Oh my what a bloody hell mess. Looks like a trend here. Upper management better step in. Reviews this bad require swift decisive actions. I purchased some fake goatee and beard hair. The package was so old the glue was clumped and dried out. Wouldnt stjck to face. $25 down the drain. Now lets get onto the service. Besides the frowning and rolling of eyes it held a level of incompetence surpassing all of my previous bad reviews. Theres no saving this crew. Wipe them out and start over. It can be done as long aa the upper management steps in and takes the bull by the horns and get it going. Fresh faces with happy smiles will be a easy rise in better reviews. Make it mandatory that they smile at every word spoken. Set the example and fire the first one that decides that thats dumb. About face will happen. Anyway I wont put one red cent into that store until youve replaced the crew. By the way I dont know any of the employees there. Their ruined set in their ways. We bought a costume for my son he’s 12 months. Thirty minutes after we purchased it tried to return it and they refused it! Even though on their receipt it says within 30 days! I can’t believe they would rather keep $30 than to have a returning customer. NEVER COMING BACK!

Nice place to go if the hours werent so iffy, closing at 5:00 on a Sunday but having someone stand in like for 20 minutes at 4:00 because they are closing the registers isnt really good customer service. And speaking of this is the worst customer service I have ever had. I went in to get baby shower invitations and had a coupon on my phone. I was informed I could not use it unless it was printed out so I said I would be right back and the lady said, with a smirk on her face, they may not be here when you get back. Awful service

I made a purchase three days ago. When I attempted to return two items, I was told that the items were not returnable. The owner of the store did not hesitate to sell the items, however failed to mention that the items were not returnable. Fact: the receipt states returns in 30 days with receipt only. I will not ever shop at this store again because of this false advertisement.

RACIST! I was in there to get decorations for my sisters baby shower and they were very suspicious of us..They looked through our bags and gave is the ugliest looks ever !

Party America is fun, I will get party supplies here. Some of the pricing on items are high, the staff are not helpful or very friendly, and they do not usually have what I need.

Went in and had really good customer service with everything I needed.

I stopped in this store last week to get items for my sons upcoming birthday party! I walked around the store for several minutes (30 or more) looking for what I thought would be sold there! In this time no one approached me to offer me assistance, and finally I tracked someone down myself and ask if they had the items I needed. She said no we dont sell that here, I then ask if they had anything comparable and was told I dont know you might want to try another store! I didnt try another store I just logged on to a competitors website ( party supply) and ordered everything I needed from them! Yes I had to pay shipping but what little shipping cost me was worth not dealing with the lousy customer skills and rude people at this store! I will never go back to this store either...its about 10 minutes from my house and I try to support local businesses first but I will continue to use your competitor in the future!

Horrible service and return policy. Purchased an item that did not work upon plugging it in. Receipt states return within 30 days. They told me the item is not returnable, but they fail to mention that to you when you buy it. So its a buy as is with no refunds. Please do not shop here they will rip you off!!!

The coustomer service was excellent and the employees were super friendly and helpful

One of the staff was rude and dishonest on the phone. They have a limited selection of movie themes and they are very expensive to boot. I may never go again. I will plan the next party around what Wal-Mart has rather than drive 30 miles for a bad experience.

Prices were a little high, but Id expect as much from a small local buisness competing with the likes from walmart and Party City. Had more variety then I expected and friendly workers who helped me out alot would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Horrible Customer Service. I purchased 10 Birthday Balloons and 4 popped on my way home..2 in the car and 2 when I entered my home. I only live 10 minutes from them and did have the air conditioner on in the car. I called the store and spoke to Betty who stated she was the manager. After telling her what happened she said they could do nothing...that you are on your own once you leave the store. I told her this had never happened before when I purchased balloons at other stores and questioned if maybe there was too much helium in them. She quickly responded, No, the girl did not put too much helium in them. No other remedy was suggested...so I will never purchase balloons there and will not return.

REVIEWS DONT LIE. Look at all these terrible reviews, wish I looked sooner because this was the worst experience I have ever had. I purchased speciality balloons online ($15 each) and had taken them there to be filled up. Before all balloons were filled the man, who claims he is the owner, had me go pay. The payment was $5 a ballon, which is absurd, but I complied. While completing my purchase I heard a pop, the man had completely torn one of my balloons. The cashier refunded me $5 before even allowing me to examine the situation or without my permission. When I went over to where my balloons were, the owner said it was not his problem, he didnt need customers and that if they were his balloons he would have known when to stop. There are ridiculous policies in every inch of this store but not a single one about bringing and being held liable for your own balloons if the owner damages them! I was dismissed with no return of my money, because even though I could not use any of the balloons he demanded he had to charge for the helium he did use, no refund and the worst customer service I have received. I would caution everyone to NOT spend their money at this location unless you enjoy being treated badly and like being ripped off.

Plenty of choices for Halloween... They carry parrty supplies too... I also seen spirit gear for schools...

Horrible customer service! Had an emergency so I turned around same day, maybe within 20 minutes of leaving, to go back and return, nothing opened, everything still in packages and not touched, they told me I couldnt refund anything. I told them i just left, and the woman hung up on me and wouldnt let me speak to a manager nothing.

Owner is retiring and closing store. 50% off everything until closing.

A lot of things for party such items, such as graduation, birthdays, Halloween, anniversarys, etc.

Poor customer service. On the phone, and in person. I still bought your product as I had no other choice, I needed them.
