Had them do a S&W 45 for me that a customer brought in. They did a two part coating on it. The coating came off and is rubbing off the gun. The gun was put into a holster and carried very little, this was a keep sake from a customers father. The coating wore off the end of the slide and frame from sitting in the holster.I have tried to call them and have left messages and they will not return my call. I sent the gun to the factory to let them check it out and they told me it was not done right and that he has never attended their school so I have to get someone to re-coat it.I am going to file charges in small claims court to get my money back. Been a gun smith for over 40 years and this isnt right. I guarantee my work for life because I do it right. This man wont return your calls, but I do know where he lives, to serve him.
