Good old fashioned hardware store. A covienient location to get your propane cylinder refilled, buy paint, tools, nuts, bolts, specialty hardware. Expect to be treated by a knowledgeable employee as soon as you walk in. Im greater by a helper 80 percent of the time I go. They only fail when theyre swamped

I am highly impressed with the level of customer service from this store. I will happily be a return customer if I need anything pertaining to hardware. I had some seals I had to replace for my water spigot. While they didnt have the spigot itself, I was able to replace the seals, which was more cost effective. They gentleman helping me was an absolute blessing! He rendered absolutely excellent customer service by being candid and honest, treating me like he would expect to be treated.

Small store with limited selection. Prices are generally higher than other big box hardware stores. I do come here sometimes because they have an item that no one else has, but rarely.

I was at at Ashley hardware store and I was wearing a mask and social distancing and was in line at the counter there was a customer up there without a mask on, and one of the workers at the desk said Ill help you over here. I would be standing right next to the guy with out a mask on so I declined and said I would wait, his comment to me was we all got to die sometime get up here. how dare him he doesnt know my condition and why Im wearing a mask and hes such a brave man talking like that hes behind plexiglass and wearing a mask himself and the customer at the counter did not have a mask. Its a sad day when a business has an employee that has no empathy to the situation at hand you lost my business

Great place for hardware.

I usually get my LP gas tank filled up here. Great service always. And th hey usually have the little odd hardware things that Lowes doesnt have.

These guys are to the point. No dilly dallying here. Soon as you walk in theres usually someone wholl ask you what you need and they have a lot of smaller tools and supplies that are harder to find at a Lowes or Home Depot for example.

This is the only store in Pueblo that is a one stop shop for what you would expect. I went in and told them what I needed and the owner completed picking out my hole list. Try doing that at Lowes or Home Depot. You cant even fine anyone to help you.Try them, youll like it unless you like walking around lost.

Love the personalized service here. Reminds me of the old days where they help you from start to finish. I like that. Prices are good and I cant deal with Lowes and home Depot. Ive been going to this store for more than 15 years. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a very complete inventory. And if they dont have it they can tell you where to find it. Its like the hardware store I grew up with.

Went in there needing a spring for my lawnmower. Gentleman helped me find what I needed. He even let me walk out of the store twice without purchasing to see if one would fit. Customer service doesnt get any better than that.

Keeping the little guys going is enjoyable with great folks like the ones you find here.

Ashleys always has what you need and with knowledgeable friendly employees, you cant go wrong. It may cost a little more but they have speciality items that are hard to find in other hardware stores. Ashleys is a dieing breed of a store. Small, unique, friendly, almost neighborhood like store. I truely enjoy going here everytime.

I could really use a hardware store close to home but I wont shop at Ashley Hardware again. I was there 10 minutes and asked if I needed help about 6 times. Same experience last time I went in. The staff treats you like an idiot and a thief.

The people at Ashleys know what customer service is about. Unlike Lowes and Homedepot, where you have to hunt for help, you walk in Ashleys and they stop you to give their assistance. Their employees are knowledgeable in several crafts again unlike the previous mentioned stores.
