those guys very much at all! We love our Corsair and would readily recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Lincoln.
Where to begin? Purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata, which turned out to have the following obvious issues:Burned out headlightCracked radiator (cheap fluid used, guessing it was to keep topping it off to hide the problem until a sale could be made)Inoperative license plate lights (were super glued in, got me pulled over)In addition to these issues, there was approximately $1500 in routine maintenance that was not performed. This included but was not limited to: brakes, brake fluid, and transmission fluid. The total bill the Hyundai dealership across the street quoted me at $2200, even before I found out about the radiator. The inspection they performed on this used car seems like it was either extremely lacking, or not done at all. I understand any used car can have a few gremlins, but this was ridiculous. Don’t waste your money

Shady dealership at best. I found a truck online that I liked and negotiated the out the door sales price before I got there without trade. I arrived at the dealership and test drove the truck, it was everything as described. They asked if I intended on training in my vehicle, I told them I intended to as long as the price was fair. They came back with a $4,000 offer for my car in which the KBB trade in value at fair condition was almost double that so I naturally declined the offer. They gave me some typical shady salesman reason that KBB is only in it for the consumer and all their values are overinflated.Since I declined their offer for the trade-in, they added $1,300 to the sales price of the vehicle in which we had already agreed on purchase price. $1,000 was for trade in assistance credit which they never told me about and $300 because I would be getting a new tag as opposed to transferring a tag. By the way, my tag and registration fees were already at $500 plus before so they were now at $800 plus. Maybe I am wrong but $800 plus for tag and registration seems high. Anyhow, after the embarrassing trade offer and additional fees to what we had already agreed upon, I decided to leave the dealership. After discussing with my wife, I turned around and went back to the dealership to buy the truck only without trade-in even thought it was $1,300 more than I had negotiated. As soon as I returned, the salesman approached me and told me that they accepted a deposit on the truck and it was no longer available for sale! This was literally 10 minutes max after I had left and if you havent been to this dealership, it is smaller and there wasnt anyone there the entire time I was there. I was shell shocked at best since again there wasnt anyone at the dealership the whole time I was there nor when I returned. After thinking about it more, I believe they had this backup offer from someone online that was a much better offer which is why they had initially agreed upon with me so low balled me on trade-in and changed the priced we already agreed upon. Again shady at best, typical old school car buying process where they change/manipulate different aspects of the deal (trade in assistance credit, finance assistance credit, etc.) to take advantage of buyers.

Drive 3 hours to be told the vehicle you called about and want to see is sold right as you get there isnt fun to hear. I know you will take a guaranteed sale over a potential one, but maybe dont tell someone to come out if you cant at least hold the car for the day. Im sure they are great if you are local, but being told youre SOL and nothing can be done is frustrating.

I came to Gettel after finding a truck they had advertised online. I met with Thomas Welchman as my salesman and he took real good care of me. I came in there with not knowing what to expect for my trade or what the outcome would be. Tom managed to take care of everything. He took me out to test drive the truck and walk me through everything the truck offers for features. After talking to different dealers, and going to different dealers, we were able to get her the car that she needed at Gettel Lincoln. They went way above your average dealer. Everything went fairly smooth and Alex was great. The infused aroma in the Lincoln dealership was extremely overpowering and have me a migraine. When the tell you they are going to DETAIL your car for you, DO NOT expect much. You get a better wash at a drive through and they must use rags with wax on them to clean the inside windows. Complete waste of my time to have to wait for this so called service.

Bought a used MKZ and paid cash. It took forever to get the title. They did not honor the free oil change. Did not receive the $25 gift card as promised. I thought it was a good place at time. But when trying to get what was promised, found it was a joke. Nothing but a sham, will not be returning. Buyers beware, no different than any other dealership. Never again

Horrible experience. Don’t waste your time visiting this dealership. Drove an hour up from Naples to see a car. Within minutes of making an appointment they jacked the price up $2k. I was able to make a deal, sign the paperwork, left a $500 deposit but requested that an inspection to be done. Once the inspection was done and the car came back with a clean bill of health… They sold the car out from underneath me to someone else who offered more.Shady business ethics. Check reviews on other sites and you’ll see the same. Mr. Gettel is running an unethical business. He should really spend some time in this dealership and clean house.Thinking about calling Lincoln to discuss what happened. I think they should know this dealership is tarnishing the brand.Go to Naples Lincoln… Now there’s a company that knows how to treat a customer well. It’ll be worth your drive.RESPONSE TO GETTELS REPLY: I signed the “We Owe/ You Owe” you claim I refused to sign. It was signed. Further proof Gettel is a crooked operation. The car I was interested passed inspection and was given back to the dealer at 11 o’clock. I got a call from the salesman at 2 o’clock in the afternoon for hours later that the car was sold over his lunch hour. Beware Buyers. Avoid the games they play at Gettel. I royally had a car pulled out from underneath me with nothing but lies to substantiate why they did it.
Buyer beware! Spent the better part of a day corresponding with Amanda in the internet sales department about a 2019 BMW X3. We agreed at 5:27 pm that I would be there the next morning to buy the car if it was as pictured. The next morning I sent a note to Amanda that I was on the way at 8:19 a.m. and would be there at 10:00 a.m. as promised. Drove 1 1/2 hours one way only to find they had sold the car the night before. As I drove the other 1 1/2 hours back home without the car, I wondered if there was really a car at all or did they just want me to look at their Lincolns. Ive read about this but never experienced it myself until now. No regard for anyones time.
This is a night mare, unbelievable, they dont deserve one star at all.my car is in perfect condition, but the warranty was about to expire, so I took it to the dealer to check in case of something needs to be done. How ever after 2 weeks for an appointment we drooped my car and they told me my car needs a new battery they want to charge me $ 180.00 and that when they connected the computer and she said it has a lot of codes that need attention, I was surprised it needs a battery, since this battery is only 6 months old. The lady told us the car didnt started. We went to another place to purchase a battery less expensive and when we got in there we use the spare key and the car started immediately. THEY ARE THEFTS and want your money for no reason unscrupulousness business and should be reported. No integrity what so ever.After this I read the reviews and they dont do anything more than..... thank you for your business they care less for our business and want to rob from the customers!!!I guess they do not get enough money from the warranty work, WHO KNOWS!Should have known better then to wait the time that I did, they said they were to busy and when we got there we was the only customer for the 45 minutes that I was in there.Please Mathew McConaughey tell me what dealer should I use?????
I have been going to Gettel Lincoln for a few years. It was where i bought me car. Always had good service at the service center. However, this time around I did NOT have a good experience... probably the worst. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took them TWO HOURS! No on bothered to tell me why it took so long. I could do an oil change and rotation in 45min but they couldn’t. The lady Denise who helped me was very rude to me compared to the way she treated other customers. They forgot to reset my car and the sticker to remind for the next oil change. Also, the oil change is very over priced especially if I have to wait two hours and receive poor customer service.

The sales people are not pushy, and very nice and professional. Their internet department is excellent and will work hard for you to make sure you get the best experience. Bought a 2015 Chevy Camaro on Friday December 27th didn’t get to take it home until Tuesday December 31. They put gas in it for me then it wouldn’t start. Finally got it to start, took it back there two days later January 2nd to fix it. Didn’t work, I got gas wouldn’t start. They ordered a part I waited a month emailed Bill Finocchiaro found out the part was lost. Brought it in to get fixed. Got gas still wouldn’t start they charged me $300 to work on it again still doesn’t start after getting gas.Emailed Bill Finocchiaro Never got any response. Awful dealership! Don’t go here!

Terrible dealership experience.I would give them 0-stars if I could.They advertise a car for a certain price, then I receive an emailed quote for the vehicle and it is different than the online price. So, I call to verify the price online and was told that the online price is correct. I make an appointment to see the vehicle, then when I get to the dealership I was told the price online was not the correct price.The price they presented to me at the dealership was more than my emailed quote, and they were not even willing to discuss the price. It was a take it or leave it attitude so I left.Very crooked practice!!I have bought many vehicles and this was the WORST EXPERIENCE. Never seen anything like it!I have never bought a vehicle from Gettel and now I NEVER WILL!!!!!!
Bait and switch, sleazy used car salespeople. Called multiple times to make sure the car we were interested in was available. When we got there the car apparently had been sold the night before, yeah right, but they had lots of others they could show us. Tried to call and talk to a manger and they wouldn’t even answer the phone at the dealership. Horrible. Don’t spend your hard earned money with these low-lifes.
Happy costumers. My family bought a used vehicle from them and they have great service. The vehicle is so far running great. Only thing I disliked is that they didnt point out some damages on the SUV we bought, but it was still a great buy. Plan on coming back if I ever need a second vehicle.

Snowbirds, if youre wondering whether or not Gettel Lincoln is a good place to take your vehicle for service, the answer is yes! Assistant Service Managers Joe and Denise were organized and courteous. Oil change, tire rotation, thorough inspection and exterior wash was less than $60 US as a special was on. Car was ready when promised. Great to deal with an honest service department that does not try to charge extra fees or sell extra repairs. Glad I took our vehicle in before the long drive home and plan to make this an annual routine. Was also nice to not be asked for a review :)

Recently I had an oil change and brake light replaced on my 2012 Ford Escape. I provided my own oil as I only use Mobile One oil. When I called I was told I had a 10:00 am appointment and could wait until the work was done. When I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment, and they were booking appointments into the next week. But they would squeeze me in. They gave me a ride home and would call when it was done. Later that afternoon I called and was told it was almost done and it only needed to be washed. I arrived about 45 minutes later and was told to wait as it was being washed. About 45 minutes later I asked again and after checking he said you are next in line to be washed I asked for my car unwashed. The bill for the oil change and light bulb change was over $80.00. My neighbor who has the same car has his service done at the Ford dealer in Port Charlotte. He was charged $49.00, including oil, and they rotated the tires. By now you know this will be my last visit to Gettel. Oh and I received an e-mail asking how I liked the service in Lakewood, I believe, not Punta Gorda. R. Beck

Denise Bechtold was an amazing service advisor... from the time I dropped my Navigator off til the time I picked it up.. She treated my 2 sons wonderful... ready to trade the Navigator in this month and I wouldn’t even consider not going with Gettel!!!
I had cash to buy a used vehicle on their lot, but the internet price was $2000 lower than the posted window price. I was told that I had to finance and/or trade in a vehicle to get the internet price. No cash? Really?

$ 80 for an oil change and tire rotation!Thank goodness I was able to use a couponwhich brought the cost to $ 60. Yes, the carlooked nice after being washed, but it tooknearly two hours of waiting on it... I madean appointment in advance, too. I wasnt awalk-in. Yes, it was synthetic oil, but $ 80!
The best service we have ever received was from Joe in the Service Dept. today. He definitely knows how to treat a customer.

This is the way a service department SHOULD be run. They do a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. I dont know what else anyone could ask for ... I am a lifelong fan of Lincolns and as long as Im driving a Lincoln, this is where Ill go for service !!!
Joe Fox is always so nice and welcoming and answers all my questions. Repairs are done on time, a car is always offered if I need it, and there is a comfortable waiting room if needed. Thank you Joe and staff!

First time I took the car in for oil change when it came back all electronics were erased. First they denial any fault then they agreed that mechanic disconnected the battery for not reason.Second visit for oil service they gave me a clean bill of health on the battery three days later the battery was dead. I called and they assured that they checked the battery. When the towing service opened the battery cover the post was totally corroded. So they obviously did not look at the battery. If they can not perform an oil change I would not recommend them for any other service.
