We bought our flooring and bathroom tile here. For the bedrooms we got a high quality wood laminate, we are very happy with them. Now that we are living on them I can see they are going to be very scratch resistant (we did put pads on all furniture bottoms to assure that also), they clean up nicely and look fantastic. We chose dark wood, we thought it would make our garage conversion look like it had been there throughout the years, it had the desired effect. For the bath and laundry room we chose a textured white/gray ceramic, the texture catches some dirt but I still would have purchased these ( I use a sponge mop that has a brush on the other side, works great). The bathroom tile is a sleek, shiny grey subway tile. We are thrilled with all of our purchases. Tile house also leveled the floor in the garage conversion, it was a job we thought we would mess up and needed a professional. My husband had it all prepped for them, they were able get it done pretty quickly and for a great price. They also let us store the flooring in their warehouse for a while because we were behind schedule. Family run business too, always a plus

My husband and I visited the Tile House on 1/16/21 and spoke to a sales associate there for almost an hour. We are looking to re-tile both our bathrooms, the entry, laundry room, and kitchen. NO ONE has bothered to follow up to schedule an appointment for the measurements. Clearly they lost our contact information that was scribbled on a scrap piece of paper. We doubted their competency when we left, and now after nearly two weeks, we are done waiting. What a waste of our time! Also, NOTHING in the store is priced, we had to ask about each item and wait and wait and wait, while they went to look it up- then it still felt like they just made it up.

They really went above and beyond to help me, I could not be more satisfied! On top of the amazing customer service they also had a great selection.

The selection. here is good, but I was disappointed in the customer service. This last order was a customer order and I was to be notified when it was delivered to the store. I didnt receive a call back, so I called them. It was supposed to have arrived last Tuesday or Wednesday. Again, no call. On Friday I called again. The tile had arrived but was not ready for us to pick up. We waited until today, Monday. I had made the down payment and wanted to use the same card for the balance. They didnt have the balance and yet again said they would call back. An hour and fifteen minutes later I called and was told that Steven had turned it over to Derrick who was supposed to have called, but must have gotten busy. Two hours later Im still waiting to pay the balance and two of my men are on their way to pick up the tile.

Great place for any homeowner who is looking for a wide verities in tile. The staff is very helpful but also is not looking over your shoulder. They give you lots of space to put tiles down so your able it get a good feel before you buy. Happy remolding.

We were assured by Sharon that if we used epoxy grout with porcelain tile, dirt would not be absorbed or stain the grout. We used a very light colored epoxy grout. No one said anything about sealing the grout. Perhaps that should have been done. Six years later my husband is on hands and knees scrubbing the grout with a hand brush to clean this grout and return it as close as possible to the original light color. Using a paste of peroxide, soda and soap. When we are happy with the results, we will seal the grout. In the past I called the Tile House and asked what to clean the floor with, because what we were doing was not working. That was a Hoover floor scrubber with detergent. I was told to use Tide with a splash of Clorox which we have tried with no success. So disappointed in this floor and not able to replace this large slab of tile in place with epoxy grout. In addition, the epoxy grout was difficult to work with as it had to be in place within a few uninterrupted minutes.On a positive note, we put porcelain tile with white grout in the bathroom, sink area and walk in closet. This tile was sealed. It is still as white as when we had it installed. It is gorgeous.Jack and Norma Gwartney
