Regular here and the employees definitely make shopping here super awesome.

Definitely would not recommend... in a very bad part of town, homeless hanging around outside. Had to park around the block and didn’t feel safe walking to the building... when I did walk in I was the only customer and they made a big deal out of a mask even though I have been vaccinated. I would have had to walk back to my vehicle to get a mask, and pass all the transients again, so I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Smaller store, but they pack it with a surprisingly wide variety of products. The customer service is usually great. I frequent this location often for my day to day smoking and dabbing needs.

I was in & out very quickly. The girls behind the counter were super nice. The location isnt ideal but thats no fault of their own.

This place is the best. Great selection, friendly staff. Its such a beautiful atmosphere to shop in. I have been coming here for years for all my vaping and smoking accessories or e juice. Their glass selection is second to none. They have super dope clothing and hats also. If your looking for the best head shop in Pueblo, this is your place.

Went in real quick for some papers and noticed their crazy Exotic Soda Co fridge. They ended up giving me the pack of papers after I bought a soda ! Super awesome staff and crazy selection of sodas !

I went into the Pueblo location on 3/3/2021 around 2pm and the workers were so very nice. They helped me find what I needed and were extremely kind the whole time. They didn’t have Kratom extract powder, just shots, but I grabbed some regular powder instead and a vape juice. It was a great experience, I’ll definitely be back!!

Loved this Store. I knew what I wanted and researched many options in a glass piece. Met up with Ali and she was pleasantly knowledgeable about every question I had and information I didnt know. Thought it was pretty cool until I realized they put k2 in my bag with the stuff that I bought. That could really be dangerous for people who don’t know what it is.

I didnt feel safe when I pulled up to the store, there is a security guard at the door. WHY? is this not a safe neighborhood? It doesnt look safe to me.

I used to love this store in Pueblo then one day somebody came out and I guess they thought I was a tourist and I had already agreed upon a price on a rig and this guy told me I had to pay sticker price and I told him he was out of his mind because I already had a number and he was trying to lie acting like oh we dont do that like Im some idiot tourist it doesnt understand how a glass shop works no one pays sticker price stupid . Really made me feel some type of way and I havent been back since I went and told the dude that I came in and tried to buy the rig and the guy would not budge off the sticker price. Looks like mixed up mixed up

Glad there are about 20 other glass shops in town, because I have found no reason to visit this place above any others, but have several reasons why I will never return.

Went by there to get a piece to take back home with me. Was helped by a guy named Mike super friendly and helpful. Probably pulled out 15 pieces I was interested in and new about all the local blowers. Wish we had shops like that in my home town. Great prices as well! Might go by and get a couple more pieces before I leave.

Ive had it. Ive been buying stuff from here for 4 years. Im through. I get attitude, stare down, no politeness and rushed service. Im over it. The lack of smiles and friendly greeting is over. Close up you guys are tired of customers it obvious. Its okay well be better off without you open. Your prices are overall higher and no returns is bs. Oh yeah I forgot to mention you need to give the customer the receipt so he has a receipt to get a refund. Folks its simple they dont give you receipt unless you ask and actually see it. Once you leave its over. You have no chance of returning. Its very cleaver. Its happening here.

They wouldnt let me return a $30 detox drink that I found out wouldnt help my situation 5 minutes after I bought it. Not coming back.

This business is hit and miss with regards to service. Very little humor or smiling people. Very serious place. Side note make sure you get receipt because for some, Im sure its that no receipt no refunds, they dont give you one unless you ask. Not good when 2 days later you want to return someyhing and no receipt. You ask how do i know they dont give receipts my friend went in bought the same thing I did and came out no receipt. So beware of the No receipt No refund there NOT playing fair. Very clever. Than they say we just forgot that time. Go in buy something. Dont ask receipt see what happens.

Stopped in on a visit from Ohio and I have to say Im impressed! Excellent service and selection, enjoyed my time in the shop and left with some sweet new toys, and didnt break the bank! Just do yourself a favor and check them out.

I went in for the very first time to buy hookah and it wasnt busy, then a whole rush of people came in and there was still only two associates.. the female who helped me was super nice and pretty helpful, especially considering I had no idea what I wanted to buy and she was running around trying to help multiple customers... the only thing I can say is they should have more people working on a busy Friday night. I dont think Ill buy hookah again, but if I did, thats where Id go

Some of the guys are knowledgeable about the glass but the women are not. The customer is most definitely never right in this establishment. I purchased a nectar collector and it began cracking the very first time I used it and the hole was so small it began clogging after the first few uses. I tried to exchange the Item for a different nectar collector and the woman of course told me all sales are final but I stated that this is obviously a faulty piece that was blown. She Kept insinuating it was my fault first by not inspecting the glass before it left and for over heating it. I have had plenty of Texas blown nectar collectors and have never had a problem. Its not just this location either. The women I have purchased from at several myxed up locations have been extremely rude and unknowledgeable about the glass. I will never purchase from this establishment again. Plenty of little shops with just as good if not better prices and friendlier staff. They dont even deserve a single lonesome star.

I have bought multiple things from here and had great service but I bought one of their bangers carb cap and terp spheres n I got a 2 mm or less terp ball that gets sucked in every time I called to see if they would fix it cuz every display they had was either a 4mm to 6mm n they wouldnt fix it which is horrible I just ask yous fix it mixed up creations cuz thats false advertising

I would absolutely not recommend Myxed Up for your Smoking needs I purchased a MediCali glass piece and within 3 days and 1 gram of shatter the neck for the downstem to seat itself fell off. There are no drop marks and no explanations for what caused it and when I called to see if they would make good on it due the price of the piece the amount of time elapsed and the overall condition of the entire piece their response was, We dont do anything with glass Ive never had a problem with Myxed Up before but after this experience Ill never spend another cent in their stores again
