Wonderful experience here! Very cozy inside and large patio to sit outside on nice days. Good menu and my drink was tasty and everyone was friendly so overall a good atmosphere ☕️

Staff was very friendly. I only had black coffee and it was very good. I would recommend to any coffee enthusiasts.

When I read other reviews regarding vegan options here, I was looking forward to some really good vegan food. The breakfast menu all contained meat and cheese except for oatmeal and peanut butter. When I asked about vegan options, I was told that the meat could be removed. I dont think most restaurants understand that vegan means no animal products, which includes not only meat but dairy, like milk products and cheese. They do however have non-dairy milk selections. But all of them contain sugar. I ordered oatmeal with fruit and nuts and it turned out to be instant oatmeal with nuts and dried cranberries. Not exactly what I was expecting. I also ordered a sprouted grain English muffin, but there were no vegan spreads available. I did enjoy the brewed coffee, which was a medium dark blend. The total for 8 oz coffee, a small portion of oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts, and a water was around $10. The service was great, and the restaurant and bathroom was very clean. I couldnt see the lunch menu because it was turned around, but I will come back just to see if there is at least one vegan option to choose from besides just salad

I’m not much of a coffee drinker but that’s ok because this adorable shop has the best smoothies! Unfortunately I live in Denver so I don’t get to enjoy them as often as I would like. It’s one of my favorite places to stop in though when I am in Pueblo. The owner and her staff are super friendly to top it off!

Squawk Coffee is a hidden gem of the coffee bean here in Pueblo. A little off the beaten path of Starbucks and the Daily Grind*, Squawk Coffee offers a new aromatherapy for the caffeine seeker. With a cozy interior and a loft for reservation the building offers a pleasant atmosphere. The space opens up dramatically when the weather warms up as the outside court is very inviting. In the early morning I hear there are yoga meet ups during the spring and summer.And interesting factoid: the history of a coffee shop in this building is extensive. The most recent owners have been using the same bean roaster for about 14 years! It is called Keva bean company. They air roast the beans instead of using the commonplace metal roasting technique. This reduces char taste and creates an equal roast over each batch!

I love the atmosphere and the drinks here! Great place to go to get a drink when stopping by the cheese shop or Fire Playce! Just find a parking space not in that parking lot…

Nice, trendy coffee shop conveniently located in downtown Pueblo. Indoor and outdoor seating. I met a friend for lunch. They have healthy, delicious salads and a great selection of cold teas. Highly recommended!

The store is nicely decorated and has small tables where you can sit and talk with friends. Its also bright and sunny. They have friendly work staff so I enjoy going there

Cute shop with friendly staff. However the food wasn’t good. Egg sandwich overcooked in a panini press until it was rubbery and tough. Oatmeal seemed like instant in a paper cup full of hot water. I don’t recommend ordering anything made-to-order. Perhaps the already made baked goods are their real stock in trade.

My boyfriend picked this nice coffee spot for us to try. We absolutely love it and definitely will be back. The inside is so quaint and the staff always have a positive energy.

I was very excited to come to a cute little coffee shop in a town that I truly love but I was very very disappointed. While the matcha latte was very good, there was at least 4 inches of foam on the top. When I asked for more the barista gave it to me but then proceeded to tell me that I should ordered my lattes with no foam. This was very rude and unprofessional. I also ordered the fig sandwich with bacon. It was a glorified McGriddle for 5 times the price. At first they also charged me twice by accident. While I love shopping local avoid this place if you want a bang for your buck or a decent meal or drink at all.

Got a dose of Studio Share Yoga with Tatiana this morning then rewarded with a tasty chilled coffee beverage to go!!!

Was waiting for a friend having a medical procedure and found this place on Google. SO GLAD I DID! The best latte I have ever had and the service was wonderful. You cant go wrong here, plus there is a great artisan cheese store next door.I will definitely stop in the next time I am in Pueblo. Thank you!

Great little place little pricy but you definitely get quality worth the price I live in trinidad co I usually stop at gypsy coffee on my way north but this will be my new stop spot give it a try!!

Was pleasantly surprised! Super cool atmosphere, friendly staff, great chai, delicious breakfast sandwich, and a warm seat by the window upstairs. I also like the option of a for here mug that some other places dont always offer. Free WiFi is always a plus, and the pet friendly patio was a nice surprise.

I must share my experience! I was super impressed with how courteous and kind they were! Sadly, my car had been towed :(. Not only did they let me use their phone, they also gave me a delicious dandelion hot tea.... on the house! What a great idea to stop here! I grew up in C Springs and have been to Pueblo as a child but now live in San Antonio Texas. While visiting family, I went here for my wife because she deserves the best coffee!! This place is wonderful. Great atmosphere, INCREDIBLE coffee and David I believe, is such a welcoming and enjoyable guy that it’s easy to get wrapped up in easy conversation with him and forget all about the coffee. Great job here. Kudos to you and the family for doing what you love and helping others along the way

I was looking for a place to grab a quick lunch to go and this place did not disappoint. I had the three cheese grilled cheese with bacon and greens (omg) and it was probably one of the most deliciously savory sandwiches Ive had in a long, long time. I also tried the green machine smoothie which hit the spot too. Service was warm and friendly and the place itself is super cute and inviting. I love stumbling upon great local businesses to support so I will definitely be back and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Through the virus, I have stayed loyal to this store. They have the best mushroom and dill havarti sandwich on Earth. The coffee is the best in town, and they even do yoga when people can congregate.Small business that remembers you and treats you like family. Much better and faster than Hanging Tree or that other place that thinks they are too good for the people they serve. I love Squawk!!EDIT: Unfortunately, they have decreased in freshness as the Coronavirus wages on. I wont go back, as the greens on the sandwich are those I throw away. Quality had gone way down. 😟

I found a new favorite. Cozy spot with real comfy loft. The owner?/barista made me a dark chocolate mocha with macadamia nuts, almond milk (I cant recall the name of the drink). Damn, that was good. I then had the Cajun Turkey on a Panini with a hibiscus juice and now I was like Why do I not know about this spot? Effing delicious. Lol (menu pictured). Ill definitely be back. Parking is great btw.

Dave & Vick the owners really go out of their way to make not only great coffees artfully prepared, but also put a lot of effort into their salads and sandwiches. Great comfortable place to study or work while enjoying the fair.My personal favorite is a coffee drink called the Dirty Bird

My first time there was amazing! The food, coffee and service were all great. My second time wasnt the same. I came in and the guy was on an important phone call, which was fine because I needed time to browse the menu. Then he just kept talking and never acknowledged me to even say hell be right with me or something. Then I look at the pastry case, and there are VERY moldy treats for purchase. I left after that.
