Stay away from this store. My doctor called in a script and they denied ever receiving this prescription. Then they promised to send a text message if they had a prescription under my name. I never received the then. I tried calling and had to fight with the telephone system just to speak with the pharmacy. It just is not worth the aggravation for a simple task.
I truly enjoy shopping for supplements, and my prescriptions! Occasionally I get lucky and get regular shopping items so thats why I enjoy shopping at Walgreens!
Had three covid test appointments Get there and told just ran out and come back in an hour. No call prior to arrival notifying us (they had a cell number). Told to come back in an hour however everyone has a job and had to make time to go get their tests done. Very unprofessional and quite appalled at the lack of professionalism from Walgreens Pharmacy staff. Always know how many appointments you have on hand and make sure you have an adequate or more amount of testing kits before your appointments arrive.
It was fine. Clean store. Easy to find things
Always a pleasant experience. Helpful and courteous.
This Walgreens pharmacy is extremely busy, or just inefficient. Each time I go, I wish I had driven the extra 1/2 hour to Cape Coral instead of spending it in the Drive-Thru line. Been going here for 6 years off and on, and it has definitely gotten worse. This time however was the kicker when my doctor switched procedures and started faxing prescriptions. The text Walgreens sent that there was an insurance problem, made me call my insurance company to find out which location was texting me and secondly, that this particular Walgreens had a different policy of filling controlled prescriptions than the other Walgreens do. I was told it would be ready the next day. They opened at 8:00 a.m. I called at 10:30.. not ready. At 12:30 I drove down and waited 45 minutes in line to find out that it was not even in the prescription lineup. Finally at 4:30 they decided I could have my prescription. I wont be back.
The pharmacy is so slow.. it’s never a fast pick up.
This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are very slow and just seem to always be congregating about things that should be simple to solve. Ive changed pharmacies so that I dont have to deal with the frustration any longer.
Great store and location! Always well stocked and friendly service!
I placed an order on Sunday, 4/18 to be picked up Monday 4/19. Received text that order was ready and to let store know when I was on my way and to also respond when I got there. The app told me to go to photo. Got there and that employee said I was at the incorrect counter, to go to the front. After waiting for customers to check out, when it was my turn the female employee looked at every bag and said no order for me. She then called the manager and when he arrived, her only words to him were “ I’m going on break now”,Good attitude !!! The manager then looked at his hand held scanner, printed out my receipt and handed me a bag WITH NO NAME ON IT !!? Needless to say wasted over 10 minutes with a store completely unorganized.I will never use her service of order online and pick up in store. THANK HEAVENS I DIDNT ASKFOR CURBSIDE PICKUP !!!
Walgreens is Walgreens !! If youve ever been to one you know what im sayin. Friendly but busy staff.
The employees are much more customer service oriented than in the past years, however, the music is cranked up way too high.
Very disappointed. I was trying to use the kiosk for photo printing. It was not pulling up my photos and asked for help. The guy behind the counter just said it should pull it up automatically and if it f didn’t work then I had no photos on my thumb drive. I kept telling him he was wrong and there were pictures on the thumb drive. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. I had a hard time believing the manager could be that rude and If he really was the manager. I left and went down to the Walgreens 5 miles down the road. Everything worked fine and I got my prints. I went back to the first Walgreens and talked to him again and told him he needed to check his machine because I thought there was a problem and he actually said thank you and walked away. Originally he offered me no help and I was mad when I walked out of there. So was the gut behind the photo counter really the manager ? I have my doubts.
Like the fact they are a drop off for FedEx
The old guy who is a “manager” there needs urgent customer service training, I go ahead there often and I saw how a guy who probably comes only for season to Florida was treating horrible to a young guy who works there, between Andrew and the guy from North both humiliated the young man, Andrew to make the guy happy, fired the young guy, Andrew please go home, is not necessary please your customers doing that, very disrespectful. So sad
This place is really great! I was out of town for nearly a year and mostly the very same employees were there when I got back. I dont find that in many retail businesses. Those employees are proud of their store and it shows!FULL DISCLOSURE: I am not personally involved with ANY employee of ANY Walgreens store or office at ANY level.
Pharmacy needs to be expanded to make room for more employees. When snowbirds are here and sometimes off-season the lines are huge. I think they should close the drive-through. It really slows the process down. A big problem seems to be Drs forgetting to send electronic scripts in a timely manner. That computer system runs slow!! Most of the workers are hard working and dedicated.
Beware of the prescriptions being filled. My vet called in a prescription for prednisone for my dog. It was supposed to be a half a tablet twice a day for 14 days then half a tablet once a day until recheck.Walgreens filled it as 1 tablet twice a day for 14 days then 1 tablet every other day until recheck. How do you screw this up? I had no idea it was wrong because it was called in. I called the vet because of the major side effects in my dog. This could have been very bad if it was a different type of medicine. My dog was overdosed for 4 days!! I will not use this pharmacy again!! They do not pay attention to what they are doing and it could cost somebody their life!!!
Rafael was so Rude I will never use this pharmacy again. I am shocked that a c.s. Employee does not have any c.s. He was so Rude!
They really need to figure out how to service their customers. Guess they figure because they are the only Walgreens in PG, they can do what ever they want.
Danielle, the pharmacys manager is great. I have a couple of confusing prescriptions and she always takes the time to push them through the insurance nightmare and make sure I get my meds. Great job!
Nice people
The pharmacy usually fills my prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner. When they do make mistakes, they rectify the issue quickly.
The pharmacist Tyler is a great worker and is very helpful. He made it possible for me to get my prescription and went above and beyond. Thank you!
Slow and arrogant
We come here regularly to fill prescriptions for our son. 7 times out of ten there is a problem and it isnt ready. They lost my debit card last week. This place sucks! We are using CVS after todays b.s.
Clean store and very well organied. Fast and friendly service. No long wait on your prescription meds.
A great friendly place 2 shop
The pharmacy is the best, the staff in the store are great.
If you have the misfortune of dealing with Danielle the crabby pharmacist beware, she loves to use the small amount of power she has to make your life difficult
People have been real friendly☺
Good service.
I had a very bad experience with this store, the manager Tatiana, is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
Excellent service!
Pleasant and professional
