If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. 20 days they had my truck and fixed it, yet let my daughter drive it off the lot with a blown out ball joint and busted leaf spring. They even got paid for a 4 wheel alignment that, if it had actually been done, the damage would have been found. They blamed me for rushing them, then blamed the insurance company for not telling them to do an inspection after an accident? The bumper they did put on is crooked and the trim on it isnt fully attached. I ended up taking my truck to the shop that would have done the alignment for them (who were amazing to work with) but because the insurance already paid these yahoos for an alignment I had to pay for that out of my own pocket. 100 % worth it to not have to deal with these people again.Update: while deciding what to do about this I discovered their BBB A rating is also a lie. I also find the number of 5 star reviews that havent reviewed anything else fairly shady. Not surprised at all at this point.

The employees at Extreme were kind, knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond for my repair! They made me feel that my vehicle was important to them, that my business was important to them, and that I was important to them. They not only did the repair in a timely manner they fixed what a previous Pueblo body shop fixed wrong. They do it right the first time! Real parts, real workmanship, real people! They worked with my insurance and me! I was not a number that they push through the system!My repairs were done in days within the initial meeting! Not like the other shops that are “pre-approved”.I would recommend this shop to anyone! Great people!

I waited well over a month to get my estimate and pictures to the insurance. I had to call over 10.times to get Renee on the ball. She shared information about her employees that she shouldnt. slow and unprofessional. I Cant imagine how long it would take to get my car fixed if it took a month and a 1/2 just to get a quote!

Got rear ended and took my truck here. Very nice when I first came in, other then the day care in the front office. I had to call them to check up on it and find out when it would be finished. When I came in they attempted to put old parts on but charge me for repair. The new bumper also wasnt aligned and they did the ol we just hired a new guy. When I brought up the old piece still on they told me a new one would come in in about a week. When I asked why did you tell.me it was finished they told me they never said that. Then when I came back in a week, they told me the part wasnt available. I had to bring in a copy of the insurance so they would give me my money back for the piece. The might be nice people but they are unprofessional and try to nickel and dime you, beware.

Parts were delayed, I get that due to COVID, but called numerous times and was told by the owner if I didnt get a call back the first time why did I keep calling. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They walk alway then you come into the shop and never return calls. Do not take your vehicle here!

Staff is friendly but there was poor communication regarding updates on getting parts in and when the work would be completed. Forgot to refill my windshield cleaner fluid after replacing the reservoir.

Worse jod I ever seen, took an aftermarket diffuser fo put on did not paint it right, paints runs .put my bumper on wrong. Did know anything! I have to take it to be fixed ! Poor work done to my trackhawk.not even worth arguing over. !

Had a great experience with this place after my Nissan Pathfinder was hammered by hail last summer. It was good as new when I got it back from them, and they were great to deal with over the phone and in all communications. Excellent body shop!

I took my car in and when I got it back most of the problem was fixed but there was still damage to the front bumper. Paint is chipped on my trunk that wasn’t like that before I took it in and the girl up front was very rude. Answered phone on her lunch break and said she’d call back after. Two hours later and still no call. When I called back, she said that there was two people ahead of me and was complaining about having to help them. Then she hung up on me! Really need to work on customer service and hospitality.

I had Extreme Auto Body work on a 1996 Honda Accord a couple of years ago. The whole front end was replaced an they matched the paint color perfectly. Great auto body shop in Pueblo I would recommend them to anybody.

Recently had my vehicle worked on over here and after finally getting it back almost a month later I drove it away and when I was on the highway I get a call from the business asking me to check if there was radiator fluid in it when I get a chance because they weren’t sure if they put any in, mind you they did not recharge my a/c unit as it was! it wasn’t driving correctly as we were on the phone so I hang up pull over and yes there was prestone in it all right and all over my engine as well... and my hood still don’t work correctly! I’m furious with the way they handled business this was totally uncalled for, yes accidents happen and people make mistakes but I did not appreciate this at all.

Spradley Chevrolet sent my 2015 treverse in to have a dent fixed after we had gotten it, they had my suv 20 days and thats fine, but when I got it back my stereo had been messed with bass all the way up etc. When I lifted the tail gate the old emblems were stuck to my carpet spelling out treverse LT, white splatter all in the back I cleaned it I let it slide, I have had my car back just for a while now, Im looking out side and happen to really pay attention and I go what? No way how did I not notice that ( They also put the new emblems in the wrong place)!!! Seriously wow so Im calling them 2 day to let them know but I wanted to get my review out there ..yes I know I should have double checked every thing I guess Im 2 trusting ;/UPDATED review, they were very nice when I called to let them know about things and the mistake on the emblem placements and they are taking care of it and making it right so, I have changed my review thanks

They sprayed a bed liner in my RAM 1500 they did a great job and they were very nice and friendly Renee took great care of my New Truck and me

Repairs took too long. Shoddy workmanship as issue appeared a month later again due to poor quality. To untrained eye, looked like they did a good job. Second body shop found incomplete work and shortcuts taken.
