I had to get a balance/rotate plus brakes done. I went to the TK over in Deep Creek on Sandhill. The manager, Mike, is an awesome guy who really cares about his customers and their vehicles. Any time Ive gone in there,, Ive been treated amazingly.. Mike made sure I was squared away and answered any questions I had, even the dumb ones. Tire Kingdom on Sandhill, you guys do great work! On Thursday July 29th I found a small screw in my rear tire. I took my car to Tire Kingdom. I was told it would be around two hours before they could get to it and $34 to fix. I said fine and left the car and told them I would be at Applebees having lunch. While there I got a call that they couldnt find the key to the lug lock and had looked in the glovebox and console. I told them it was in the glove box in a zippered case. They called back said they found it and would have the car done soon. I went back over as the car was being finished up. When I went to settle up they told me no charge and since no charge I got no ticket or receipt. I went to my car proceeded to go in the glovebox and it was sprung and not working. I went in and asked why and was told it was that way when they got it. I tried it a few more times. No its not working. This is a Cadillac electronic door release glove box with a button on the dash. They demonstrated to get the lug key out they forced the door partially open. Now its going to be about $800. to fix. Im sure these are fine tire people and can do a fine job. However they have covered there mistake well. It is fixed so I cant even prove I was in there, no ticket no receipt. I got a no charge tire repair and a bill from GM for about 800. Even the GM people could see what happened. That door was working fine. I wont be back to Tire Kingdom. Not because they dont do good work. They lack honesty and integrity. I know it and now you know it.

My car has been at Goodyear, Bmw, and I received the best service from Tire Kingdom.

Stopped in for a quick repair and was heading home in just 3-4 minutes. Definitely couldnt beat the price. Ill head there first for the next set I purchase and would recommend anyone looking for new treads to give them a try.

My husband went in to get an oil change and he was supposed to get a tire rotation with that oil change. But they told him they wouldnt rotate his tires because his tires were in such bad shape and that they wouldnt sell him tires either until he got all four shocks replaced. The car only has 30,000 mi on it and I had a hard time believing that all four shocks were bad. So I took it to my trusted mechanic who looked at it and said the shocks were fine. I did want to get new tires because it had the noisy Jeep tires and I wanted a normal highway tire. Tire kingdom did offer a pretty good price on tires so I went back to get just the tires but the guy there Hector I believe was his name would not believe that my mechanic said the shocks were fine. He kept badgering us about the shocks and we told him we just wanted to get the tires done. We told him wed be back but headed straight over to Firestone. Where we got a better tire at the great price.The manager at Firestone also looked at the shocks and also said the shocks were in great shape. Not sure if the guys at tire kingdom work on commission and are trying to pad the bill. But after talking to many of my neighbors on the next door app I found that many people had the same experience at this store. We will never do business with them again.

I was on the road traveling realized I had a tire that was low tried to get air at two different gas stations both didnt have air. Luckily I saw the tire Kingdom sign and pulled in the owner or manager went out of his way to get me air filled all four of my tires if I live closer I would give him all my business 👍

Took over a day to patch tire & then the tire was 1/2 full of air #30 instead of#60

Quick as a walk in. Sat in the comfy chair. TV is there if thats your thing but I stopped watching TV 2 years ago. I just did my texting and social media while I just chilled, looking up every now and then. Can see your vehicle up on the lift and the tech doing his work. I chilled and had coffee I got prior and squared my transaction away and went about my way.

If you need tires balanced, this is the place to go. I went to Gettel first because I have a GMC truck, what a mistake. My vibration in the tires was worse then when I went in. So I went to Tire Kingdom on Sandhill. I was in and out in about 25-30 minutes with all tires re-balanced. There were great! Their equipment is new and no vibration at Interstate speeds. 5 STARS!

Great staff, very good service. Prices are average to a bit high for me. But I think cars should be $10,000. I am a bit older.

After spending over $1,200+ On their recommended tires back in 27 May 2020, and keeping up with the balancing and rotations with this very same store, here I am just a shy of 9 months later having to replace the tires because of the Inferior AND Expensive tire they’ve recommended. Anyways, they told me the warranty is covered, but the tires they installed less than a year ago was discontinued that they recommend some Michelins but they are more expensive. BTW their warranty doesn’t cover installation, balancing, and they want you to purchase a new warranty?!? So I scheduled to get the problem taken care of, and when I got to the shop as scheduled, come to find out they never placed the order!? What a waste of time and money. This place is unorganized, product, balancing work and overall workmanship is inferior in my honest opinion and this reflects negatively on the store manager due to lac of oversight. I do not recommend going to this shop. 👎🏽👎🏽

5 stars for the tires, 1 star for the shop.I got the CooperTires Evolution Tours for my daughters Optima. Excellent tire. Smooth ride, stable freeway speeds, and excellent rain tire.However....Ive been buying tires for a very long time. Be very careful with this location. I got a price for 4 tires at $383. When we got there the total was over $580. Im partially responsible for not looking at the fine print on their website that says Taxes and fees not included The price was for the tires ONLY. I was a bit perturbed at the $200 increase. Im aware that most tire shops add fees, but that was crazy. Just make sure you get an out the door price before hand. Ironically, after I raised a stink, the price went down $100.00. Go figure.Also, as I usually do, after getting the tires installed I checked the tire pressures just off their property before I drove home. LF was 40.5, LR was 41, RF was 34, and RR was 34.5 I see this all the time, thats why I check them. How good is a tire shop that cant even put the correct tire pressures in the tires? THATS WHAT THEY DO!!One more thing...that same day, I replaced the the front brakes. They definitely did not torque the lugs correctly. I had a heck of a time getting a few of the lugs off. WAY too tight. Ive always worked on my own vehicles because I simply do not trust most car repair shops. There are some things I just cant do. Unfortunately, tires is one of them.

Good place to get your oil change. Call ahead first tho & make an appmt. Not a Quick Lube. May have to wait up to an hour without apptmt. Does excellent work!! Will rotate tires free of charge, check air filter, battery, brakes. Price is lowest Ive ever paid as long as I owned my 2002 F150. I Rate them a 5 STAR!!

This place & the people in it are fantastic! We had 2 flat tires from something spilled on the highway while on a road trip with 2 small kids. They got us taken care of and back on the road in about 40 minutes. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and everyone works masks. Great experience!

This was the absolutely best repair service I have ever experienced. We got a flat on the highway and by the grace of god this Tire Kingdom was right there. The guys took care of us right away and got us in the road in under 30 minutes. I can not give this place any better rating than is allowed on this. Recently purchased new tires at this location, the staff was outstanding and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had and even went further to explain in detail. They also took the time to explain each step/process and make sure the job was done correctly. They were all courteous and friendly. This was the place that told me I needed a tire for$295.00. Went to Firestone that had tires in stock. They took the tire off the rim and fixed a patch that I had done previously. They may free estimates but you will be buying something at TK!

He put plastic down on everything, as they are supposed to, but he also took Lysol wipes and wiped it all down after. Free air for soft tire, came back next day and it was fixed free because i got oil change. Alerted me that brakes needed replacement. Done in 30 minutes. I trust them. Friendly.
