Best storage facility in Provo. It is right next to the center street exit to I-15. We had a storage unit here for 5 months and loved using their services. Management is the best and the guy at the front desk is awesome and super helpful. I called a few weeks ago to ask about vacating the unit and when I showed up two weeks later he had everything already printed off ready for me to sign. Talk about superior customer service. Love this place and will rent here again.

My treasury check came in a few days late and I bounced an autopay. The manager from Turnkey Storage, Provo, UT called about the late fee. I am giving a two star review because they waived the late fee. I told them I would make a double payment 1March2021. The double payment was made 1March2021. A week later, (today 8March2021) I received a letter from Turnkey Storage in which they threatened me with a lien if payment was not made immediately. I called and asked why they sent a nasty letter when I made a commitment to double pay, then on 1March did pay. They said those letters are automatically mailed out to those who are late.

Extended gate hours are granted for FREE just by calling in during normal office hours. Great location off the I-15 Provo Center St exit. Units are secure and safe!

These folks are great they have reasonable prices accessible location during the day a secure facility and theyre very friendly. When my car died at the storage facility, they allowed me to wait 3 days to arrange for a Keto and get that sorted out.

They are always so helpful. Easy to get to. Pricing is Great!

Access hours are pretty unrealistic. If i want to get things out of storage, would be nice to be open later than 8pm. Its happened too many times, shouldve found a 24 hr service instead.

Fantastic place. Run by a nice lady a her cute 2year old. My wife and I just needed some place to store our furniture and summer clothes over the holidays and turnkey was extremely helpful in that regard. Much cheaper than most other places and well kept units.

I have stored here several times. Great, clean environment. Lowest prices. The management works well with you just be sure and communicate what one anothers expectations are.

It started out great, but then they started raising their prices every 3 months to stay competitive. Im not sure thats what staying competitive means, but with rate hikes going from $53 to $73/ month, I moved us to another storage facility of the same size unit for only $45.

My family loves Marissa, the manager at the facility. She is super helpful and friendly and keeps the facility looking great. I love that its month to month rent. The security is awesome and Ive always felt safe storing my stuff here.

They gave me a unit right behind a fire hydrant with brush guards around it. The turns are also pretty tight. Overall the unit was a good value, but it was usually busy any time I went there.

Stored a bunch of our stuff here and had a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for convenient storage

Good storage lockers, but the pavement at the facility is terribly uneven and cracked. The door code going in and out is difficult as well.

Very run down.

Told me they had a location to store my 32 foot trailer. Towed it down there and then they told me it was too big. Duh

I stored some inventory here for a little over a year renting 2 30x10 units. The units are fairly difficult to open and the ceiling leaked in one of units. In both units all of the inventory became covered in dust. I assume this is from the wind blowing and the units not being air tight at all allowing dust to come in from the outside. For the quality of the units I thought it was a little over priced as I was paying $225/month for each unit.

They have been fair and the prices are right.

Very convenient and the people who work there are really nice.

Im giving them a 3 because we renting for a year. We got out our Wii stolen, with 1 control. A couple of games and there was a dead rat when we took out our things.
