Originally went in for What someone else diagnosed as a medium engine repair, turned out that it was a complete engine rebuild necessary because of lifter parts in the oil going through the entire engine, Richard took great care of me, he was always very courteous and very timely on completing the job!!!since that job, I have brought multiple vehicles to him for oil changes and transmission fluid leak repairs, all of those jobs were completed great and at a very fair price.he is a small shop so dealing directly with the owner is always nice, I would highly recommend him as a great mechanic in the Pueblo area,

Called to set up an appointment for my vehicle, no answer so I left a message. Never got a call back. Ended up spending over $3000 at another shop. I also have a classic car Im restoring. This shop missed out on some good business.Response to owner. Your attitude sucks. Please do everyone a favor and continue not answering your phone. I wasnt rude in my review, just honest.. Your response was out of line.

I have been searching for a good mechanic who is trustworthy, knows what theyre doing, and is welcoming. Master Tech is all of those! I get nervous when I have to go to the mechanic (costs, not knowing if I can trust the work, etc.), but Amanda made me feel welcomed from the beginning. Richard got me back on the road in 15 minutes and only charged me for materials. I also appreciated that there was no tv blaring, only the hum of a radio with good tunes. And Bear, the big, white, sweet rescue dog, offered his company while I waited. I will definitely return!

Does not answer or return messages even after making a commitment to.Update:Truly appalled by the lack of accountability on their end. A review is meant to share one’s experience, in this case the lack there of. Instead of attempting to make things right, the “owner” attempts to guilt trip. Apparently it is so hard to find time to answer a phone call or return message throughout the entire day but had plenty of time to reply on here as if this is social media. Very interesting but revealing.

I broke down on my trip from south dakota back to arizona the owner Richard was able to diagnose the problem with ease. As i waited for a ride they treated me as family. Great people. Fair prices. Definitely worth stopping here.

Was looking for service on my 2013 Dodge Grand caravan. Called to have it looked at talked to someone for less than a minute. Waited for a call back never got one called back no answer. I did go with a different Auto shop and good to go.

This place was awesome... the garage was spotless... the techs were friendly and I felt I was treated honestly. The prices were just right if you compare them to other places. Also they ended up doing some little things I didn’t ask for but needed like cleaning the nodes on my battery (didn’t charge me extra). Hard to find mechanics like this anywhere.. trust me I’ve been to many since I’m no gear head... these guys are the real deal. Plus they didn’t take forever to do the job!

Awesome experience! Our car had issues on a Sunday night, we emailed Richard and by Monday morning at 7:30 he responded. Called back in a timely manner with estimate of repairs and had it fixed a day ahead of schedule at an affordable price. Would highly recommend.

Rich and crew are amazing! They were able to get my Suburban in for diagnosis and repair same day! The other shops were out a week just for diagnosis. His crew worked late to make sure I had a vehicle to get my kids to their sports activities in Denver the next morning. Took my truck in for differential repair waited 3 months to get it back they screen there phone calls wont call you back I had to show up at the shop to talk to someone to get my truck back 2 weeks later not even 1000 miles rear differential went out again never taking it to this guy again though I tried to call him about it and he blocked my number shady shady business

Richard helped me solve several problems I was having with my Chevy Cobalt. He performed diagnostics and provided me a list of parts that I would need to clear all the error codes. I picked up the parts and he got me in the shop the same day. The entire team at Master Tech is very personable and they provide excellent customer service!

Wow!!! “True automotive talent” Richard, Tony and the technitions are the best of the best. Those gentleman took on one of the very toughest exhaust manifold replacements EVER!!! Everyone knows that the Ford 5.4 Triton engine manifold replacements are like climbing Mount Everest. Those bolts almost always break off because of the design and rust, but after taking on the challenge Richard said “I will win“ and he did!!! No one else in Pueblo County would touch this mechanical nightmare including our local dealership. They also completed three additional repairs and everything was done perfectly and right on time!!! I was referred to Master Tech by some people. I went in to talk to Richard the owner. Richard tryed to help mewas not only there for me get my warranty company to take care of the problem. Richard and i found out that they didnt want to help at all. So me and Richard sat down and came up with away to help me fix my problem with my truck. Richard went out of his way to help get my truck fixed and i was able to get my truck back but not only that, he made sure it wad safe to drive.
