We had an appointment scheduled between 8am and 10am. When scheduling, we very clearly communicated that the issue was inside the house. When 10:00 came and went, I called customer service to find out what happened. They informed us that a tech came by, checked the wires outside, and determined everything was fine. They never knocked or spoke with us even though we were here. Now they wont come back today. Our kids rely on the internet for school. Call me a Karen, but I really dont think this acceptable.

This place has good customer service, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside as it always is with comcast is you never get what you pay for. Was paying for a 400 mb connection and only getting 25 mb at best, downgraded to a 100 mb connection and now only getting 14 mb at best. So when you go in to get set up, be sure to know how much you really want to spend to get the service you want.

Horrible Service. Whos bright idea was it, to do away with a Direct Phone Number to the Xfinity Store nearest to us. Why must we call Xfinity direct and get Auto choices that do not apply to our needs?

8/25/2021Worse company ever! Worse customer service! Their products/apps do not work its alway down (looking for a connection). I have their phone, internet,cable and security service and they dont work CONSISTENTLY, EVEN WITH THEIR POD...I pay TO MUCH MONEY to waste, but unfortunately I have no choice. Comcast/Xfinity doesnt care about the customer (the people that make them rich) they care about the money....

Very BAD service?!*! If someone is trying to purchase phones to start a different service, word of Advice? Just because there are people who did not purchase the cable hook up in their names under certain address does not mean that you turn them down like that! It makes your company look BAD by turning down people who are willing to pay for your services. You should make your phone service separate from your cable hook ups if you want more bang for your buck. Good luck with this!? ☹️

It is a very rare occasion that I ever rate a 1 star experience, however Xfinity has gone above and beyond to make that as accurate of rating as possible. Were trimming our bills where we can, and since my wife and I are both essential employees, were never home together to watch T.V. so we decided to trim our entertainment budget, and the comment we received was sir, your only saving five dollars. We consequently canceled our wireless service with them after that, and as soon as another company bring internet to our area, and home security, Xfinity will be a complete memory.

Internet keeps going out. Have to change modem tower, again. Should have equipment that last more than 2 years.Dont like talking to someone one phone who doesnt speak AMERICAN ENGLISH and tries to cancel service call because they say nothing is wrong or problem is fixed.We PAY for the service call.We are paying almost $300 a month

I had an account with Xfinity and my account closed and went to collections in August but my service was just turned off on Monday May 25th. I called to get my services back on was told I had to call the collections agency to pay my account off since my account was closed. I did as told and then tried to call back and get my services set back up. I was then told I had to pay the $100 for my unreturned equipment. Why would I return equipment that I still planned to use since I paid off my bill? Long story short I had several customer service agents tell me that since I paid the $100 non returned equipment fee the equipment was now mine that I could use on any account with Xfinity. That was not the case. I then returned the equipment to the store and they tell me I may or may not receive a check in the mail for my refund. This place is a joke. Nobody who works there knows what they are doing. If I could have another internet service in my area I would.

This location has been horrible on a couple different occasions. Most recently we upgraded our internet service online and were told to go into the location to swap out modems. Once we drove all the way across town they told us we already had the best modem. After a few days of our modem crashing and rebooting a lot, we called into customer care and they are now shipping us the modem we need for our current data plan. This should have been an easy swap out

We turned in our Comcast router and cable box a few days ago.We have our own router and we wanted to cancel our cable. The gentleman at this location assured us that all wed have to do was call and connect our router to our account (even though weve been using the new router for months.)Today we woke up to no internet. Called Comcast only to find out that everything was cancelled, not just our cable.We just paid them $140 for service for the month. Weve now had to start our service over.If you can avoid doing business with Comcast/Xfinity, PLEASE AVOID PAYING THEM ANYTHING.

The service was completely inept and fraudulent. I left the store after engaging with a representative and the manager for only five min. I got home later that night and received an email with a forged signature on it, saying I had purchased a new phone, and the service on my old phone was no longer working.

To many commercials, I doubt you look at your programming from the customer side. Average 4.5 minutes of commercial, 7 minutes show. Some commercials repeated during the same commercial break. Thought you would like to know why I think of going elsewhere..

The original guy i dealt with was amazing! But the woman i dealt with literally acted like she wanted nothing to do with being there. Seemed annoyed with my questions. I was considering buying another phone but she told me to take my current phone somewhere else and get the screen fixed instead. Guess they didnt feel like making any money today!

Worst experience Ive ever had. My husband and I were so appalled at their customer service skills. Definitely on a power trip at this locale. Unfortunately, they were so nasty to us, that we are no longer Xfinity or Comcast customers. You dont have to put up with horrible service, you can go elsewhere for Wifi service!

I came in to ask a question about our bill and the lady helping said theyre not answering those types of questions right now. I asked her if she knew when we would be able to talk to someone about the bill and her response was we all want to know when this will be over dont we I told her all she had to say was once this is all over with the virus not some smart answer like the one she gave me. I found it very rude in the tone she had told me.

Lil helped us get set up with the phones we wanted. There was an alarm going off for quite a while on a tablet nearby making it hard to concentrate on our service. Once a couple of employees turned off the alarm it was better. Overall the store was not the best but Lil did a great job in my opinion, which overcame what could be a 2 star experience.

If you want Gigabit Internet, this is the place to go. Not Century Link or Hughes Net, baby. Xfinity, also known as Comcast. This is the place to go when you have a streaming nightmare going on at your house. And pay the extra $2 monthly to cover any data overages. 4K is nice.

Honestly, the first time we went here the service was terrible.But we went back 2 weeks later and it was COMPLETELY different. The gal who helped us (wasnt there the 1st time) was so kind, helpful and also gave us some lovely compliments.Maybe the first time it was a bad day or something but we left the second time completely satisfied and would definitely be back if needed.

I have been with this service 5 years straight and more years prior. The techs and representatives have been great. I can not say the same about managers at the customer service. Managers act like they are immune to any wrong doing and do not take responsibility for what is wrong or for what they promise will do.My most recent issue is, because it is on going still, that they have decided to give me TV service, but I dont have a TV or stream. I was assured there will be no charges for moving the service when I moved. The tech came in and make sure the signal was there I issued me a longer cable to reach the modem. No more than 15 minutes tops. Well, they want to charge me inspite of the MANAGER assuring that both issues will be taken care. The disconnection threats are very much on time.How many months of no taking care of problems is acceptable? In this case it appears to be many. I was thinking to inquire about cells phone service with then but I just cant now and the prices are not good. Competitors may provide you with a phone and unlimited text, voice and data for a cheaper price.Xfinity/Comcast was very good but going down fast.

I just need a new modem, there is no local number to speak with a representative and customer service autobot keeps saying they will send a reset to my modem when its not even turning on, Ive called several times and unable to to speak with a live person. Have been calling for 2 days now and still have not talked to anyone. Horrible way to treat your long term customers!! I was almost going to get their cell phone service but now I dont know if Im even going to keep my current service. This has been a huge waste of time.

The bathrooms are the best part of the place. When you need to go, there is nothing stopping you from going. The restrooms are in a private area, multi gender usage, and semi-clean. Use the restrooms.

They need to get on the same page as tech support, I singed up for service in store and picked up the equipment. They told me in store that not having service at my apartment for a year would be good to go. I had to spend a the next hour after I got home with tech support in India, to find out after 5 months the service is cut. Now I have to wait till Monday for service and a tech to come out and reconnect the service thats still there. Not a good way to start.

This site didnt have its act together when I arrived to return equipment. There wasnt a greeter and it wasnt clear if I needed to queue up or if someone was going to come to help me. The staff were pleasant enough, so theres that.
