I absolutely love this place. Every piece of furniture is great. Employees are helpful and friendly, Joseph is the best sales person and Donna greeter at the door just as awesome, everything is clean and well set out. I had furniture delivered and this was a smooth and wonderful process. Delivery men were professional and efficient. I definitely recommend!
AFW has so many pieces of furniture. Its hard to make up your mind. Like a kid in a candy store so awesome! Thats the place to go for all your furniture needs you wont be sorry..👍
I like how the staff doesnt hover all over you, but when you do need someone they are easy to find. Friday, when we walked into the store, there was an outdoor wicker set that caught my eye, but there was a group of at least four, sitting there talking, We were in the store about an hour and when we were leaving they were still sitting there talking. So I never got to look at it. No big deal, just odd they would be there sitting for so long chatting. It was very hot out, maybe they were enjoying the AC.
This is a nice store which carries lots of great items. You can order what they dont have and they will get it for you. Prompt, friendly service.

Wish I could say I had a good experience from AFW, but it was atrocious. I ordered a dining room set that was delivered on 6/22 and includes some shelves for storage. As a part of the delivery, AFW assembled for furniture for me for a total cost of $69 for delivery and assembly. Unfortunately, they did not assemble the furniture correctly. I stored some very light coffee mugs on the shelves and when I picked up one of the coffee mugs from the shelves, the shelves gave way and broke 7 or 8 of my coffee mugs. Ive included photos of my experience.AFW has refused to refund me for the value of the coffee mugs. They refunded me the $69 delivery charge, but they should have refused the delivery charge just for the delivery experience. Instead, they linked the value of the coffee mugs to the delivery charge. In other words, I have broken coffee mugs because AFW did not put together my furniture correctly, and now they have refused to provide compensation.Heres what AFW says on their website about delivery Our Platinum Delivery service is the best in the business. Your furniture is unpacked, inspected, hardware and handles installed and all packing materials are recycled. Your furniture is placed in your home where right where you want it. There are no surprise charges for extra services like a flight of stairs.Believe me, I was in for a surprise charge, the loss off some coffee mugs I purchased from Starbucks, and a couple of coffee mugs my son bought me for Christmas or my birthday. This is a company that exaggerates their claims on their website on how good their service is, and then when it falls far below expectation, they gaslight you. Buyer beware!
AMF Warehouse has the worst customer service we have EVER felt with. I bought an Italian leather couch and it has lost a lot of color in just 2 years. We originally called them when the couch was only 6 months old. It was supposed to have a 12 month guarantee. The customer service people were rude!
Great prices on home furniture and an array of styles. We were approved for a $5000 credit limit within 5 minutes. We purchased a great looking sofa for less then $610 at the promotional rate of 6 month no interest since we made the $600 dollar minimum. 12 month no interest anything over $1200. Beware there 28.99% interest on credit non promotional rate with Wells Fargo.
Huge selection of furniture and the like. Great prices, I found so many wonderful little things that I absolutely must have!Best yet.... No pressure! Nothing worse to me than going in a furniture store and have somebody follow you around, after a nice greeting, we were left alone to shop and browse for as long as I wanted without any pressure.The store is bright, clean, well arranged/designed and comfortable. Customer service and sales staff are friendly and helpful when you need them.
They have deals but you gotta look. We were looking for a couch for a Relative and we went to Big Lots and American Furniture Warehouse and American Furniture Warehouse seemed to have better deals.. I mean I can,t really rate this adaquetely cause its not like a restaraunt where I may go multiple times but the few experiences I had with them were rather good and we had some deliveries and there was no issues so got to give them some props for that. 👍🏽
Was looking for a inexpensive sectional couch dont think that exists anymore most things are $1,500 and up found a couch and a love seat couch was 500 and something almost 600 and love seat was three almost 400 oh well just my opinion
Bought 2K dollar Leather couch and chair. They were terribly uncomfortable. Tried customer service but it had been too long (10 months). We finally have given up and are headed out find a new set, but NOT at Furniture Warehouse. Totally bummed. Most expensive couch and chair I ever bought myself and its been a terrible experience. The chair leaned to the right, my husband finally got mad and flipped it over the other day and there was a broken piece of metal on one of the right mechanical arms. AFW customer service said they couldnt help us due to policy but could send out a technician to repair the couches but if it was not deemed a manufacturing dysfunction wed have to pay for it. We are already mad we spent 2k and are unhappy with such a big purchase, so we gave up.
Save yourself the hassle and order from Wayfair or Amazon. Everything I’ve ordered for my living room from Wayfair and Amazon has shipped with zero issues...I hit a button and it shows up. Figured I would purchase my couch from here to support local business. My mistake. They have no idea when things are coming in.... I get a call that my couch is in...then a call that it’s the wrong couch and I have to wait an unspecified amount of time....wait for them to call me and schedule delivery. Why should anyone shop at a furniture store anymore when you can get free delivery AND a delivery date? I’m not understanding why these stores can’t figure out what they have in stock and when it can be delivered. And why is taking the store 3x longer? You can order a couch from Wayfair and it will show up in a week with free delivery. Order a couch from American Furniture Warehouse and you have to pay for delivery and it will take a month to get. I’m going to order my bedroom and dining room sets from Wayfair today.... I was going to buy them from American Furniture Warehouse but not now. I have no reason to trust that AFW will deliver them in a timely manner and I’ll even bet the stuff I order from Wayfair today will show up before the couch I ordered from AFW on the 16th. What a clown show...save yourself the hassle and order from Wayfair. Lesson learned. Furniture stores are an outdated, unnecessary waste of time.Update: My dining room set arrived from Wayfair in a few days. Still no couch and no delivery date from AFW. nobody has responded to email they requested I send after my review. Nobody knows what is going on there. It’s been COVID for over a year now and so I don’t see that as a valid excuse.2nd Update: April 7th. Still no couch. Now they’re saying sometime in May. Someone called me last week and said it shipped now their saying it hasn’t shipped. I will NEVER go to a furniture store again after this experience. Furniture Warehouse has done ZERO to try to correct the negative experiences I’ve had. First it was a mis-pick from the warehouse, then lies about the shipping. Everything in the pic came from Wayfair or Amazon and it has arrived. Still waiting on the couch for 2 months now. What a joke..

My husband and I built a home in the county, Pueblo, 2 years ago. Kristen, worked at AFW in Pueblo then. She absolutely was a God send helping us. She even kept in contact with us after the delivery to make sure everything was up to our standards. We were so impressed by her, that without hesitation, we recently went to the Colorado Springs store where Kristen currently works, to order our basement furniture. We are again pleased with the customer service Kristen has given us. I highly recommend using Kristen at AFW.

While shopping with my brother and friend on July 5th, my brother decided to buy a living room set. As we made the purchase the sales clerk, Rodney Velarde gave us the permission to get two free items, I found that unusual, so I picked a pair of frogs dancing made of pewter and my brother chose a white ceremic bull, the bull was broke so sales clerk ordered a new one and told my brother to wait a few days to come back and pick it up. So when my brother returned for new white ceramic bull, manager was going to make him pay for it. After his clerk Rodney Velarde told us it would be free. I believe clerk LIED to us and should have given us an Apology, as manager did Nothing, to take our story as to what happened.

Horrible experience...It took over three deliveries to get all my stuff. I was told all but one item was in. Not true. Every time a delivery occurred I was missing something and had to wait another week. Was supposed to get some money ($50) credited back for my inconvenience and gave me the option of putting it back on my credit card or store credit. I told my sales man I wanted it back on my credit card. Salesperson said he would take care of it. A week later I was credited $8.76 and nothing else. Called Customer service, explained all that has happened and also that I was supposed to get credited on my credit card. She said she would take care of it and to give it 2-5 days. AGAIN, wait a week, called back, my sales person answered, sounded annoyed and said he would transfer me to Customer Service. They hung up on me and now I cant get through. I have spend so much money at that store. Love the prices and selection, but extremely disappointed in this store.
So my wife and I purchased a new bed frame. When my wife purched the bed on the 13th the sales women Jasmine was very nice and the two stars belong to her. Without her i would have rated it a 1 star because when we went to pick up our purchase. The forms says you need your ID or card you bought it with to pick it up. NOT THE RECEIPT!! The young lady at the counter demanded the receipt for pick up and was very very rude so much so it cost a.f.w. 3 stars in this review. Still no new frame because we have to drive back across town to pick it up.
I bought a tv stand. Waited a week for it. Paid someone to pick it up. Opened the box and discovered it wasnt the cabinet I paid for. Called customer service and he told me to take it back to the store. LOL I am a senior citizen and the cabinet takes 2 men to left and I can not pay someone to help me again. After getting upset with him he finally arranged for them to pick up this cabinet and deliver the correct one to my house but I have to wait another week! WTH?!!!!

Took 3 months to get my merchandise was never informed by my salesperson or any other employee what the delay was. I always had to call and ask and when I did call I was always transferred to everybody else before I actually spoke to somebody and when my merchandise did arrive I was never called that it was in I just happen to call and that’s when they told me it was in.
Didn’t know that the store was display only but they did have a couple of sofas in stock. Mike, on the sales floor, went above and beyond to help me get out the door with a sofa. Thanks Mike!
We bought furniture from Joe a year and a half ago. We had a very pleasant experience. So today when I went in I asked for him. He took his time with me and was concerned about the questions I was asking! He is one of a dying breed! Most customer service experiences I have had in Colorado don’t compare.
My wife and I went in to buy our first set of new couches. Our Saleswoman Amanda was very helpful and patient with us as we looked at several sets. She made purchasing and delivery set up hassle free.

Disposable furniture! Lasts a year on average. Terrible customer service! Last time I will EVER buy there and I already knew better! Back ordered 6 weeks. Waited 6 weeks. Got half a couch. Back ordered another 3 weeks. Couch received damaged beyond repair. Back ordered another 3 weeks. By the time the other half actually gets here, they won’t even match anymore because the couches received first will be worn because nothing that you get their lasts anyway. Christmas present ruined. Basically told oh well, your SOL and we can do whatever we want by the amazing customer service people. Do yourself a favor! Pay a little more ANYWHERE else for quality furniture and ANY other company that values their customers more that this place! Update: Responded to the email as stated below and never got any response whatsoever.

Great deals just wished we could of got our recliner sooner. PTL we got our sofa recliner sooner and its beautiful and comfortable. Were blessed to be able to have it delivered even though we wasnt even home. We really want to thank everyone from the salespeople, delivery drivers and our dear friends who helped us get something so great. We would definitely recommend AFW to everyone. Wasnt supposed to get our sofa recliner until the middle or end of April and got it 3/17 ordered it 3/10. Awesome job everyone.
Had a couch set delivered yesterday. Guys were nice until after they delivered the last piece of furniture and split. Noticed they left a nice long scratch on my laminate floor. Tried to confront them but they left pretty quick. I had a feeling they knew what the did. This is the second time Ive had furniture delivered from them and they do damage. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from them again. Platinum service is more like pot metal service.

After spending thousands of dollars at this store after my house burned. Today I was trying to buy a new sofa the last I bought there lasted 3 years. The manager Jeff informed me that they dont deliver floor models even though Im in a wheelchair and cant move it myself. It was my misfortune to meet the rudest man in Colorado!! I will never shop there again!!!! Not handicapped friendly!!!

After spending mattress and the chair Ive now waited almost a full month for my products and Im being told that the chair has not shipped from the manufacturer yet and that they cannot deliver to my home so I will have to pick up a king size mattress and bring it from Pueblo to Walsenburg somehow in a minivan this is absolutely unacceptable I know there is a labor shortage and all the other things going on but $1,200 I should not have had to wait this long and then go get it myself because I was also charged a delivery fee

Hello everyone. I have to get to the point-Ordered a Recliner from this great Company! We decided to pick it up ourselves. We live 2+ hours to go shopping. Major shopping... Major appliances, food in bulk and Furniture. We weren’t in a big rush... no problem right? The Customer Service Associate said it was out of stock. We were told no longer than 3 days.A full week thats 6-7 days we drove back to Pueblo to discover that our recliner was not shipped and we weren’t notified that there was a delay! Not cool AFW! A phone call or “pigeon” or smoke signals! But I’m sorry you have great reasonable prices! But you’re communication sux!!!! We then had to drive back 5 hours!!!!!!!!! And with nothing. Offer us a discount My Family who has been buying from AFW for yrs! This is a disappointment!
We went in to the store to shop on the 17th of December, my wife really liked a hutch they had so we found a sales guy to help us and bought quite a few other items. The sales guy told us the hutch wouldn’t be available to pick up until the 3rd of January. We called on third and they said another few days we waited and called back but this time spoke with another employee who said it wouldn’t arrive until March, many calls and many answers. No ones on the same page, we hear different things from different employees and are still waiting on the hutch we paid for in December. Really wish the communication was better, had I known this was going to be a nightmare I wouldn’t have waisted money and time.

Came here to buy a sectional, they said they couldn’t get it in for a month and a half. Went to Love Furniture there in Pueblo, had the SAME sectional in stock so we purchased from Love Furniture instead! Also the guy I asked (after walking around for 20 min trying to find someone) acted like I was inconveniencing him by wanting to purchase a couch. I brought him to where my husband was by the couch, he leaned on one couch and put his foot on the couch we were looking to purchase (yes I know it’s a showroom model still unprofessional) and seemed relieved when we said we would look elsewhere.
Terrible customer service. We bought a mattress last month with the expected date of arrival to be late August. Called today to check the status of our order, only to be told it got pushed back another month. If I hadnt called, we would not have recieved any communication on the matter.

Worst customer service experience ever. Merchandise was supposed to arrive on a specific date, didnt receive any notification. I called and told the sales person messed up my order and needed to speak with her. I was transferred to her, she said she was busy and would call me back. 5 days and still waiting on her call.... Called again today asked for a manager, of course the same guy who answered the phone when I called the first time, said let me transfer you and somehow my call is dropped. I have purchased a lot from this place but it will be my last. I am a VERY dissatisfied customer! Called corporate office and of course waiting for a call back, and I still havent received my Merchandise I PAID for in full!
I ordered some furniture and I wanted it delivered to my dads nursing home. (the delivery was not like I was told over the phone)The mattress turned into a lumpy piece of junk after 2 weeks of use.
The worse experience ever!!! Bought a bunk bed they broke it putting it together had to wait a week for them to come back out and fix it.. also order a tv stand came broken they brought a replacement one a week later that was damaged so they dint even leave wait anothet week to get a new one got couchs in the Benning of march was told the recliner would be here April 22 called them to see and now they are saying not til the beginning of June... the worst customer service ever
Staff is always great and friendly. This company on the other hand can no longer keep up with supply. 7 different sofa and loveseat sets all with a back order date of mid October (a whole month out). So we had to just go through wayfair which will have our set delivered (free shipping) in 2 weeks and saved us about $100.
The furniture is great. The employees, not so much. When we finally found someone to help us, she didnt know the products. We found what we were looking for and she said Oh it must be new. Then she left to take a phone call and didnt come back. The other woman ignored us even when we tried to ask her a question. We went to a different furniture store and they were helpful, had a similar couch, so we bought from them.

I purchased a couch set a year ago and got a little bit of a run around on delivery, I ended up waiting almost a month longer than originally told but I understand things happen. So when I was ready to purchase another set for my upstairs living room I went back on February 2nd. Jordan Salazar said a couple of the pieces were on back order but would arrive March 3rd. I wasnt thrilled but I accepted it. He said he would call me and give me updates, he did not. I ended up calling March 5th and was told they wouldnt be in until March 23rd. Still no update from Jordan despite being promised he would call me. Called in on the 24th and was told they are still on back order and was Jordan was paged to finish my phone call. He said he was on lunch and would call me back in 10-15 min. An hour later I called back because he hadnt called me. He said I could get all but one piece on Monday but the last piece wont be available until April 10th. I asked to get the delivery on Monday and to get a refund for the last piece. He said he would call me back with the refund details in 10 min... that was 20 minutes ago. I understand things happen but its bs to wait over 2 months for more than a 12 hundred dollar purchase.

Bought a t.v. chest last year on 11/24/2020 (paid in full) and it finally came in today 2/6/2021. Beings they havent delivered it yet, they are charging me more money for taxes due to the tax increase of 2021.I can see if I hadnt paid in full or was purchasing but I was already paid in FULL before the increase. It sure is fishy!

We ordered bedroom furniture on 1/29/20 and scheduled it to be delivered on 11/16/2020. When we called to verify the delivery on 11/13/20 we were told the delivery was never scheduled and the delivery truck was full until 11/20 which was unacceptable for very important reasons. We had to go out and find another furniture store with bedroom furniture we liked and that could deliver by Tues, which we did, and we cancelled our furniture that we bought at AFW. We feel like we were lied to and we dont like to be lied to.
I would give zero stars if I could. The only part of this transaction that went smooth was the sale, from that point on it was horrible. Little did I know that what I thought was the smooth part was actually riddled with errors and this is where the problems began. Salesperson ordered and had delivered the wrong color, so they had to take them back and return in about 4 days (yesterday/Sunday 3-7-2021) The 2nd delivery was going well until I was informed that one of the beds that I purchased did not get shipped with the hardware. This bed is currently sitting in my sons room in pieces, while I await the delivery of the hardware. Every single time I have spoken with customer service they have been very rude and did not seem to care that I was inconvenienced. One person actually told me that I need to understand that AFW has thousands and thousands of customers and I am just one of them so I need to be patient with them. Patience is something that I ran out of quickly while dealing with the series of errors with regard to my order. I will never do business with AFW again because of this.
The costumer service is okay it’s not great but it’s not bad either but I ordered a couch two weeks ago and they said it’d be in March 19th (today) now they are saying it won’t be in until mid-end ofApril so just refunded it but this isn’t the only time they did this they did it to my mom as well she got half her couch about a month after she bought it then the other half2 months after she bought it I wouldn’t have a problem with it if they didn’t say one thing and then change it Bc had I known it was gonna come at the end of April I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place now I’ve wasted a month to get a new couch Bc I was told one thing then they changed it. I will not be recommending them to anyone
I went into the Pueblo location about 1 month ago and saw the Coud Matress was on display stating $599 for the set! I flagged down an employee and he came over to me, I said to him this is a great price! I would like this please, I was looking at one for over $800 before but I would like this one he said yes and we have plenty in stock. Well, I got the bed with a store credit card and long story short the bed is somehow over 800!!!!! This is no good!!!!! The price should be honored!!! I am not happy with your facility and will return the bed!!!!

Terrible delivery options, I purchased online. Gave me curb or install option. I chose the 80 dollar install option. Called 4 days later to see what the deal was. Nothing was scheduled. So, I said ok lets schedule it. Then get told here is the next available day (a friday), we will call you the day prior (Thursday by noon) to tell you when. And if you cancel, there is a cancelation fee. They wont give you a time, not even morning afternoon option. Its terrible. No person with a job, can just say oh by the way, afw just called me, I wont be in tomorrow for my furniture delivery. I am sure AFW wouldnt like their employees calling off last minute for say cable installation or furniture delivery for that matter.
At first the service was great until I came to pick up my bed. My bed frame was cracked, the sad part the only ones who cared were the guys in the warehouse, my own sales lady didnt care.I ended up with a refund and went somewhere else. Poor customer service from your sales team!
A giant showroom with nothing available the same day. The staff is unwilling to help you when you have issues. We purchased a day bed off the floor that developed a crack between the show room and the dock. When we decided that was one crack to many, the staff decided we were no longer worthy of help and walked away including the sales person who originally helped us. We ended up getting better service at Big Lots.

Jake Jabs (the owner of AFW) takes the smallest markup of any furniture retailer in the US. I used to sell to the company. Jake is in his 90s. Buy your stuff now before he passes and the kids sell the business to some company that will jack the prices.

Place is a joke. Everything is made from China and lasts for barely months. The prices show the quality. A relative bought an end table and had it delivered and one of the delivery drivers defected on his bathroom floor.
Went on MLK day, I had no issues was looking for a sofa for my man cave. Didn’t use a salesperson until I was about to purchase one. In the 90 minutes I was there had 5 salesperson come to me asking if I need help.
I love this store! I love how friendly and helpful everyone is, without being in your face pushing you to buy buy buy! I’ve gotten a couch, ottoman, fake plants, and pictures from there and every time a very enjoyable experience, and excellent selection. Thank you!
So many types of furniture to pick from. And the prices are very reasonable. Lots rugs, dining furniture, couches, bedroom suites and they delivery for a reasonable price. Also entertainment centers at reasonable prices. No one to pressure you to buy something.

Joseph Sandoval was absolutely amazing! Two other people had already attempted to help me and informed me I couldnt get the 5 chairs I wanted and said they were discontinued. Joseph was the 3rd person to ask me what I was interested in, and I told him the chairs I really wanted were unavailable. He went above and beyond and found the chairs for me! I highly recommend asking for him when you shop at AFW! Great guy who goes the extra mile for the customer!
Nice to look around. Not enough clerks when we needed more info before making a decision to purchase a mattress, so we skipped buying that day.
No enough staff, everything was on order, and lady who helped us didnt know about the products to much.
I went to purchase a couch and love seat from American furniture warehouse and found something both me and my wife like. Well it came time to pick up my furniture and they didnt do the best wrap job to protect the couches for transport. When we got them home there were tear marks on the leather from the poor wrap job. Well Mary Sheppard gave me a call and we was able to come to an agreement that made sense for both of us. Now i have a beautiful set of couches sitting in my living room and its all because Mary went above and beyond and did things she didnt have to just to make sure her customers are happy. Ill say this. I do not think i will even shop anywhere else for any furniture needs in the future.
I like this furniture store because when you go in there they dont pressure you but they are right there to help if you need them. Got a really nice couch at a great price. Everything I saw in that store when I was shopping was solidly built and good quality and I think the price is really good I can tell this couch is going to last many years
