Needed a shirt done for my fiancé’s birthday and needed it the next day, the layout was a bit difficult but they still got it done and had it ready just in time for his bday. They are very kind to their customers and have great prices! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Was told the decal would be ready in a week, when I called they hadnt even started working on it because they were too busy on a bigger project. Was not friendly when I contacted them. Two weeks go by and I show up to pick up the decals, they didnt have them cut like we discussed and there was no attempt to clean up the image. On top of that they didnt put the UV protect solution on it like they said they would, instead they sprayed some seni gloss solution that put little dots all over the image. Lastly, instead of accepting that Id like to go somewhere else they stated that nothing was their fault and that I wouldnt have it better anywhere else. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Terrible service. Print quality was extremely poor. Vinyl was low grade cheap import material. All their T Shirts are all plastic transfer (DIY) BTWWhen emailed about the issue the response was out for the weekend be back Monday! Then no reply. Save your money and go to Quantum they are cheaper and way better quality !! Cost me $200 for absolutely nothing!!

Do not even waste your time looking anywhere else! Velvet is AMAZING!!!!! She saved me in a horrible crisis and put my mind at ease. She took my small basic idea and made it into real marketing materials! I will never go any where else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
