Horrible customer service! Twice I had bad service and this is the last time. Only had boat in for an oil change and couldn’t accomplish that in a day. No call to tell me they were not working on it when scheduled the appointment days in advance. Should have taken advice from others not to go there. I would recommend taking boat anywhere else. If I ran my business like this up north I would be bankrupt!

Ive gone here for parts for my Mariner outboard engine. They usually have what I need in stock and are really pleasant to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable.Im a mechanic and dont trust many people to work on my stuff, but after dealing with these guys I would trust them to do a first rate job.

Gator Creek Marine performed service on lower unit of my boat. When I picked it up it was leaking oil from the plugs seal. I notified them and was told they were busy and I would have to wait three days. Unacceptable.

If I could give these guys more than 5-stars, I would. From the first call to Gator Marine, I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. Between Tim & Chuck, their knowledge is endless. From towing my boat to their shop to repairing and replacing the list of items needed. They even had their guy come out to buff my boat and bring the shine back. From mechanics, knowledge and detail, these guys gave me impeccable service and a fair price. I cannot say enough good about them as a pair. I highly recommend these guys for any of your boating needs!

Very positive experience with this facility. Had a problem with outdrive fluid leaking out of my lower unit. They diagnosed the problem, performed necessary repairs and had me back on the water in three days! I was really pleased with this, since I had big plans for the boat the following week. Prices seem average for a Mercruiser certified facility. Thanks guys!

These guys have been nothing but good. They are always super busy, so patience is a necessity. Tim is always a pleasure to work with and willing to help. Tyler is super nice and knowledgeable. Chuck is straight forward and knows his stuff. Together, they work wonders!

Very disappointed in workmanship and service. After spending well over $10000 on a used engine and out-drive replacement I find out a they didnt even service the lower unit causing it to fail within 6 hours of use! I was informed of this by another repair facility after Gator Creek refused to service the boat under warranty or not. Totally unacceptable service! I would strongly recommend one consider alternatives.

If I could give a negative 10 stars I would!!!! brought them my brand new glasstream with a motor problem.....first time I got charged over $200 to put gas in tank and told me there was no problem with boat....second time it sat in their lot for well over 30 days waiting on a fuel check valve that they said was bad...they never even got the check valve.....one of the employees tried to barter a stereo for his personal boat from me for payment (still not sure why I would have a bill when my boat still didnt work!!) took my boat at that point.....month or two goes by, I drop the boat off at the dealership I bought it from for the motor problem I had been dealing with for about 8 months at this point....so where do they bring my boat ???gator freaking creek!!! and guess what?? they screed him too....OVER $400 to do absolutely NOTHING!!! they dont even know what is wrong with the boat!!! GATOR CREEK IS A JOKE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! my name is Sean Scherer and I approve this message
