Pioneer has always always been very helpful and resourceful. Go into their Pit and someone is always there to help - can usually get same day if not the next day service. Prices are excellent as well as the service.

They own a pit outside penrose and no one knows what road maintenance should look into it before people start sending maintenance bills

Very impressed with the wide variety of materials they have available. They also have a fabulous display area outside which is unlike anything Ive seen before. Brian was extremely helpful and courteous and answered all of my questions. They have a price sheet for everything they carry along with lots of brochures and idea guides. Compared to other places their prices seem very competitive and in most cases better. I highly recommend Pioneer for all of your landscaping needs.

I had originally posted a negative review because I was not happy with some pea gravel I had ordered. Not long after I had posted I got a call from pioneer landscape asking about the order and what they could do to make it right. Ive never been contacted by a store trying to make anything right. I have to say I was very surprised by the call. Pioneer landscape went well above what they needed to do to make things right! Ill continue getting all of my landscape materials from pioneer, they truly care about their service and their customers!

Will not accommodate for having a medical condition, where I am not able to wear a mask. Went to another landscape company.

What a joke went in 24 hrs before i needed product was assured they had what i needed that i was good to come tomorrow for it come back told they have it get to the bin and its empty not only was this a waste of time and money but also ruined plans of family get togethers and the use of my back yard for my 2 dogs that now how to suffer longer being couped up in the house because now i have 400 dollars in weed mat laid out ready forrock i cant even getWHAT A JOKE

I called them the day prior before I made a 3 hr trip to the business and asked if they had the type of decorative rock I was looking for and they said yes, I arrive the next day and they did not have it the lady tells me they dont have it there out. Not even apologetic for the false info she gave me the day prior, she said she could call another store another hour away and ask them. Very disappointed in there service
