The overall experience was good except for the length of time it took.

I am very disappointed with this dealerships services department. I bought my SUV there so I felt a connection for the dealership. When I had problems with my seat belts in my SUV I decided to get up and drive 35mins away from my home to have my SUV fixed. When I get there the guy was stand offish. He looks at my seat belts and was like do you have appointment. I didnt but I knew Id be there for awhile while they looked at my car. Again the guy was like well you know it will be 1:30pm before my SUV could get looked at. It felt like Im not wanted there. I ended up leaving driving to another dealership. Unbelievable! Never going back.

Good dealership with friendly and knowledgeable staff
