Our favorite lunch spot, Schleps, was closed for some reason so we came here instead for the first time. Their special of the day was a turkey sandwich, potato salad, and a drink for $7.99. We ordered one special to split between us.The drink cup was giant and the salad portion quite large. The turkey sandwich looked small but actually had a lot of meat. The potato salad was very good but the turkey sandwich was just OK. The sweet dressing that they used overwhelmed any turkey taste.Service was extremely quick and friendly. Since this place has been here for decades, and is in an older shopping center, the store and restaurant was quite big which was nice. Also nice was the many big windows that were very clean so it was quite bright. The facility was also clean but mildly worn and somewhat dated.We will be back.

The newer staff member here obviously is there to collect a paycheck. I would advise the other staff members that they consider retraining her. She has the potential to become greater in due time. I would give her performance a 65/100.Her areas of improvement would be: view the job as temporarily and not as a career, do not give the impression that you are bored, do not view the tasks as mundane (even if it is true), take careful mental notes on how your coworkers interact with the customers.I am a hard grader; however, I see your potential.The food rating is 88/100The price of the items here are adequate.

Restaurant is bright and clean. Staff is professional, quick, and friendly. I had the Ham Classic which comes with a pickle spear and chips. I also asked for water which is filtered from the soda fountain. I plan on frequenting this place.

Was able to pick up the most wonderful ham even though I didnt pre order (incidentally it was the Christmas season). Excellent customer service I must say even with the last minute decision on my part. A friend, who had never tasted such deliciousness from a ham, enjoyed every bite and went on to say This is why so many people said they liked it! This ham tastes so good! It is the best indeed! I will definitely be back for more! Very impressive!

Told the girl at counter what I wanted. Thank goodness I looked before I bit into the sandwich.I told her lettuce only cheese and mayo were on there. I wouldve ended up in hospital. IAM allergic to egg. I took sandwich back one was turkey on was ham. They both had been made wrong. I grabbed the wrong one and the girl in back wouldnt make the sandwich I wanted. So I ended up with 2 sandwiches I couldnt eat. 17 bucks wasted. Gave the food to homeless people. You need to hire people that listen. Did it really matter 3 pieces of Turkey instead of 3 pieces ham? I used to stop the 2 times a week.Never again

Always clean, lots of free parking, I like the ham salad sandwiches. The bread is delicious and ingredients are always fresh. Food was ready in a flash.

I go to the Pueblo Midtown Center Honey Baked Ham. Often. Their staff is the best and always do my order to perfection. I buy ham bones, loaded w meat and make red beans and rice and their 5 bean soup is of the hook !!!

I’m upset because I was just there and they told me they discontinued the turkey salad sandwich. It was my favorite sandwich! So I ordered the ham salad sandwich, I got home to eat it and it’s different than usual! The texture is like tuna and it tasted like spam. The ham salad sandwich is usually cubed meat, like the turkey salad sandwich was. I also did not get a pickle with my meal like I usually do. I’m disappointed... Bring the turkey salad sandwich back!

Placed a catering order on-line. I received a call 2 days later telling me they couldn’t do it. When I inquired as to why the response was that they had a larger catering job to do and they would t have the time. WTH?! I guess HBHCo only cares to provide their services for large parties and anything less is just a waste of their time. Unbelievable!! I guess business is just that good in Pueblo where they don’t need mine. I’m glad it happened though as Rocco’s Deli, even though they don’t have a catering service, was Far Superior and most professional. Thanks HBHCo for sucking so much! Thank you Rocco’s Deli for appreciating my small order of 20 sandwiches and sides. My small business that holds 2-4 meetings a quarter will be back!
