Great store with a huge selection of all types of wine and liquor. The service has been great every time I have visited and the place is delightfully clean and well lit! I dont drink but maybe a couple times a year but I will forgo all other liquor stores in order to shop at one that is so well taken care of and clean.

Always have had what I went in looking for.. Staff is always courteous, but like robots... Hows your day going ? Good how about yourself ?(No response)(Typical fake human interaction at this store) .Rather go to the little guys where they actually treat you like a human being 👍

The best selection and kind sstaff. My favorite stop for all spirits and beer needs, also the specialty beers like ginger beer-DELICOUS! However where has the its not your dads root beer Been? It has been 3 months and its still not in stock stop thats the one thing that I would make a critique on so please just bring that back!

Virtually an endless selection of beer, liquor, wines, and mixers. The prices can adjust to any budget and they have a rewards program. Check out their bargain shelf, you can usually find a thing or two that are well worth their price. The staff is always courteous and more than happy to help. Parking can be tricky during high traffic times so be patient.

They have everything. Including ice cream infused with liquor.

I have always considered Big Bear a great store and we spend $150.00 to $300.00 per month there. My husband and I come into town around twice a month to purchase beer and groceries. Earlier this week my husband needed to use the bathroom. When I asked the clerk if my husband could use the bathroom she informed us that they didnt have a bathroom, which I know was a lie, because in desperation I had asked to use the bathroom previously last year (the one and only time) and they let me in and I made sure that I left it the way I found it My husband is 71 years old and we have been loyal customers and are definitely not asking to use the bathroom a lot. In fact my husband has never used it before. When I told her that I had used it previously (therefore letting her know that I knew there was a bathroom), she then said the bathroom was not open to the public. I get it that it isnt open to the public but perhaps an exception could be made.

They have 2 liters of strawberry smernoff love it...

The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in the door, they were very professional and asked me if I knew what I was looking for or if I needed assistance finding something. The selection at this location is so vast with so many choices. Everything from small, local microbrew companies to larger names and everything in between. They always have what Im looking for, and if they happen to be out of stock, the staff will recommend me an equal or even better alternative. I have never had an issue here at this store. Customer service is amazing here and the store is always clean and has fun layouts! I genuinely feel cared for here, so being a return customer is a no brainier. Love this store!

I just returned from this ONLY wine liquor store of any size in zip 81005. I got to the checkout counter (inside) and a 6+ft bearded/mustache man waited on me. When I paid he asked: do you want a bag? I replied: no Id like sleeves but neglected to say AND a bag. I then said Id like a bag since Im walking to which he just shrugged (ie, Im not dumping my purchases in a car) as most do where I live in Pueblo or anywhere today. I mean would you walk down Pueblo Blvd. loosely carrying 2 bottles of wine?So I guess the whole point of my post is: since when does the customer have to tell the clerk EVERYTHING to complete his service interaction which IMO should be part of his/her job?Merry Christmas Big Bear Wine & Liquor, Inc and a hopeful 2021.

I wasn’t sure what to expect for Pueblo CO but I was pretty happy with the selection. They had quite a few stouts and sours of older batches that I was surprised to find. All of the IPAs I checked had recent canning dates. The staff was friendly too!

This place was awesome. They have a huge selection of spirits and craft beer, including many hard to find items we were looking for in our bar. The staff also said to let them know if there is anything they do not have and they will special order it for you. I was sure to sign up for their rewards program as I will definitely be back when I’m in Pueblo again.

Owner was yelling at anyone just trying to park in their lot that we’re trying to get a COVID test. That isn’t very community like. In a time of a pandemic shouldn’t everyone try to help out. When questioned about it she said the parking lot isn’t safe to be in because people whip into it. The alternative parking was the street which she apparently thinks is safer. Maybe ask the people that whip into the parking lot to slow down. Not the way to run a Pueblo business and certainly won’t be giving them any of my business.

That was my first time there. The people were so friendly and nice. Oh and very helpful. I liked that they had some wine opened to sample so you can decide on which one to buy. I dont think Ive experienced this anywhere else. I dont drink very much at all but maybe once every five years but I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

My girl went there for curbside pick up that she P order two weeks ago she called them they had no idea what she’s talking about made her go in to the store and during one of the biggest numbers in the pandemic and the stress about wearing masks none of the employees were wearing a mask but the girlWorking and all the guy employees were very rude to my wife

Big Bear Liquor has an abundant variety of specialty beers, hard alcohol, and wines. Each week they will usually have some sort of tasting. Love it! It gives the customer an opportunity try the different liquors offered there. I myself have bought many different items that I normally would never have tried. They have also just added a mini store where you can find great gifts and accessories. Yesterday I bought 3 gift bags for wine that are in the shape of purses! Too cute, Had to have them.In my opinion, the best part of the whole store is the pick your six-(pack). In the end case of their specialty beer wall, they have rows and rows of different beers you can choose from to make a six-pack. With this case I have tried the majority of all the wheat beers and some of the light ales, all the while finding I now have 6 new favorites!All in all, Big Bear Liquor is the PLACE TO GO to fill your alcohol needs with their warm customer service, beautiful decor, and wonderful supply of alcohol and gift ideas.

Delivery services forgot half our order and didnt notice till they got to our house for poor customer service when asking them to make it right

DO NOT order delivery unless its a last resort. And if u do, be prepared to wait for at least an hour - even though the email said within 30 minutes. The drive through is kool, and inside everyone is nice but delivery sucks, especially when they charge u for it

I love going to Big Bear. It is always a great part of my day. I have never had such a wonderful atmosphere when I have walked into a liquor as when I walk into Big Bear. The staff is always pleasant to be around. They have an amazing selection. Their displays are so wonderful. I honestly feel like a kid in a candy store when I walk in and when I leave Im depressed because I have to leave but happy because I know I got a quality product from a wonderful place. It is my own personal Shangri-la. If I could, if never leave.

Fantastic, huge selection, especially of wines. Clean, nice store, seems well organized. Alcohol- infused ice cream is a bonus. Staff didnt seem very knowledgeable when asked questions about certain wines. Prices a little high; I saw a wine Ive purchased in the Springs $13 (reg price) for $17 at Big Bear.

Called to ask if they had a particular product in stock oh yes we carry that you have it in stock? Oh absolutely, I drive there - nope theyre out.

JUST WOW. I dont even know what to say...Came in here one day to buy some beer. Every employee at one point or another asked if i needed any help finding what i was looking for. They were very knowledgeable and when there was something they didnt know they asked another coworker. THEY ALSO CARRY MY THINGS TO MY CAR EVERY TIME. Definitely going to be coming back seeing as I work here.

This is my first time EVER in a liquor store this large!! After strolling through the aisles and not finding what I was looking for, went and asked for help. A nice young lady showed me the speciality wine section and helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted. Prices were comparable to other stores in Pueblo. I Will make this location a regular stop. For being a local upstart to Pueblo, Big Bear sure doesnt display many of the qualities typical of a local business in a smaller to mid sized town. This place is decked out and wonderful to be in, their brand is very well done and their staff are always very nice and very helpful. Im completely illiterate when it comes to wine and spirits so its nice to know that I can go there any time and someone is available that is an expert on these things.Thank you Big Bear for being a higher class, far nicer experience than Pueblo expects at other liquor stores in town!!
