Unfortunantly I have to say my two most recent visits have been compleatly unacceptable. I used to enjoy talks with the knowledgeable staff and the products they carry, saddly this is no longer the case. No knowledge of products available or how to pair them to work properly. Its time for me to find a new place to go. I really and truly hope the staff gets better trained on how to look up products in order to help customers. This was the last straw for me. Wishing this location a quick and speedy recovery from the lack of customer service staff provided.
Just went in to get a couple energy drinks, held the bar code towards the representative and simply asked can i just have you scan the bar code instead of touch them his immediate response was how do you think we get them in the case? as if trying to shame me for not wanting someone to touch a can that i am about to drink from, i told him obviously someone put them in there but that doesnt mean that i have to take an even bigger chance of cross contamination with even more exposer to someone touching it right before i drink from it. i dont know why your response to someone asking you to please just scan the barcode instead of grabbing the can is how do you think we get them in the case. if you want to get an attitude with customers for no reason then maybe you should do yourself and others a favor and not work in an industry that requires you do interact with people, i would fire one of my employees on the spot if i heard them insult the customer for such a simple request.
