Dont respect people with intellectual disabilities. A total of 3 people working and blew my individual off besides Britney. She was excellent with him. Its a shame the other employees blew him off and acted like he didnt have money! Thanks you Brittney for treating him like a human!

We didnt realize they closed earlier than the rest of the mall. We needed a 6 month check in and Mary Beth was insistant on still helping us. She helped us with account merging when she noticed they were wrong, took notes to send us recommendations for an additional set we mentioned, and was all around welcoming. We felt so bad for walking in at closing. Thanks, Mary Beth!

I took my Citizen watch there which my wife had purchased at the same store for a minor repair. They sent it to their repair facility and it took over a month to get an estimate $450 which is more than the watch was worth. I took the watch to the Tick Tock Shop in Colorado Springs and paid $35.00, came back clean and running good. KAY TRIED ROB ME AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.

I was selling a ring on Facebook Marketplace. I met the buyer at Kay’s and Brittany helped him by testing the stones and gold. My next diamond purchase will be from Kay’s !! Great staff. So willing to assist even if there’s no commission for them. Don’t see that kind of customer service now a days.

I purchased matching rings for my daughter and I while I was contracted in Colorado for work. The rings were to be delivered to the store and I never received an email informing me they were ready for pick up. Needless to say my contract expired before I could obtain the rings. I contacted the store where the rings were suppose to be delivered and spoke with MaryBeth. MaryBeth went above and beyond to not only locate the second ring since only one ring showed in store, but she also got my order refunded to my account within 48hours. It was amazing to interact with someone who truly cares about the happiness of the customer. A lot of businesses have all taken the short cut to allowing covid to determine how they should treat a person all based on not wanting to be back in the public. MaryBeth thank you so much for your dedication and determination to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I will continue to spend my hard earned dollars with Kay! Did I mention she also did a follow up to make sure the money was returned? All I could say is WOW 🤩 I wouldn’t be surprised if the next time I’m in Colorado she is running her own store. Way to go MaryBeth!! You freaking Rock!

Since zero stars is not an option.....My boyfriend purchased my engagement ring over a month and a half ago and even though it was listed as in stock we have yet to get an update on my ring. I have spent over 3 hours in the last week trying to figure out what the hold up is, even though I have been promised by their customer service representatives that I would have a tracking number immediately. They also have one of the worst customer service hotline I have ever experienced. Listening to the same 60 second commercial over and over again for 45 MINUTES is like nails on a chalkboard. I will not be recommending their services to anyone and I will personally do everything I can to make sure no one goes through the complications that I have. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The bs that I have been fed from them about my ring is completely unacceptable.

I recently had a Mothers Ring resized and was unhappy with it. I called and spoke with Sam and she was very kind and quick to suggest I bring it in. She made sure to look up the account and see what I had done. She also mentioned she would speak with her Manager Alli and have her look at my account so when I go back in they could help me. I have purchased several rings for my daughter and now my fiancees wedding band. I am very happy with them.

I buy everything I get at Kays. Have always been loyal. I recently went to the pueblo mall location to see about my husbands Tungsten ring because it literally shattered on his finger while using a small sledge hammer. I was basically told they are ment to do that and there was nothing they could do for me. Guess I will take my business elsewhere. I know $300 may not be much to some but to me it is and cannot afford to just fork it out again.

I shouldnt even give them 1 star. My husband went in and leased a ring not even a month into it and the emeralds are chipping and falling out. So we get another one . 2 weeks later another emerald falls out. He has already put 600$ into it but they wont give us are money back and according to the manager its a known issue but they never informed us.... Scamming store here in pueblo mall.

Chelsea is AMAZING! She has provided exceptional customer service for both myself and my Fiancé.My Fiancé is currently deployed and his reception isnt the best, but last Saturday when I walked into the store she remembered exactly whos fiance I was (she helped him purchase my engagement ring) I hadnt seen her in probably 8 months. His call dropped a few times and we couldnt hear him at times but Chelsea hung in there, even allowed me to charge my I phone so she continue to get his order for my wedding band.We will definitely be back and always hope to work with her in the future.

I was just on the phone with two employees and they hung the phone up on me because I am looking for merchandise that I purchased back in March they did not feel like taking my information over the phone even though I have my reference number and my customer ID number as well they sound very rude it was very disrespectful I guess their manager was on vacation so I guess that gave them the idea that they could do what they want to be very disrespectful but I will be coming up there & I cannot wait to see their faces.
