I am a Bath Remodeler in Colorado Springs. I have been very frustrated with the production of glass shower enclosures from this company. They are never consistent on information to my Glass Installer. The shipping dates are always pushed back without any communication of the changes in dates. The home owners, who are ultimately the final customers, are being insulted by this companys incompetence and in ability to be honest about their business. Someone needs to take reasonability to these constant errors. They did shutdown because of Covid issues but after re-opening everything is worse.

Lady who answers the phone for HR is very rude!!!! She isn’t even polite when answering the phone! If you call do not call the HR or you will get a rude response and feel like shi** after talking to her!

Lady in HR was very incompetent in her job. She was very sporadic, had incorrect information about the company, and took hours, if not days, to to even the simplest of tasks in support to clients.

Been using this company for long time and always top notch and easy to deal will and they make an outstanding product...highly recommended

Great people who really care down there. There will be problems, like there always is, but they stand behind their product and put a ton of effort into making sure the customer is taken care of.

It is a great job to work for and I love it.
