RMCP made purchasing my Honda Pioneer a breeze. In spite of the recent shortage, I was able to reserve the model I wanted down to the trim and options with only a $100 deposit. My salesman, Sarge, kept me up to date on the order and shipping status, set great expectations on turn around time, called me the moment that my unit arrived, and even sent me pictures without me having to ask. These guys are friendly and know their stuff. I know where I’m buying from now on.

Giving this place 3 stars because they offer fair prices and do good work. But I took my bike in to get it looked at. Said if something needs to be fixed. Fix it. And they missed my back tire being cracked in different spots Now I havent really ridden since I got it back and thank goodness I havent. I might of had a blowout at 65mph.Guess next time when I say if something needs to be fixed. Fix it including the tires.

Had a great time shopping for our new bikes. Bought some new safety gear. Staff was plesant and supper helped us with deciding what bikes we should buy next. Location was a little challenging to find but, worth the trouble to find. We will definitely be back!

Andy got me approved for my first bike ever. I thought I wouldn’t be approved, but he not only made it happen, he got my husband on a new bike as well, the same day. The service here was great, Andy communicated with us the entire way, and the rest of the salespeople and other employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful as well. The bikes we got are beautiful (mine is a Yamaha Bolt and my husbands is a Yamaha Stryker) and flawless. We will definitely recommend this place and come back when we are ready for something new!

Never have what you need. Overly priced. On everything thing. Especially on service. 100 dollars to fix flat. What a joke .

If I could put zero star I would. I took my 2008 zx6r to get diagnosed for power loss and when I went in to see what they found they wanted $1100 to replace my thermostat, impeller and a seal. Took the bike home I order the parts for $79 and went to install them. When I went to take off the bolts for the cap that covers the impeller, the bolts were caked in dirt and oil. I mean caked, no possible way they checked the impeller. But I have them benefit of the doubt and continued to replace the parts. The impeller and seal are in perfect condition. 2 other shops told me they did not need replaced. And my thermostat does not need replaced ether. So what the hell did I pay these people to do. Leave my bike outside for two weeks and lie about looking at it. Never taking anything to these people again. Going to BBB with my complaints

Was looking at buying a brand new UTV had cash in hand looking to make a deal. The salesman didnt pay any attention to me walked around waiting for him to get off his phone asked a him for help and was told very rudely I will be with you when I can. An older couple walked in he very abruptly ended his conversation and ended the call and assisted the couple right away. I walked out and spent my 20k at another dealership.

Great customer service

Went through RMCP this weekend for a couple of new bikes. Worked with Mike Bowers and I have to say that it was the BEST experience Ive ever had. I live 95 miles from the RMCP, so I called ahead and told him what I was looking for. In less than 30 minutes, he took care of everything. We made the drive up to Springs and the paperwork was ready, the bikes were ready and we were loaded and on the road in less than 45 min. Outstanding customer service and just a great experience! I will make that store my go-to from this point on! Thank you Mike!!

A lil expensive but good quality stuff

Bought our daughter a TTR 50 from Shane (for cheaper than the competition). He was helpful, informative and not pushy in the least. offered us information without being in our face the whole time. The crew even replaced some bolts that shook off and the battery (which died for some reason), no questions. Will be purchasing from them again.

I have done several purchases at Rocky Mountain for different toys, I usually work with Jessy that he is awesome at The Colorado Springs store. This time they did not have what I was looking for in there store (2019 Kawasaki Teryx 4) so Jessy send me to there Pueblo store, got me in contact with Shane from Pueblo that is awesome guy n salesman also and worked with me on a great deal for my new toy.. Everything went smoothly from Shane to his finance team. I will always go back to Rocky Mountain for all my toy needs..

Stopped in for some information on a motorcycle. Talked with a salesman and he was very knowledgeable about his products and super nice!!! I will sure be doing business with them again on my next motorcycle. P.S. they were getting ready to close and he was still very helpful and answered all my questions.

I just came here to buy some riding gloves, had very quick and friendly service there. They have a very large showroom with a plethora of motorcycles to choose from if youre in the market for another bike. This location is kinda difficult to find if youre not familiar with Pueblo streets north of hwy 50. Basically its between Lowes and the old VA medical center.

Sometimes I wonder if they really check what they said theyve checked. I just have them check out a motorcycle I just bought in a couple of things that they supposedly checked were bad. Makes me wonder if they check anything at all sometimes. It was a small thing the tire pressure they said that the tires were up to pressure and I checked when I got home and one was it 10 lb the other was at 12 lb. What else didnt they check that they said they did? I had them check out the motorcycle because I just bought it used and I wanted to make sure everything was okay on it. Some of the stuff they checked I have no way to know if they did or didnt just like the tire pressure but at least I could check that. the service cost me almost $500.

Its clean and the crew is great!! Its a treasure thats ticked behind Lowes.My son ordered a special part for his old bike and the parts department was awesome! They talked him through the installation and they were awesome.

This was a nice enough place. People were somewhat helpful. Didnt find what we were looking for. But at first it was hard to explain the helmet we were looking for in the size we wanted. He didnt know what I was talking about. But Im glad that they have other things that I needed I got a pair of gloves and some glasses.

Update2018: Couple years back Ive had a somewhat of a disappointing experience when it comes to sale department.But now I can tell things have changed for the better and they actually give you a fair offer right off the bat, kinda suprised that they actually gave me a fair trade in offer and not having to haggle too much which everyone dreads. They have significantly improved their customer service while couple years back i was completely ignored.I cant say about the service department but i might give them a chance again. Parts department are still just as good as couple years back. Ill most likely be back for a new bike next time around.

Ive gone in twice now for parts or tools and the only thing they know how to do, is try to sell me their service. If I wanted you to do the work, I wouldnt be asking for a damn tool or part! Even after I said no, they keep pushing it.Get over yourselves, I can do the work faster, better and cheaper than you rip offs!!! Give your customers what they ask for, or like me, they wont go back!

My bike was recalled for a certain part. Yamaha said its covered for free. After I spoke with Ricky mountain cycle plaza they said it would be 400 labor cost to out in my fuel pump. I spoke with Yamaha they called them and said to pick it up and that I would not have to pay a dime. These people are crooked. The only cool guys are the guys in parts department. No one will come talk to me or help me when looking for new bike. No matter how well or poorly Im dressed. Shoot if I want to make all sales I would work there and be the best sales man within the first week these guys are so pretentious lol. They are motorcycle sales men for goodness sake what makes them the think they are better than anyone.

We had gone to look at this particular model of CF Moto at the other closest CF Moto dealer and while they showed us similar models, they tried to push us into purchasing a much more expensive brand. I contacted Kenton and told him what I wanted since I had already done all of the research and he told me he had one in stock. Kenton made the process very easy, with no surprises and great customer care. Definitely will be making the 40 mile further drive for future purchases and service.

I had my motorcycle in the Pueblo location for minor service. It was stolen from RMCP property. I now need to work with the police and RMCP to determine next steps. It was a 2015 KTM 350. A very low hour, beast.When I called to ask about the bike, I go a standard well, you signed a release when you brought it inThat was a bad way to start the discussion about what RMCP was going to do to address my lossAnd the security cameras are somewhat new and they do not know how to retrieve the activity. The thieves used a RMCP ramp to go over crates and take the bike to thru the back fence.I am waiting on the police report, but RMCP should be sitting down to explain how my motorcycle loss will be covered.If the camera shows thieves, there should a good pic somewhere on the back property. Id like to go to the news to show the thieves in case the public can help identify.I need resolutionI feel bad that I took so long to provide feedback. I am not so tech smartRMCP followed thru to get full resolution. They provided a generous payout which allowed me to completely clear my debt and have some equity left over.

The staff at the Pueblo West location was very friendly, service was great, they worked with me on getting me a good deal on my purchases, I couldnt ask for anything better.

Went in there looking for some parts was definitely interested in some of their new products but their sales people were too busy sitting at the desk by the front door chatting to even acknowledge us. Kind of a mistake were definitely qualified buyer.

My husband and I use our machine for work. It is not a hobby. We need our machine. The machine they sold us 3 months ago has been worked on 6 times and when we took it to them for warranty work, initially they told us it would take an hour to fix then when he got there they had changed it to the next day. They also quoted us a price to fix our 4 wheeler at over $600. The guy that worked on it fixed it for $20. These people are a waste of time and your money. Go elsewhere.

By far the WORST customer service from sales rep and store manager Doug! The only reason I will ever step foot in the pueblo location is for parts or accessories those guys actually know what customer service means. PURCHASED my 2nd bike from these guys and had a terrible experience both times. The first time the sales rep Kenton didnt even acknowledge me until I said I Ill take that one then all of the sudden I was his best friend really made me upset. Thought Id give them a second chance purchased another bike sales process went ok still was completely satisfied. Had the 2ND bike about 28 days chain snapped blew a hole in my case called the store said there was nothing the could do for me except get me a discount on parts didnt mention anything about 30 day warranty. . I was really up set about that and knew somwthing wasnt right so I decided to call the springs location let them know what happened and right away said oh we will take care of you, you have 30 day new or USED! warranty and we will get it fixed for you Thats why we have the warranty ..The Manger Steve from the colorado springs sent me to the pueblo location to talk to doug and he still didnt want to do anything for me at the pueblo location so i had to call Steve while sitting in dougs office and have him call doug for something to actully be done. After doug got of the phone with Steve, doug says to bring the bike down and we will get it to springs to location and they are gonna take care of it I asked why the couldnt do it here because I bought the bike here made up some kind of excuse in why the couldnt.. the pueblo location have now had my bike over a week and its still sitting at the there called doug he said they dont have a reason to go to springs so they will take it when its convenient for them I guess getting my bike fixed is no reason.. All Im saying is if you are in the market for a new or USED bike make you make the extra drive to the Colorado Springs location those guys will take care of you. Every person Ive talked to from that location from reps to management they have all taken really good care of me and I will be doing all my business with them from now on!
