Be ready with the copart app before you even get there also you can schedule an appt before you get there to pick up the vehicleor drop one off

We mostly tow big stuff there and the yard is not the best quality and there is limited space to maneuver but we deal with it. They should spend some money putting some gravel down I think that will help. Staff is very friendly and helpful aswell.

Find excuses to prevent non business non commercial members to not preview. Waste of time. Last excuse was a shrug of shoulders and they (yard) will not (bother) to answer. Busy.. And I used kiosk to get a place in line..... commercial operators didnt even wear face masks, waltzed to desk, and entered......

Refuses to help with a refund. Purchased shipping, turns out they dont ship to my area. Still havent got it.

Staff was very pleasant however, theft at its finest! Even my LICENSE PLATE was STOLEN there and they are stating it wasnt on the car when towed?! Seriously?! Ive been in communication my insurance regarding my vehicle. I have reported the stolen items (rubber floor mats, tire inflator, and trunk items) as stolen from the Coparts yard. I dont know what Coparts would want with the license plate as well but to say Im upset by this is an understatement.

THIEVES! Your car will be WIPED of everything, including the license plate the moment it arrives at their location. The general manager and regional manager are also well aware of the theft ring they have going! REPORT!

DO NOT ALLOW YOUR VEHICLE TO GO HERE. I had an accident and when I got my car back over $1,000 in electronics and other items were missing from my car. When I emailed Renita Fulger (the GM) and told her what happened her response was Unfortunately, we will not take responsibility for any personals that were present in the vehicle prior to the vehicle being picked up by Copart. She then pointed the figure at the tow truck driver that they use but she refused to disclose to me who picked up my car. It seems that they have a nice little theft ring going on at this company. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Stole cash from my car and denied it! Everything was moved around and thrown everywhere. Seen the reviews after I decided to check when my stuff went missing and this confirmed it even more. Do NOT go!

Ive been in the automobile business for over 27 years and have never witnessed such ineptitude in all that time. Just getting registered was fiasco. My business partner and I spoke to three different people, of course, getting three different answers. After being told by two of those three people we were ready to go, we missed two auctions because they needed additional paperwork. Paperwork that was submitted and we refuse to resubmit.The staff at this location is unmotivated and poorly trained. This, in my opinion, reflects poor leadership. The only young lady who had a clue was fired. For what? I dont know.Fortunately, I have numerous other outlets to purchase vehicles. You should seek out others, too.

They stole the larger items in working with Bob Dixons towing, also quite the piece of work. The license plate, rubber floor mats, trunk contents including inflators, emergency kit, battery charger and inverter were never returned and they passed the buck when confronted. Note other reviewers who had the same experience. General manager Renita claims the cars arrive that way--without even the tag!

They are well organized and pretty friendly unlike some of their competitors. Thank you for your professionalism!

Don’t buy cars or transport from here. They are the worst I have ever seen totally rude and disrespectful, very disgusting. No respect for other people time. They had me waiting for an hour and nobody was there I went back to ask what was going on repeatedly and then a hour later they want to get involved after they mess up my whole time while the fork lift driver is just playing on his phone the plaxe is a joke and they all need to be fired they are way to comfortable.

Police visited this business while I was there. They were looking to see if Titles were given to Junk or Crush these cars. I told the man behind the counter if my car was stolen its Nice to Know our Police are Working Hard for our Community.

My vehicle was “totaled” by my insurance company, Copart was to contact me, fed ex documents for me to sign. Never received the documents, towed my vehicle to their lot without my signature with my personal belongings still inside, including my GPS tracker and tags. I called their national number, said they would have local personnel contact me...no contact from anyone. Filed a stolen vehicle report with the Sheriffs Dept. BEWARE, these people run a shady business!!!

Insurance company Had my car towed here for an appraisal and I get my car returned to me with all my personal belongings missing after i was almost killed in accident. I call copart and they first try to blame who had the car before them, i had the car at my house before they came and towed it, then copart tells me i should file a police report ??? Would not recommend trusting them with any vehicle you own !!!!

I don like of them is that they dont pay atention at the titles if is more than 10 years old they just put exempt, when sometimes the car is 10 or more years old but have low miles and it say actual on the title they stop and look it takes like 5 seconds ti see that and mark actual not exempt wow!

I called to let them know I was coming to collect my things from my car, and they still cleaned out my car and threw all of my property away and wouldnt show me where they threw it, and on top of it they tried blaming the towing company.
