My favorite grocery store ever. Clean, well organized, lots of selections for every budget, super nice hard working employees, great manager. A true joy to shop here.

Super fun store to shop at. Always an adventure. Love the floors, seems like half way threw remodeling they ran out of funds or the contractors quit. Two inch deep holes all over. Love Love Love the fabulous floral department. The orchids are to die for. Thank you for a great adventure while shopping!

Stores here in Pueblo need to be remodeled and enlarged to accommodate the growing population. Larger parking lots would also be helpful as parking is tight.

Okay for quality of food items. Prices are good for some items.Good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables here.

I went there to get my second COVID vaccine shot because Safeway was out. I didnt get it. They were rude and hateful. There pharmacy is the worst Ive ever been to. I love the store but I was treated so disrespectfully that I will not ever go back!!! They are the reason why people dont want to mess with getting vaccinated!

While not as bad as the North store this location is very crowded. King Soopers continues to torture its Pueblo employees and customers while lavishing mammoth locations on the privileged up north.

I am super glad this store is close by.They have organic produce and other organic options we like.If youre a Starbucks fan there is one located near the produce.The baked goods selection is ok. Nothing special.I do wish they had Turkey legs and whole fish here, but Im still happy with most of what they have.Also their simple truth organic seltzer water is really good! Id go just for that.Lines usually arent bad here since they have quite a few self check outs.

Update: This store has gone downhill. Poor customer service, long lines even to checkout my own items. Cant stand self checkout btw. Should put NFC tags on all of the products and charge credits upon exiting the store.I know Kroger has a low profit margin (2.9% last I checked), but its time to figure something out. I get better service in the inner city on the east coast. Now that is pathetic. You lost a customer. Rather shop at Wal-Mart where I know its self service. Prices reflect that though. Let me know when you remember where your $$ comes from..*****************Great selection for Pueblo, which doesnt have options one might have in a larger, more affluent city. I like shopping here because I can usually find what Im looking for. Store is always clean and prices are reasonable. Last time I was there, the electric cart that I was using kept quitting. Other wise, it was a pleasant experience.

This is the best place to grocery shop. Take a look at my Cheesecake page on Facebook. The complaint about the line being long at customer service because you wanted to pay bills. Looks like thats what everyone does there. Why would you need to pay there? Pay your bills on line or over the phone. Oh I know you dont want to pay sur charges. Well thats why all these people are here saving fees. Im talking about the comment down this list. These cheesecakes have nothing to do with King Soopers. They dont sell these. I do. Look me up.

Love king soopers, super slow checkout.

This is a disaster cake from the balloons to the writing to being able to physically see the cake through the frosting. There was a sliver stick like object in the A, and the decorator thought this was pretty. When we spoke with manager Sarah she said she doesnt deal with these problems the cake decorator does. Im sorry your the manager shouldnt you oversee all departments. This cake was very disappointing not a bakery we will be dealing with anymore

Newly remodeled store. This is the nicest king soopers in Pueblo. The parking lot is always full and it can be tough to find parking. The store offers local produce, has a great deli and sushi bar. The employees are always happy and helpful. This is my go to store in Pueblo for groceries.

Im only giving this star because there is nothing below. But there is a reason. I recently placed an order through the Kroger app. When you finish your order, you can place it through Instacart. Instacart and King Soopers dont work together. I didnt know this. I had someone shop for me and take my groceries. He had delivered me a bouquet of flowers instead of my groceries. I asked where it was from and he stated Instacart. The person whom wrongfully did this, goes by Clarence R. He drives a four door black luxury car. Do not click on Instacart with King Soopers. Do pickup. I had done drlivery for a while and most of tye time got my groceries. Beaware of this person and this app. (Instacart) cannot be trusted.

Used to work here in what is considered the hardest department. Work life is perfectly fine, not particularly difficult, and it was cool seeing how everything worked. Place is actually very clean (the deli is anyway, I have to say) and is better stocked, albeit WAY more crowded than Safeway. Biggest complaint is the generally poor stocking but in this region that seems to be relatively common, but all things considered this place is pretty good as far as grocery stores and places to work go.

I have been a customer of King Soopers for over 35 years and 99% of the time I shop at the store on 29th. Street. Today, though, I was on the south side of town and decided to stop at the store on Northern and I was sad that I did. I have never received bad service at the north-side store but today, at the south-side store, I had the rudest cashier I have ever met. Makes me sad because I always brag about how good customer service is at King Soopers.

Vegetables are gross, just go to Walmart which is 5 minutes away. I went today and the deli counter was beyond professional. The guy in the back just did nothing while there were customers waiting. (seems like it happens everytime). Also, when I was leaving I noticed an older woman outside pushing carts in the cold. Seems to me like the able-bodied butcher should be the one out there doing that. Just really not impressed. Dont even get me started on the online ordering. There isnt enough space in the world for me to comment on that.

The pharmacy should be sued for malpractice. They told me my prescription wouldnt be available until 4 hours from when I called it in then I went there and they said it wouldnt be there till tomorrow cause its coming from Denver then the next day I call and they said it wont be there tomorrow so I get agitated and then get a text 10 minutes later with my medicine magically being ready for 40 more dollars then what I usually pay for it, and this is all the while I already have a automatic refill set up. They all need their pharmaceutical licenses taken away for lying to their customers.

I love my King Soopers. Service isalways GREAT. Place is clean tidy, like my home. I appreciate all that Ive achieved throughout my life. The produce is so fresh as well as my Cheesecakes hesds up this my latest.

Worst customer service desk Ive seen, a long line one girl gets off register to slowly count cigarettes, one other lady doesnt know what shes doing, n a young kid lets an old man cut through. 4 registers n only one in operation. 3-1-21 @ 2:40 p.m.

Checkout lady was nice but their produce was not.

Never seen one of these until moving here a few months back. So far Im liking it, just a little more expensive than Wal-Mart but it seems like they also carry some higher quality brands and a wider selection of most items than Wal-Mart does. I actually got lost for a minute just trying to take in the insane amount of DIFFERENT nut butters that they had, I settled on maple walnut for anyone wondering, and its amazing!! But I never would have found it at Wal-Mart.

Slowest customer service ever.......

Did a pickup order and it was good, did a second order and it was not good. If you can’t do it right don’t do it. Very disappointed ☹️

So the mask mandate is lifted and nearly everywhere you can go mask free but this King Soopers still requires a mask. It wouldnt both me if I didnt see the majority of employees mask less. Feels like a double standard here.

Im so tired of King Soopers and customers needs to read this. They advertise a price for watermelon, and I go to buy it and they charge me a completely higher price. This happens literally EVERY WEEK that I go. Its not just watermelon, its every. shopping. visit. If theyre cheating me, they are cheating EVERYBODY who doesnt check for the correct prices and their receipts. Im so so so upset and just angry at King Soopers. Its ridiculous, the errors add up and I have to check my receipt every time. King Soopers is cheating us. Todays visit had three items price WRONG. How can you always advertise one price, and then CHARGE SOMETHING ELSE?? EVERY. WEEK. Its not a rare occasion, its EVERY WEEK FOR ME. If its happening to me, its happening to you. Its happening to the elderly, your family, your friends, your neighbors. Everybody in town who goes to King Soopers. And the lines are SO slow. The cashiers are slower than Walmart. I go once or twice to King Soopers a week, which is around 100 times a year. 9/10 times the receipt is wrong, and I now have to check the receipt at the store entrance, and go back to the cashier and have them correct it. If I dont have time to check at the store, I go back the next day. But this is wasting my TIME. It wastes my time, it wastes the cashiers time, and prices being wrong from advertisement to register and prices being wrong from the price on the shelf to register, IS CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. Im tired of this. This has been happening to me every week for years.

Store has great products but the employees can be a bit rude acting like they wish their werent customers and they dont want to move their cart out of the way for you to get by especially in the morning.

I usually love shopping at this particular King Soopers but every now and then you will have to navigate around a very rude manager to get where you are going because apparently customers do not have the right away. I would not usually mention names but this lady (Angela) does this on a regular basis to anybody and everybody and you can clearly hear her talking very badly about her coworkers and customers so she deserves her mention. Other than this it is usually a very good shopping experience and most of the cashiers and other customer service people are awesome!

Clean,friendly staff, and very modern and up to date facility. The renovations make a great difference. Reminds me of grocery stores I went to while in New York except friendlier and less crowded. Ill definitely be going back.

Digital coupons never work and then whom ever works the night shift everytime I come in always makes me wait to check for coupons that he doesnt have... I never wait for anyone else when I have coupon issues. Im writing this review as I wait for someone to price check a $1 coupon..I know the policies as I used to work for Kroger. I feel as if he has profiled me. My business will be taken to Safeway.

I always enjoy the wide variety and low prices. Although their loyalty program no longer links to the gas poonts at Loaf n Jug, they still have some of the best deals in town on all my household consumables needs. This location is usually busy, but always clean and organized.UPDATE: The gas rewards program will soon be available at Shell gas stations. Will post a picture to verify soon.

The Grocery Pick Up is a joke. Poor customer service especially during the evening hours. Poor communications. Do not recommend!

This place is awful, employees are the worst, and I hate to say that being in retail for a long time. These people from top to bottom, could just care less. The pick up program cant get it right, nor do they care to. A customer was lost. Not that anyone here would care!

This place is intentionally understaffed. I applied to work here and got no response. They claim their not hiring at all. This is proof they want to be understaffed and their corporate office is not being truthful about a labor shortage.

Favorite place to buy groceries. Ive shopped here for 50-ish years. Most prices are reasonable, with the rewards card makes other items very affordable plus discount on gasoline. Workers are friendly and helpful. Even as they remodel they make every effort to make it convenient for consumers.

Food food and prices. The staff is great! The cashier was leaving so he let my year old check out the few items we had. He put everything with the bar code down and let her slide them across to ring them up. She was so happy. Way above and beyond service!!!

This is a nice store. It is under construction. They are adding in all kinds of new food choices. Sushi bar and a salad bar. There was a few others but cant remember. I cant wait for it to be finished. This store is always clean and fully stocked and ready for outs customers.

I regularly get my prescriptions filled here and theres only been one time where its happened without any problems. This location as well as the one on the Northside have terrible pharmacies. The people are nice but they never have my stuff and theres always an issue with the computers, or they didnt put my call in into the system. I call and always make sure I talk to a real person and it still doesnt ever work out.

My biggest problem is the fact that there are always stacks of boxes. . Stockers at all hours of the day. The store is always busy but seems it is always dirty. Parking is hourendous. Lack of buggies! I have started going to Safeway in PW & enjoy grocery shopping for the first time in a long time!

The store and options are great. However, the hispanic cashier named Steven was rude. I asked him the price of an item, since the product had a different price then the advertised price in the newspaper. He then asked me what does it say on the shelf? I told him him different then the paper. And without even checking the flyer, he told me sarcastically well then thats the price. So then I asked if he had a flyer. He pulled one out and I showed him. Then he again told me sarcastically well then I guess the price is what the paper says. All I wanted was to be sure. So I just left his register and returned all my purchases and took my business else where. I refuse to waste my money where the cashiers are rude and forget its because of us shoppers they even have a job!

Good store, good selection, a little high priced, decent rewards program. Employees are somewhat nice. Not everyone is willing to help you. Closes late and opens early.

Shop here all the time. They recently upgraded some of their coolers, always have good deals on marked down meats. Can be very busy at times they obviously have inherited some more customer s from Safeway closing. We use the fuel points we get all the time....good store

I have been going to this store for many years. They have sales on a variety of stuff and food through out the store. Including the coffee products are better to purchase there as well. The downside to this place is that they are currently under remodeling, construction, and moving things around inside the store. Other than that, the sales are quite the steal.

I usually shop here weekly, spending about $190-$240. This past Saturday morning (7/28/18), there were lines so long that they were well into the aisles. There were only three cashiers working and not even half of the self-check out registers were open. I ended up waiting for the self-check out hoping to save time, but it was useless. I waited in line for over 20 min. I live over 20 min from the store, so clearly, I was concerned that some of my food would spoil. There were no managers in sight. My S/O called the store from outside and asked them to get more cashiers. No one came out to help people with the check out process. I believe that this kind of customer service is unacceptable and I think that all customers shopping that morning should be given some kind of compensation. Normally, the lines here are long on a weekend and I can understand being short staffed, but this really pushed me over the edge. I think I will start doing more shopping at Safeway and Walmart, where the lines are shorter.

Very clean store. The Produce Dept. is the BEST. Great variety of Gluten Free products. There is a tall, young man in the Dairy Dept. that was extremely helpful in locating Lactose Free Ice Cream ( VERY GOOD & Creamy). Their Customer Service Dept. though absolutely sucks! When I went to ask the young man regarding the ice cream he just pointed over his shoulder and said If we have anything like that it would be over there. Never offered to overhead page someone to help me locate it. The last 2 times Ive gone in there is one experienced Customer Service employee training a new employee. In the meantime the line keeps growing and growing. This department is the ONLY department that caused me to only give a 4 Star rating.

Nice store, only two of these are in the entire town of Pueblo. Lets just say this is the nicer one. They do have more of a selection and variety of items than the Kings on 29th. This one also has a Starbucks. It is quite busy, but really nice and willing staff!

Was good. I called and talked to a manager who was Rachel. She went out of her way to find the Salsa mix I was looking for. Then had it at the front when my son went in to see if she had the product. Great help! Thanks King Soopers n Rachel!

Went to their Grand Opening today... the sushi bar is the best in town... made fresh!!!! Veggies are also fresh and reasonably priced.., great deals on the meats to. Great Grand Opening!!!

Self check cashiers just ignore helping you until you walk up to them and tell them you need assistance. Cleaner and nicer than the other king sooper in pueblo. Newly renovated.

I had not even began my shopping and encountered 2 extremely rude employees. I wont even go onto the details but obviously being handicapped and on oxygen as well I would think that an able bodied teen or young adult would have made the effort to be a little more accommodating than lazy towards me. I will NEVER EVER set foot in this store again. I live in Denver and even though its at least 10 times the size of Pueblo and 5 times the pace, I have never encountered such rudeness at my regular store than what I did here. Shame on you! That little girl needs to learn some customer service skills or she will be stuck at menial jobs with no public interaction. Perhaps that is best.I would rate this store a negative 10 if I was able to give it that little of a rating.

This is a nice enough store and conveniently located close to my home in Pueblo. But it is so busy at every time of day that its nearly impossible to find a parking space most times. Though I guess always being crowded shows how great of a store it is. I just wish they had a bigger parking lot!

The folks at this location are the best in town. If you have an issue they WILL take care of you!And the prices beat Safeway/Albertsons by a longshot.

King Soopers is like my second home! Northern Street in Pueblo, Colorado. Staff are always helpful, pleasant, store always clean and shelves are always stocked. Great place to shop! Under construction now with much more convenience!

The self check out assistant was the most helpful person I have ever encountered at any store. She pulled a second buggy up for me. Rolled off the codes for my produce. And scanned my large items. I wish I would of slowed down to get her name. She is a taller shorter hair ginger woman. You Rock Mam!

Shop at my leisure with the King Soopers app on my phone, from home or wherever I am, at my own pace- if I get interrupted, no problem!Reserve a pick-up time, show up, park in one of the designated spaces around the side (easy enough to find, if youre paying attention, but theyd really do well to put up a big sign or banner on the front of the store to advertise and direct), call the number on the sign to check in and let them know youre there, the employees are polite, quick and concise in confirming that your order is ready and theyll be right out with it.They bring it all out, neatly bagged in specially designed ClickList bags, each labeled with your order number. They go over any out of stock, substituted (you can allow, disallow or customize this option), or partially filled items, for which they have a printout. They load it all up for you (though, we usually help), and only then, after the whole thing is complete, is the payment processed with the final total they give you after any coupons, discounts, other price adjustments, out of stock and partially filled items are applied.This has made grocery shopping a relaxed and enjoyable experience! Five stars. Two thumbs up. Well definitely be using this service again, maybe permanently!

Remodeling finished, has a nice produce section, meat section and dairy. Starbucks Coffee shop inside with seating or take your coffee to go. Newly added Shui bar to go, and reasonably priced.

Enjoyed shopping there. The clerk was fun and helpful, the bakery, delicious. All the produce was fresh. Its an older store but clean and organized.

Ii love King Soopers because they always have professional and motivated staff to help me. It is a better choice than the Safeway across the street which has poor service. No question why I go to King Soopers instead of Wal-Mart. The latter being the absolute worst in retail service and selection.

Found most all the items except fresh mint. Really needed that for our Thai recipe. Still have not been able to redeem our rain check for pork roast. 3 weeks and counting.

Unsafe. Scary people approaching you in the parking lot. Some follow you to your car. I do not feel safe shopping there!

I’m not quite sure what part of America you come from, but I’ve resided in the area of ‘not every American is a millionaire’ my entire life. I’m not the kind to disrespect people nor their businesses, but this is past the point of ridiculous for me.It’s extremely high-priced & when I say “high-priced”, I mean 3 items for $30.00. There’s never anyone that is willing to help you out and when someone finally does ask you if you’d prefer ‘paper’ or ‘plastic’ and you respond “paper”, that’s thee exact time you should be placing my groceries into paper bags and not throw an attitude while putting my belongings into plastic bags. There’s never any workers available and this is the worst Kroger store I’ve been to in my entire life. And I hate shopping at your store because your backed up lines and no parking makes my necessary grocery shopping miserable.Instead, you turn around with your back towards me as if I’m not of any value to you or your company and that you are an invaluable asset to the world. First and foremost, you and I are of equal value. I look you in your eyes and say, “Please and thank you!”, I expect thee exact same amount of respect in return that I’ve just given to you. You ask me a question, I answer, you don’t deliver what I was offered...that too, is a clear indication that you do not respect me. And, one last thing before I go. You do not pay me to bag my own groceries where an employee should be doing it nor do you pay me at the self-checkout registers, but because there’s nobody there doing their jobs, I’ve now bagged my own groceries a numerous amount of times that I cannot even count. I apologize if this offends you but I’m offended too.Furthermore, if you’re miserable with your job or something isn’t going right at home, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if this is the life you would like to lead. What you shouldn’t do is come to work with the negativity and pessimism in your mind knowing that life can be so much sweeter if you were just honest with yourself. You’re not happy with your job? Respectfully put in your two-week notice after you’ve found the career of your choice. You have yourself an amazing day now.I’ll be willing to change my rating when you change your ways and do better.

The customer service on a busy day, is very lacking. But otherwise a nice experience! Same as any place, dont go shopping if you are in a hurry!

Spent 20 minutes here grocery shopping, and 45 waiting for a register. The staff (a head clerk by appearance) was asked to help with traffic management by another customer and they were told You can go wherever They had 15 registers open. But 7 clerks running them. (10 of them are self service) This is not the exception here, it is the ruleEdit: I come to this store to support union businesses but this is a terrible way to run a business.
