I couldnt love this place more and recommend it to everyone! I originally came to pick up plain ceiling paint my contractor had for me to pick up there. I was very promptly helped by a wonderful woman who was also super helpful when I decided to look at some mistint/surplus paint on sale. I came back 4 days later to get that paint, she recognized me on site and asked if I came to get it. Another employee helped me look at some other paints and talked for a while with me about what paint would best fit my needs. I came back a week ish later to get more paint and again, all the employees recognized me, greeted me and asked how my project was going. They are all SO friendly and helpful!! Im SOLD on this place. Ill never buy paint anywhere else!!

The manager is very arrogant.They took me for 2 whole days to get the STAIN I wanted.2 days, on the third day I went to speak, and just to complain that they hadnt done anything, THE MANAGER arrogantly told me to leave the store.The manager of the paint division should not be there as MANAGER.

The new window looks great! I have an older home and I have the old metal frames, I know they very hard to replace but the guys that did the installation were able to get the window replaced quite quickly and there wasnt even any mess or glass left behind! I have had Jones replace several windows in my home and Im planning on having them do more.

Had a fantastic experience with Jones Paint and Glass. The price was fair and the process was smooth. A couple of the windows ended up just barely small and rather than trying to make them work or persuade me that it would be fine they recommended that they eat the error and redo those windows. They even made some modifications in the type of window ordered at no extra cost. Gary was really helpful in describing the types of windows offered, was not pushy at all and really seemed to want to help me find the most cost effective windows for my needs. Dana the scheduler was very cheerful and the installers arrived right when scheduled. Steve, Duane and Riley did my install and were friendly and very helpful with my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and even left a couple tubes of caulk for me to seal up the one window they didnt replace. The windows look fantastic, very happy with my experience and will use them again.

Jones paint glass are easy to work with, and do excellent job. Nick and Tyson replaced a large kitchen window. I installed a laundry window that fit right over the old frame to save a little money. Both windows look & fit great! Nick even offered to caulk the window I put in :-). I highly recommend them.

It did take a little longer to get the door in stock and installed than we were told, but well worth the wait.The installers were very professional, did a great job, and the doors are beautiful. I had Jones Paint and Glass install 6 new window in my home and out of six window only two were installed straight, and I dont mean slightly off, they are noticeable slanted, my neighbors have even commented on how slanted they are, and if that is not bad enough they broke 2 tiles in two separate room on the window ledge, I first emailed the salesmen he called and said he would stop by, he didnt say when but he did leave me a message saying the windows looked okay, Im guessing they looked good from his truck, my kids were home all summer they never saw him and I asked them to watch for him, I call there office twice they sent me to a voicemail and they have not called back. I would not recommend using them.

We do a fair amount of business with you guys and i have always been happy except when i deal with your commercial side, cant seem to get them to call me back or communicate price estimates, has been a month and a half and still getting the -well look into it and call you back. and then i get nothing. I do not have time to chase down contractors after they said they would take care of it and get me an estimate. And it would be nice after you finish a job to give a call and finish up. If that was better you would get a full 5 stars from me.

I went to Home Depot in Provo to buy interior wood stain. They were decently nice but had no knowledge about stains. At jones paint they took the stain and tried it on red oak then put a polyurethane on top so Id know exactly what color it would be. After taking days to refinish the floor it was a relief to have that kind of help. This is where I will be buying all of my paint and stains from now on.

I work with Jones Paint & Glass on a regular basis. they have always been very helpful with my glass needs. My latest experience was no different. Kaylee at the front desk was a huge help on my last order. I needed custom made pains of tempered glass. Kaylee worked with me as we price out several options for this latest project. She also did a fantastic job following up with me over the next week as she finalized the final order. After all that she could have moved on the next client but she did one better by keeping me in the loop via text message with delivery day scheduling ect. Kaylee is a huge asset to Jones Paint and Glass they are lucky to have such elite staff working directly with their customers.

No follow up. I brought my window before 9:30. Called at 4:00 to check on status and was told I’ll get a follow up when it’s ready. I waited and did not receive a follow up. When called next morning they blamed the new guy. That does not help a windowless kitchen. I requested a home service when I called in the morning and they discouraged me to do so.

Jones Paint and Glass is the best!I had an old greenhouse window that needed to be replaced. They came out one afternoon, measured, and came back a couple of weeks later and installed the new window. Mika and Duane (the installers) took the time to really do it right..And it looks perfect.Ill definitely go to this place for my next windows.

As a business manager, I appreciate how knowledgeable the Jones staff is. They know what they are doing and make sure you dont mess up. I have used them for paint and supplies and also for windows on my own home. Jones really stands behind their products. I used their vinyl windows in my house and 4 years latera defect caused a small strip of vinyl to pull away from the glass. Jones came in, pulled the windows out and fixed them. It was easy.

We have worked with Jones for a long time and they have been great to deal with. They have installed hundreds of windshields for us and we have not had any problems. They are very reliable, do good work, and are very fairly priced.

My wife and I are building a home in North Utah County and upon the recommendation of our builder we drove down to the Provo store to check out the Marvin windows and doors. As we drove up to the store we thought they might be closed because all the lights were off in the East showroom, however, we found the door open and upon walking in, I flipped a couple of light switches and we were good to go. I could hear voices over at the service counter as my wife and I looked at doors and tested various windows and I kept thinking that someone would come over to ask if we needed help or had any questions. Nothing...I then walked over towards the service desk and made eye contact with the two kids at the counter who were talking about tuition and books, but they could not be bothered to acknowledge us much less say hello. We then made our way in front of them and took a long look at the shower doors, thinking that for sure they would come over and say something. Nothing...We were in the shop for over 20 minutes before we left completely dumbfounded by our experience. I get that its a Saturday and that their main sales team is not in the store on weekends, but if youre going to have employees staff the store and have them sitting behind a customer service counter, it seems that they would at least have the courtesy to greet people when they walk in, even if they cant be of any real help.Were hoping the level of service improves if we end up using Jones Paint and Glass for our project. Our first impressions have not been that great and another big read flag is that every negative Google review has the following rote response which does little to drive confidence about Jones customer orientation: Were sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with Jones Paint & Glass. Weve been serving Utah County for over 75 years and strive to provide excellent care, service and products to our customers. A better response might be to suggest that the customer contact Jones customer care so that their issue can be resolved.

Stopped in to get a sample of paint. I asked for a quart of semi-gloss. One girl rung me up and the other made the sample. As Im walking out I notice they gave me eggshell. I told them I had asked for semi-gloss. She said we only do samples in eggshell. Well dont you think you should mention that when a customer asks for semi-gloss? Eggshell doesnt reflect light like semi-gloss so this is ridiculous not to mention to a customer who had asked for semi gloss. She became impatient and borderline rude as they were ready to close and kept waving the doors open trying to get me to exit the store. If we end up liking the color, we still wont buy it from Jones Paint and Glass because of this experience.

The staff is always nice and helpful, they do a really good work matching paint.

My rear view mirror fell off many months ago and I came 15 minutes before they closed. Unluckily for me it was winter and already dark outside and the adhesive they use is cured by UV light. They apologized and said I would have to come back at a different time. I showed up the next morning and the guy behind the desk was very eager to help me and wasted no time. He didnt even charge me because he felt bad that I had to come back. I was very grateful!!

Very unprofessional, I have asked for a color paint they have on their chart but they cant match it right. Three times Bryan could not make the match from their own charts!! According to him all I wanted was free paint as if paint is all the matters. How about labor? ( remove by sanding and stripping) First he said it takes one week for their products to settle and then he said it will take a month! For shim and color to look right. The is a bunch of lies and deceiving. I feel bad for all the people that dont know much about paint and joness can get away with all their crap.I told them I will never set foot in their store and as expected they just said GOOD! Manager is good friends with this Ryan who if ask about primary colors he will ask you how do you eat that? That guy has no business mixing paint.You can find same product at home depot for less price! And they always stand for Exellent customer service. Unfortunately I came to this place.

I purchased windows for a home from Jones Paint and Glass and they are terrible. They are sash windows that break every time we try and open them. The tracks come off the side. I have been a general contractor for 25 years and these are the worst windows I have ever used.
