Referred us to All Trucks, didnt have what we needed.

Last Saturday, we were southbound on I-25 south of Pueblo towing a trailer, when BOOM, the left rear tire blew on my truck. I was able to nurse the truck and trailer to the narrow shoulder as heavy traffic zoomed by at 80 miles and hour and some people, being the dummies they are didnt try to get over in the left lane. We were stuck. We called GEICO since we have roadside assistance and they assured us help would be on the way. As traffic zoomed by us we waited for the rescue. (There was no way I was going to attempt changing that tire) Soon, the guys from Daurio arrived. I feel sheepish that I didnt get their names, but they were incredible. They were fast, efficient and I had stopped down the road after they helped us to check everything out on a side road. They stopped again to make sure everything was all right. Fantastic service and I cannot recommend them more. This was about 5 PM last Saturday 7/13/19, so I hope someone will reply to this review with the names of the guys. I am extremely grateful.

Best Customer Service in Colorado!I needed to replace a bent wheel for my Dodge Grand Caravan.New ones cost $400. The best price I could find in the Denver/Boulder area was $130.Carlos, who was friendly and helpful, quoted me a price of $70 + $20 shipping. I paid with my credit card, and it was on my doorstep the next day!It was clean, true and it had the original Dodge cap on it (you usually have to pay extra for the cap).These guys are great! I would certainly do business with them again and would recommend friends and anyone else to patronize this business!

Our truck broke down while hauling our RV on a Sunday. Bryson came out promptly and hauled both the truck and RV to a campground for us then took our truck to a repair shop. Her even charged us less than his original estimate. Very professional and helpful!

Charged 400 for the same part everyone else had for 150.. but this one was the same color I was looking for so supply and demand got the best of me. The part was not as described and they dont take them back. I was never so dissappointed in a price of a used part. As far as them getting it and pulling the part and loading it up for me ... That was a dream and a half. Very fast. Friendly and smiled a lot. But then I guess at those prices what is there not to be smiling about? Ill probably go back bc their inventory but it doesnt mean. I want to..

My wife, daughter and l took a vacation 1000 miles away from home to Colorado . Which was very beautiful but on the down side an hour in to our departure we smashed a deer! Mind you it 1am and we are in the middle of nowhere! State boy showed up and was very nice and helpful which lead me to this post. Bryson from Baurios towing showed up gave us a ride to the hotel which was Sunday morning around 3 gave me his personal number and told me to call if needed anything from car. That morning at 11 I called to see if I could look to see the damage a little better and he was right on it ! And to top it off he said if we can find parts he would fix it on his own time since they dont do repairs.Which he did and told me to go back to hotel and when he got it road worthy he bring it to me so we can head home. Mind u it was Sunday very hot and didnt have to! Bryson you are one hell of a man and your boss should be honored to have you! We made the trip home! Bryson the world needs more people like you! This place had great service. Had the misfortune of a wreck while travelling through town. The local PD called them and they were on sight before I was off the phone with Geico. Geico said get the tow from them because it would be a LONG time before their people would show up. They worked with Geico on payment, no hassle.The driver was very nice and super helpful. Steered me away from the bad part of town when it came to getting a room for the night. He dropped us off at a nearby hotel on the way to the tow yard. He also swept up the small bits and pieces of the wreck from the road.Went back the next day to get stuff out of my car (it was non-drivable). The desk staff were very helpful and patient and competent. I was even able to borrow some hand tools from them to pull some accessories off my car since there was a very good chance it would be totaled.If you have the misfortune of needing a tow in Pueblo I’d recommend them.

The best and only used or new auto parts store I go to in Pueblo. I have gotten used auto parts from them for over thirty years.
