I really wish I could give a better review. We hired Mountain View to refinish our oak floors based on good referrals. We knew there were pet stains and asked for a phone call once sanding was complete to determine stain color. Instead the contractor finished badly stained floors with natural and applied poly. It looked horrible.Unfortunately Bill chose to stand by his subcontractor and stated that we had no choice. No phone call, no opportunity to change color or finish. Our only choice was to pay the same contractor twice to install a new floor or carpet over the horrible looking floor. The subcontractor company is Summit floors out of Colorado Springs, I paid them twice.I asked numerous other floor refinishing contractors, they all indicated there are other options ( dark stain, grey wash, etc). None were presented. I paid for two floors.

She took the time one on one, to explain all of our options. Selection of products was extensive and Leslie was able to steer us in the right direction to prevent some of the issues we experienced with our current carpet from another vendor (lasted only 5 years). Installation crew was exceptional! Kory and his crew were very professional and explained what their process would be for removing our old carpet and installing the new padding and carpet. We had Bill and his guys in to refinish our old hardwood, they did an outstanding job. They gave us an estimate, laid out the process and explained that the job would be dust free, which it was, the quality is A1 and I would highly recommend them!

They are very conscientious, hard-working people and we appreciate their concern for detail.
