Lily Rivera is a gem! She hemmed the silver sequin evening gown I used for my wedding dress, added a classy slit, added bustle hooks that made it bustle elegantly, and made me a silver tulle draped veil with clear sequins here and there to catch the light (her creative idea). Everything went smoothly, even a change she did for me the same day I went to pick it up! I will be bringing the dress back to also have her switch it to a cocktail dress now that the wedding is over. I cant wait to see how she beautifies it into a cocktail dress! I wish there was a spot here to leave a picture, but I will find a way to leave it on fb or something. I love it!

Finding Lily was an absolute dream. She brought my vision to life and included details I didnt even know I wanted. The entire process from sketching, to saying yes to the fabric (fabric selection), to my (virtual) dress reveal and fitting (pandemic bride here!), to my final fitting was such a fun process.What made the process extra special for me is that Lily was just as invested in my dress as I was. Wow! I needed last minute, basic alterations on a bridesmaid dress and called Lily and she got me in asap. I was able to get my alterations back within a week and for an extremely good price. Lily is super nice, her shop is clean and super cute and she produces high quality work. She even let me look at some of the dresses she designed and sewed herself! They were beautiful. Lily was a wonder to work with. I had her alter a wedding dress I had purchased online as well as my mother’s dress. I was so happy with her work and prices I had all my girls go there for bridesmaids alterations and my mother in-laws dress. We also used her for tux rentals, was so easy to have it all done together. Only issue was the book we used for ordering didn’t say the suits were slim fit so a few pieces needed to be re ordered and altered. But she was on top of it and got it all ready when we needed. She genuinely wants every client to look and feel their best. And the dresses she designed herself are gorgeous if I hadn’t already found the perfect dress I would have definitely considered one of hers.

Lily has only been in her new shop for a week. I was there on her first day, as I needed a bridesmaid gown altered. Needed it shortened, taken in, and the shoulders tweaked. I needed them done in a hurry and she was extremely accommodating. She came to our home, pinned the pants then delivered them two days later. When I say Lily saved my bridesmaid dress, I am not exaggerating. I purchased a dress through a shop in NJ while I lived in FL. It was made to order for a wedding and went to get my measurements and sent them to the bridal shop. Somewhere from my measurements to the shop they messed up the production of my dress and I was on my own to get it fixed. I was recommended by someone to contact Lily. We texted and I showed her pictures of what the dress looked like and what it should really look like. Lily made my wedding dress so special! My original dress was lost to the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy so I was forced to go shopping a second time, but this time without my family and friends. I found my dress at a poorly lit boutique in Sarasota. I definitely didnt have that this is the dress moment I had with my first dress. My dress is a lace appliqué highly detailed dress. I was so nervous to have someone alter it and leave a seam line. Lily explained to me the process and I knew immediately I was in good hands. I told her what I had imagined the dress of my dreams to look like and there in front of her mirror the dress I had always dreamed of appeared as she pinned it up around me.
