The manager here is great. She has a good sense of humor and was quick about getting us in and out. Overall good experience.

The van I rented was super nice and big enough for everything I needed, all at a great price.Boy do they make you jump through a million hoops when you return it, though. Very inconvenient and kind of a pain.

They were closed even though they were advertised open.Already frustrated- we tried calling other locations with no luck- until we got ahold of Maggi. She was awesome and solved our problems quickly and efficiently.Thank you maggi for helping us out!!

Rented a van for 4 hours, one full hour was spent checking out online. Customer service agents Danielle and Tammy were very slow to respond (5 mins wait for a response), and the van was filthy. They also needed information like alternate contacts and phone numbers, which they should definitely ask me for when I complete my reservation. One star user experience because I felt like UHaul doesnt care.

Maggi is the best. She was so helpful and quick to respond to everything. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul location because of her.

Came here to rent a U-Haul got it the same day I needed it the staff was friendly and courteous. They were helpful in my decision of the size of the truck I needed and they gave me an estimate of my bill which was very nice to know. There were no hidden fees or charges it was straightforward and outright. I recommend this specific location to my friends.

I do NOT recommend storing your possessions at this location. They constantly raised my rates, I noticed an issue with my unit and reported it to management(old manager) she told me it would take too long to fix. Called the corporate offices and they had the new manager talk to me. She was nice the first time we talked however when I went back to my unit and everything of value was taken and I was visibly upset(I think rightfully so paying 99.00 a month for them to protect and store my things) she was extremely rude and asked me to store my things else where. Which I did happily! I got the same size unit for 25 a month less! DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!

I felt like a valued customer with my experience renting here. The manager was very sweet and made conversation with me while checking in. It was quick and easy. No pressure to purchase extra stuff. Returning it was just as easy as well.The parking lot is a bit small and tight, but its just how they designed it. You can get by.My other thing I have to say they seem understaffed. One person running the store during the day and one at night? That is just going to overwork them and lead to burnout. I hope the corporate treats them well and rewards them for their hard work.

Maggi literally has the best customer service. Went in there today and had a wonderful experience. Mileage was calculated wrong when we picked up the truck so when we returned it, it looked like we went 40+ miles when we really went only around 10. She didnt overcharge us and we will definitely be using this Uhaul location again in the future!

Decent storage that is affordable. Really close to my old apartment so it made things easy when moving. Only bad thing was lighting in my two small units was terrible. The units themselves dont have lighting which can make it difficult to look through your stuff if you needed something. All in all, decent service with helpful staff.

I’m giving this place a low rating due to the lack of concern for customer safety. My husband and I have been renting an outdoor unit from them and have generally had no problems until winter hit. It was almost a whole week ago the last time it snowed and Uhaul hasn’t bothered to put any salt or break up the ice around over half the units. I’m pregnant and really don’t want to slip trying to get into my unit. I told them about the ice the other day and I was told they would take care of it right away. Came back today and the place is still covered in ice. My question is: if someone got hurt on their property due to neglect of simply spreading salt on the ice, wouldn’t they be afraid of being sued at the least?

If you want to have your list of friends on Facebook contacted when you are an hour late... this is the place to go! And you still pay the penalty.

It gets a little crowded in the morning, so you might stand in line for a long time. Definitely not the best place to get service if you are in a rush.

I have updated this to reflect the overall experience, which was perfectly adequate.On move-out day I was pretty frustrated with the staff, who I didnt feel like were helpful to me. They charged me for a full months rent because I moved out at 10:40 pm on move-out day instead of before 7 pm (in retrospect, I seem to remember being confused about which day was move-out day, but I dont remember exactly). I wanted them to have a grace period or some kind of customer-friendly way to avoid paying for a full month over a matter of a couple of hours, but they had no such policy, which I can see as understandable, if frustrating.Otherwise, the experience is about what youd expect. No other complaints. I loved the late night access--very convenient.

The front office staff at this location can not be trusted with any of their information. If you ask two different people you will get two different answers. Always as for a detailed sheet and you can get one if the printer is working and associate knows how to work it. Also if you go in to make a payment their software will make you do two separate transactions. Their gates are always broken. This location is was understaffed.

Usually, they arent bad with a clean facility, but they are pretty disorganized and the customer service is hit or miss...I got a late fee bill of $15 because a week before my autopay was due I called them to have my credit card number changed. They not only managed to loose that number then when I called them they put me on hold and transferred me to different facilities for 20 minutes before going back to the original location and then STILL tried to charge me a 15 dollar late fee for THEIR mistake. (They did agree to remove it and then when they still couldnt get it to go through they actually called me to resolve it instead of trying to charge a late fee again)

Super easy. Super affordable. Got a couch and needed a pickup. $27 later couch was in my living room. Way cheaper than any delivery charge! Thanks Uhaul!!

If I could leave zero stars I would.1. The prices they have on display do not match the actual cost of renting their storage units2. They proudly display 24-7 self storage! on the gate to their storage unit, but neglect to mention that in order to access your unit after hours you need to purchase their 24 hour access for an additional fee added onto your bill EVERY MONTH.I have no issues with the people working at this particular uhaul, but the corporate policies are an absolute joke. Go support some other storage/moving company with your money, uhaul doesnt deserve a penny of it.

Nice clean place with live in security for your possessions in their storage lockers, equipped with cameras to watch over it and friendly people working thereThey even helped me drill out my lock so I could replace it after losing the key to my old lock

There was an issue filling the tank before returning the truck, the gas even splashed back out. Despite the fact that we tried multiple pumps and could prove we attempted to refill the vehicle we were charged extra for not having a full tank. The employee claimed it was their regulations and didnt even try to make it right or get that fee waived by management. Thanks for adding to our moving stress!

Truck seemed in good condition, however the staff member I worked with needs to work on her customer service. When renting she made it sound like i would be charged for every little thing. Go to a place with better customer service

Worst experience ever. The staff is straight retarded. I got a storage unit here and signed up, everything was fine. I went to put more stuff in my unit a few day later (it had rained between then) and there was a huge leak in the roof of my unit! Half of my stuff was wet. I told a staff member about it and he told me he would be back to me ASAP. He never called, so I called... still no help. I finally got a hold of a manager a month or two later after calling multiple times and she told me that their maintenance guy doesnt really help out at their location so my best option would be to switch units... what the hell? I just moved all of my stuff in there! The employees there were no help and they were extremely rude. Not only would they not fix the leak in my unit but I got an e-mail saying they were going to raise my rent another $5 because their units are so good. .. I talked to another person who rented from them and she said her rent was raised multiple times. DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT AT ANY UHUAL LOCATION. They WILL start charging you more after the first month of two and the service is terrible.

Called asking for a car Dollie. They asked if we wanted a trailer or a Dollie. I told them a Dollie. They sent us to Spanish Fork from Salt Lake City. When we arrived at Spanish Fork they told us they only had a trailer. I called again and they told us the closest car Dollie was in Salt Lake. The girl on the phone was rude and condescending. One star is too good.

Not a bad place to rent a moving truck. The staff is friendly and the location is clean. Renting a truck is still a poor experience though regardless of the location.

They were really nice, the facility is clean and secure, and the proximity was perfect. Would totally use this service again if I needed it. If you are looking for storage in Provo, look no further.

Front counter employee was not nice at all, she was very dry and not patient. The truck seemed fine, and it was close to Our old house and our new house but if she had been nicer I would have given more stars.

We made a reservation for a moving truck a month in advance, we were the second people to show up after the place opened on our moving day. We waited over two hours and left with a truck that was 8 feet longer than the one we ordered and with a different tow dolly for our car because all of their trucks were out of service. Awful service, awful experience.

Your experience will differ with whoever helps you. Ive stored stuff here for 2 years. One was horrible and they were very rude, but this year it was easy peasy and they were very nice.

Lots of trailers, trucks and boxes available. Plenty of other moving supplies as well like tape, furniture sliding coasters, cellophane wrap, bubble wrap box cutters etc. Boxes are a bit high priced but they do have a 100% buy back on anything you dont use.

Not the best prices for storage and I got some water damage on my unit. Not the nicest staff. It is very secure though.

Only after two months storing our furniture and household items we came back to find that our unit leaked, irreplaceably ruined some of our items, dirt from the ceiling covered everything, and the staff did absolutely nothing other than come out to observe the damage and hold up the red tape we would need to get through. The staff knew our container would leak but did not tell us until after we noticed it two months later. Horrible experience.
