Safelite installed the wrong windshield on my car and blamed it on me. If they looked up windshields by vin numbers and ordered the parts correctly, this wouldnt have been an issue. This was not a one time thing either. They tried to install the wrong windshield 3x on my boyfriends car. I also had to go back after my windshield was installed because my rear view mirror kept falling down. They had to put spacers in it on a 3rd visitAlso, during the pandemic, they wouldnt answer their phones and their automated quote was 400 higher than another auto glass repair company. (Passenger side window this time)

I have had my windshield replaced three times this year with Safelite due to crummy interstate travel. On my last repair, they fixed a very small crack. When they did, they took off my interior stickers as they do when they do a whole glass replacement. What else they did, I don’t know because they took the truck to their workshop. Last week it rained for the first time since having the windshield replaced and there is a leak. They won’t replace the windshield because THEY FIXED THE CRACK! WTH?! (I can understand if I had someone else do work on it, but they are the ones who fixed it!) Seriously, the crack was in the center of the windshield & less than 1/4” big. And they want to claim that the crack may cause the leak so they won’t warranty their work. I have no idea if they broke the seal when they repaired the crack as it looks like they started a whole glass replacement when taking off my stickers. I am livid and won’t be using them again. BEWARE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY.

Let me say that the windshield in my Semi truck, 72007, is in, clean and was done on my day off Saturday which was Awesome. What was not awesome, inside the cab of my truck was layered in shards of glass, not just the dash, the steering wheel, console, floor, on top of my microwave and mattress. I dont understand how all this glass got everywhere! what upset me is it wasnt cleaned up. When the side glass got broken out of my Pickup your guy even vacuumed out inside the door, why didnt your guy clean up the mess he made in my Semi? It wasnt a shattered windshield, it had 2 cat eyes. Regardless WTH!!?? Thank you for having to pick glass out of my hands and fingers covered in band-aids. What happened to the quality of Safelite? Its what made you the #1 auto glass company. Not just mad,... Im furious.

It took 20 minutes to get a live person. Then, it was someone in Arizona and not at the store that I called. After all that, they wasted another 30 minutes before they would give me a price quote. I was able to beat their price by $30.00 locally.

They are the best! They were able to fix the chip the same day that I asked for help. The hours on the front door need to be updated. They are open until 5pm on Saturday. It was very convenient. Customer service is excellent.

This business is exceptional. Ive had the misfortune of having to replace/repair three windshields within a two-month period and each visit was great. Staff are consistently professional and courteous and Ruben (glass tech) is excellent. Id recommend using this business above all others in Pueblo for your window repairs/replacement.

I would have given it 5 stars, but their automated phone system is very frustrating (this all on corporate and not the fault of the local branch). Once I received an appointment, the process went very smoothly. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to others, just use their web site instead of calling them.

The scheduling was fast and simple. I went through the insurance agency and it cost me $100 for a full windshield replacement. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. The technician went over the car to make sure there werent any pre existing damage he needed to be aware of and took my car back right away. Over all it took just over an hour and they vacuumed my car and did a fantastic job. Reuben was friendly and fast with the service. Couldnt have asked for a better company to work with. Absolutely exceptional.

Very disappointed. My first appointment, the Pueblobranch came to my home with the wrong windshield (I wasted a half day off work). They ordered the correct windshield and told me it had to be replaced in their shop. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment only to arrive today (two hour roundtrip drive) and they say my sprinter van won’t fit in their shop. This, after their tech saw my van the first time. Ridiculous. Another wasted half day off work. Unacceptable.

USAA recommended this place and they were right to do so. I try to bring my cars here for anything windshield related. Those of us in CO know just how pricey replacing windshields can be, so its great to have an affordable and dependable shop to go to.

Absolute garbage of a company. I brought my vehicle in to repair a chip and they cracked my window. They told me that they are not responsible and I have to buy a new one. The manager was no help and their customer service is horrible. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

After driving clear across town and spending nearly one hour of my time, I find out that the wrong windshield was ordered for my 2020 Elantra. However, the tech did not forget to Upsell new wiper blades and Rain Shield. Now I have to return tomorrow and hopefully they will have the correct part this time. Employees were courteous and the store was clean.

Got my windshield done at my house the next day it was leaking and the day after that it cracked poor quality glass went and took it in to get fixed they fixed the leak but the crack in the windshield was not fixible they told me I had to get a new one I was not happy I called my insurance and had them send out novice glass they did a great job on both of my vehicles and the quality of the glass and coustmers service was far better than safelite definitely never using safelite again definitely if you want great quality I wouldnt get my windshield from them go to novice

We took our vehicle in two weeks ago for a simpke windshield repair. The tech made the small pit in our windshield bigger. He apologized (thanks for that ...) and said he wasn’t going to file with our insurance (thanks for that). The pit he made worse is now spidering. We are not happy ... now we’re looking at a replacement one year after our first replacement last year (note - we’ve had the vehicle for 8 years). We’ll file with our insurance in a couple of months - but hopefully will not be forced to use Safelite again.

My back window got busted on my hatch. Called Safelite and had them come out to replace it since they had the best price. The guy put in the new window and everything but after he put the trunk back together, my hatch wouldnt open and close like it was supposed to anymore. My boyfriend and my neighbor took it apart and found out that he bent the prong on the connector and now I have to replace the whole latch assembly on my car. They dont take any responsibility for damaging people cars. Another neighbor had her windshield replace and the bent the front fender on her car. They give you excuses and dont car. I will not use them in the future.

They were terrible they sent me a window between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 10 minutes before 5:00 p.m. they called me and said they would have to reschedule it was a service truck and I had it out all day waiting for them to fix it and at the end of the day they told me Im going to have to reschedule which I thought was ridiculous I informed my insurance company and let them know what had happened and told them I was not pleased at all with the way they ran their business also the girl at the counter was very very rude an unaccommodating I will not and would not recommend them to anybody they were just terrible and very unaccommodating.

We had a 10am appointment at the Pueblo location today (9/19/2020) to have our windshield replaced on our 2016 subaru legacy, and due to a new windshield also have the eyesight technology recalibrated. We dropped off our car just before 10am and were told by Robert that it would take about an hour and a half. We waited in Pueblo for about 90 min and received a call from Robert telling us that he was having a difficult time recalibrating the eyesight and it would be a few more hours until our car was finished. About 2pm we called safelite to get an update on what was happening with our car and eventually were told the lead technician was working on it and they will call us when it is finished. At about 230pm we received a call saying our car would be finished in about 15 minutes. We received the receipt via email on our way to pick up our car for a total of $881.75. I read all the details and couldnt understand why the cost was substantially higher than I expected. When I arrived at the store to pick up our car I asked the secretary (Alexandra) about the high cost and was told thats what your insurance agreed to pay and because of having difficulty recalibrating the eyesight they drove our car just over 100 miles. I explained to Alexandra that Pueblo subaru (across the street on Hwy 50) said $240 to recalibrate the eyesight after having a new windshield installed and explained we never agreed to have our car driven 100 miles and werent even contacted about this happening. I requested for them to at least refill my fuel tank being that I brought it in with a full tank of fuel and was told there was no manager there to make that decision. I was pretty furious at this point and said that someone was going to make that decision right then and asked for the managers phone number. Alexandra was very rude and denied giving me the managers phone number. Reuben (Lead Tech) stepped in at about this time and said that he was trying to call the manager in order to let him decide to refill the 100 miles worth of fuel they drove our car for, but the manager didnt answer. I explained to Reuben that $881.75 seemed excessive being that a windshield alone costs about $250 and calibration of the eyesight costs about $240 at the subaru dealer. I explained that just because my insurance is paying for it (by filing a claim) doesnt mean they can charge whatever they want because eventually it causes insurance rates to increase. Reuben said they have trouble calibrating subarus eyesight technology and explained that is why they drove our car over 100 miles. I appreciate the explanation but a little communication goes a long way! They shouldve at least called me to explain they needed to continue driving it until it was finished. This leaves me wondering what exactly they were doing in our car. Were they picking up parts for other customers? Joyriding? There is no accountability for driving 100+ miles in my car without my permission, knowledge, or even reimbursement for fuel. What would happen if they were in an accident while or if they damaged something while driving it? With the attitude I was given from Alexandra and experience I had with this safelite today I will be contacting my insurance company and am looking forward to speaking directly with the manager about my experience come Monday morning. A positive in this situation is Reubens attitude and customer service explaining the situation to me. As for the secretary, she needs to learn customer service skills prior to dealing with the public.

Nice place to visit and a nice lake to fish from its also has hiking trails,bike trails,ECT. We have been there twice so far and would recommend at least a 3 or 4 days stay and enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Had my windshield replaced on my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee at my wifes workplace. We live fifty minutes away and they dont come that far to do mobile installation. When I saw the vehicle the next day I noticed that the cowling at the bottom of the windshield was not properly placed. It wasnt laying flat, and bolts at each lower corner were exposed. It also made A lot of noise at highway speeds.So I called that morning and reported the problem, and was told I would have to bring it in to the shop and have the windshield reinstalled. Also they said it would be a warranty job! It was not installed correctly, how could it be a warranty job!Anyway I get there and almost immediately the tech tries telling me it is the vehicles fault, that this happens to all of this model. He will try his best! Please! If the couldnt do it properly they should not have attempted it!I wont be a repeat customer needless to say.

Horrible costumer service, and inner communication. A technician came to install a windshield on a vehicle I was trying to sell, and found out that the glass was warped and a new windshield needed to be installed, stuff happens I understand that, but then I had to talk to multiple different employees to get a real answer as to when they would install a good windshield. I ended up selling the vehicle before any installation and buying a used vehicle that also needed a new windshield. They wouldnt work with me on any type of refund or transfer the bill to a new vehicle. Also the entire time this debacle was occurring, I received multiple different appointment notifications, for appointments I didnt even set. So in conclusion, they took my money, and I did not receive the product.

Made an appointment to get my windshield installed travel 60+ miles and it was a waste of my time and gas, they didnt have the right windshield. I am very disappointed. I think if an appointment was made and they knew I had to travel that far that they would have been responsible enough to make sure they had the right windshield. UPDATE: Safelite made everything right with my vehicle and gave me a gas card to compensate me for my travel. Ruben is truly a people person and goes above and beyond to make things right. I am totally satisfied with the outcome of my experience and would highly recommend Safelite.

This particular safe lite is so wonderful. Took my truck back right away and was very pleasant. Windshield of course looks awesome and they were fast. But what I really appreciated the most being a new mom was that when I asked if they had an area I could Breast feed my daughter they let me use their back office. That is awesome customer support. I have to sit here for my appt and my daughter is hungry so letting me take her in the back is so awesome! I cannot express my gratitude enough for that. Made our wait so much easier!!

The customer service 1-800 number staff was rude and unprofessional. I had to call many times and every time I received a different quote and different information. The staff at the store was unable to fix the issues and straighten out the mess that there 1-800 number created. The staff at the store was nice and professional to say the least. But I will definitely use a different company, because all the others I called in my area were $200 cheaper.

They tried to rush me in and out. Made the three chips I had to be repaired worse, then accepted no responsibility and said well guess youll need a new windshield now. Then wouldnt even help with getting me any kind of a discount on a new windshield. Will never use this place again... Beware!! Update: My windshield has split almost all the way up now. There was little to no damage prior to these people working on it and now it has become almost unsafe and needs to be replaced. Unbelievable!!

I would question Safelites ethics at this location. My windshield was not installed correctly causing it to crack from the edge. The installer stated that he could not see any visible entry points and was going to take it back and look at it under the light. When my vehicle came back it had a visible entry point created by the installer. He reported that he had to use a tool to dig out the entry point. A few days later my windshield cracked again on the same side further down. Again no entry point from a rock. Safelites warranty will not cover this because of what the installer claimed to have occurred. I should have read the reviews prior to going to this location. It appears that I am not the only customer that has experienced questionable care from an installer. Safelites customer care was professional and helpful. I made a complaint to customer care and now this location refused to work with me. I would not have returned to this location even if they accepted me. Safelite customer care was helpful and found a location closer. Customer care was extremely apologetic for my experience at this location.

My auto insurance company scheduled two different dates for a rock chip repair at my home with Safelite AutoGlass. I reached out to Safelite AutoGlass but the customer service representative was unable to schedule me at the same date/time for both vehicles. However, the CSR had agreed to put in some notes for the technician to perform both repairs in one, if possible. The technician was very hospitable, accommodating and was truly concerned about fixing the rock chip repair. I got a phone call from the technician when he was expected to come by the house to perform his work and he was right on time. He was very thorough in explaining how he was going to repair the rock chip. He was also more than willing to fix both vehicles that same day. He was quick and cleaned the windows as well as vacuumed the vehicles which was a bonus. He then left brochures and explained the warranty on his work. I received A+ customer service from beginning to end. Thank you!

Guys were awesome! On camping trip from KS and passenger window wouldnt roll up. They quickly pulled it up and taped in place so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. We were there for less than 10 mins. They didnt charge me for their time either.

Great customer service, they vacuum your floorboards and clean all your glass during the service.But calls get forwarded to Colorado Springs if the lines are busy. Getting transferred back to Pueblo is apparently difficult because my call got dropped twice.Also, they should consider adding a key drop box for early morning vehicle drop offs.
