The Scooter Lounge is an amazing family-run company. I was in the market for a scooter and they didnt try to force the sale. They were very honest and informative. They went out of their way to help me with various questions I had. When I did make my purchase, i didnt have any experience with riding a scouting in traffic so they delivered it to my home. I recently had my scooter serviced for its first oil change and they were very thorough and helpful. They are the best!

Absolutely love these people! Purchase process was flawless, and they provided assistance when we had a fuel problem on our 300+ mile trip home. The business owners even offered to drive out to where to were to assist. 10/10 recommend.

They are so friendly and helpful!I was out of state and traveled about 4 hours to get there. They have fantastic communication and emailed me back almost immediately every time I had a question. I ended up getting a 2021 Buddy kick scooter and I love it to death!Their handymen are also incredibly nice. They take time and attention to detail seriously. One in particular spent almost 20 minutes strapping my scooter into the back of my truck to make sure it would make the long drive home.

Unbelievable customer service! They went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs. The passion and excitement from everyone there was really contagious. Kaerlig and Dave were so helpful in ordering and educating us. The education part on how to operate the scooter was so thoughtful and kind for them to take the time to make sure we felt comfortable and understood. Jerry helped answer questions and he and Jordan were so great to load up the scooters and make sure they were secure. They gave suggestions and pointers with the hauling and loading. I appreciate how not only they were kind to us but they were kind in working with each other.

Went in for a broken rear brake lever and mirrors. They not only had the parts but made sure it would fit properly and instructed me on how to install them. Very courteous and friendly, at least the guy with the dot tats.

This place is amazing! I needed tires mounted on my motorcycle rims, after I had taken them off of my bike and unsuccessfully tried to do it myself. The people are super helpful and friendly! They had the tires mounted and ready to go that day! And the cost was great!

Wow! This place really cares! Im in NYC and needed a new kickstarter gear for a Genuine Buddy moped, a part which seemed widely available online, yet the replacement kit I mindlessly ordered off Ebay didnt fit at all. I decided to dig deep and find a parts supplier with real knowledge and experience and came upon scooterloungeonline.com. The Scooter Lounges incredibly detailed and voluminous website had the item, the only site amongst many that had searchable parts inventory online. It was under $20, too. Shortly after I placed the online order, a friendly rep actually called me to go over exactly what I needed, confirm it was the correct part, and even exchange pics of the broken part over email to make sure. All for a measley $20 order! It arrived quickly, I installed it and it works great. So, I just wanted to thank you, Scooter Lounge - to thank you very enthusiastically - the same way you did for me - when you assisted me on the phone to track down the needed part. A gentleman by the name of Dave took a look at my off brand electric scooter to see if it was safe to ride after my daughter hit a patch of ice in the backyard and fell over. It checked out as safe and he didnt charge me anything! He even test rode it for me. When I need my Segway Ninebot S-Plus serviced, Ill give him my business.

We live in Salt Lake City but were told this was the place to buy Genuine scooters and the drive was well worth it. It is a family owned business and it shows in their attention to detail and their care for the customer. We loved getting to work with the owners--they were both knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond. We are so happy with the Genuine Buddy 50 we purchased for our son and cannot recommend The Scooter Lounge enough. Great pricing, excellent customer service, and great range of choices!

The thing to keep in mind though, is they do not specialize in e scooters, so your wait time might be several days. This is also due to the large number of e scooter orders they receive, since they are one of the only places to offer e scooter repairs services in the area.Bottom line: their work is good, you just might have to wait a while 👍

WOW where do I start at how awesome this place is and the owners, so I went down there 40 miles one way for me, met David and his wife (sorry cant remember her name my bad) both were super nice and EXPERTS on the scooters they sale and the ones they service.Im a big guy 64 270 pounds so fitting on a scooter was interesting to say the least after sitting on a few David suggested another used one a citycom300i I loved it right away it was more than twice the size at least compared to the 150ccs I was trying, told him I wanted to think about it do some research on them and that make and model of scooter.4 days later I realized they are honest very patient and were totally right about the quality of that scooter they offered me, test drove it and I couldnt buy it fast enough I was a kid on Christmas morning my first experience with a scooter / motorcycle in my life so fun. Go there you cant be disappointed they are genuine good people which is getting harder to find these days.

Scooter Lounge has to be one of the most honest and reliable businesses in Utah. I was first introduced to the company by my brother. I was looking for a new battery for my scooter, he told me I had to go to the Scooter Lounge and raved about how responsive and trustworthy they were as a business.Over the span of three years or so I have had several opportunities to do business with them and every single time the customer service has been outstanding. Last month I took my scooter in before I flew home to Australia for a few weeks. They took care of everything while I was gone and despite being half way across the world, their communication was fantastic. Incidentally, there was an additional charge on my invoice, I emailed them and they resolved it all in a matter of minutes. And my scooter has been working great since!Such amazing staff and they truly care about the work they do. Five stars all round!

It has a nice vintage vibe, and a good selection of scooters. They offer both gas and electric scooters and they are starting to get into electric bikes and standing scooters. They have lots of sales and the owner is always trying to help his customers have the best experience possible!

First visit to The Scooter Lounge today, super nice people, helpful, knowledgeable about Vespas for sure! I brought in a used 2005 Vespa 200 Granturismo just to have them take a quick look at as I had purchased it used. They looked it over and made some good recommendations for quick/easy fixes I didnt know about, set an appt for normal service to change fluids/oil etc, and to fix the broken speedo. Overall excellent impression of the shop, and service person. Would recommend!

Fantastic. If you look at any of the non-five star reviews, it seems like pretty much every single one is talking about a place other than The Scooter Lounge (like they actually are mistaking The Scooter Lounge for some other business). My experiences have been 100% satisfactory and completely beyond my expectations. First visit I asked about gloves, and since they didnt carry the type of gloves I was looking for, they actually recommended another place for me, where I bought my gloves! Very considerate and is largely part of why I returned to get my scooter fixed up. There was a scheduling error, but instead of rescheduling or something else (which honestly is pretty reasonable) Dave (the owner) went ahead and did about 5 hours of work for me fixing up every part of my scooter. He kept me in the loop about everything he was doing, waived multiple fees and charges, and gave me a discount (since it was so much work). I know this cant happen for every customer, but even without it, it shows the fantastic kindness and professionalism any person wants in any business they use. Dave and his employees seem to know the principle of retaining customers by helping them out. Its not a complex principle, but many companies seem to be at a loss for customer service (which is baffling). Not The Scooter Lounge. Perfect in every way.

Today was my second time visiting this store. I was having a problem with my spark plug wire staying attached. I was going to buy a new connector and do it myself, but the store owner came out and just did it for me! What took him 3 minutes would have taken me 15. Great rates best people on earth to work with. Ive been to a few places and these guys are honest best repair or sales crew ever. Dave is extremely helpful and knows his stuff I feel like I can ask any question and he can answer in a thought out manner showing years of experience. I was looking for a better price for scooter repairs and he was straightforward about how much the cost of the parts and the labor will cost. I feel like I need to be loyal because the first time I came I didnt have any way to pay what he normally charged and he gave me a huge discount. The main mechanic is a great guy and he probably ended up doing some free labor on my scooter. Basically they are honest and understanding. Highly recommend.

The initial service (600 miles) of my Vespa GTS was wonderful here at The Scooter Lounge. Everyone was professional, but not uptight and aloof. The location is comfortable, but the appointment was reasonably fast. I was impressed with the experience. I hope I dont have to come back very much, but if I do, I bet it will be good.

Wonderful place.They had great service although I was fine with my Chinese scooter (seemingly with good intentions) they tried to talk me into buying one of their new scooters instead of explaining to me what the Chinese scooter needed done on it.Fixing the Chinese was cheaper in my budget instead if buying another scooter.

On arrival I looked at their used models outside for a while. When I walked in with 1500 in cash, the salesperson couldnt be bothered to even talk to me. He was busy on facebook, seriously. I asked how much one of the used models cost, he told me a price higher than on the ticket of the scooter. I asked if there was any room in the price. He said that he could take the offer to the owner. I told him not to bother, I could find something cheaper somewhere else, and I left. I wont go back. Rude staff and awful prices.

The scooter lounge in provo utah is the beat and only scooter repair and purchase shop you should ever go to. Dave the owner along with wife will completely go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I have learned to not go any where else. I had an old scooter years ago that I dumped over a 1,000$ into trying to fix. Dave found this out and said hey bring it down I will get it running for you. Horrible customer service. I took my scooter in and the guy told me they would need $250 to look at it and see what is wrong with it. Obviously, we decided not to do that. He told me we could leave it in the back for us to later come back and pick it up since they wouldn’t look at it. However, the NEXT DAY they put it out on the street for it to get a parking ticket, which we didn’t get notice of until now. Horrible, horrible, horrible store. Would not recommend to anyone.

Five years later from my last review and still loving them! I just hit 25,000 miles on my Buddy and its still running awesome! Dave and his guys took good care of it for the first five years I had it — I really only ever needed to take it in for its annual Spring tune-ups and a flat tire I got once. Im so sad I cant use them anymore because I moved to California a year ago. I am sorely missing the Scooter Lounge. I havent been able to find any shops in LA or San Diego that have the knowledgeable, honest, excellent, high value service that the Scooter Lounge offers.

Their service is great, and the owners are passionate about their product, they dont just sell the scooter life, they live it. While living in Logan, I would travel down for service, passing by other shops. I think so highly of them that after I graduated from college I worked there for a period of time too.

Years ago, you would build a relationship with the people in a business and develop an easy communication style and didnt worry about being hassled, or pressure tactics. Theyre a business where making money is a goal, but they also get the community angle of things, too. The shop smells wonderfully of gas and oil, it is a neat location, they know their stuff -and theyre the real deal.

Took my Kymco scooter here after the previous mechanic I went to was not able to fix it, and also after going to that initial mechanic actually resulted in an extra broken part.Unlike that experience, the team at the Scooter Lounge was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I initially took it in, they warned me of possible side-issues they could encounter (since it hadnt been running for a little bit), and what it would cost to fix.I got a call when it was ready, and they told me that they didnt encounter any of those side-issues they had warned me about, and that my cost would be on the low end of their initial estimate.While not everyone will be as fortunate as me, you can feel confident that whatever they end up charging you is quite fair and reasonable.Would highly recommend.

Bought a scooter there four years ago and its been running great. Dave, the owner, is pleasant and professional. I made a huge error with one of his in-store models and he was very generous and understanding about it.

THE BEST AROUND! After many years of dealing with the auto and bike/scooter repair business, one thing is certain -- it is unusual to find competent and reasonable prices in the same shop. (Just forget service that treats you like a human and is personable.) That is why Scooter Lounge is unusually great. They provide very competent repairs, reasonable prices and treat you like a human at the same time. They talked to me on the phone at length about the problem with my Kymco -- that time showed their intent is to help, not just to maximize profits. That is also why they will be around for a long time providing competent repairs and service. And that is also why they have a decent backlog of work, because they generate loyalty customers who know they will be taken care of here -- better than any other shop Ive found in these parts!

This shop seems much more legit than my previous experiences were. I was able to ask top of mind questions about my scooter for DIY tips since I have put too much money into this scooter already. I would recommend these guys over the others by far, especially the one Ill leave unnamed at the top of State Street.

I bought a scooter (not from them) that needed some love and attention (maintenance). It has really hard-to-find parts, and their technician spent a bunch of time with me helping me to find part suppliers and tips on how to do the repairs. Definitely went above and beyond in the customer service category. Ive only bought accessories from them, but they seem reasonability priced.

They fixed up my POS scooter for much less than I feared it would be. They were pretty chill about it too. They didnt have the kind and/or sizes of gear I wanted though. If you arent a super stereotypical size, maybe go somewhere else. For repairs and scooter purchases go here. For gear, only in a pinch.

Excellent customer service! I went in to check out my options on the type of scooter that would work for me, specially since I’m petite. I was originally interested in the Vespe Electtrica but decided that the Buddy Kick was more ideal for my needs. I was worth driving to Provo from SLC for the good service and reasonable prices.

Dave is great. These guys are totally not pushy sales-types, but actually explain things well and hook you up with whats actually best for you. Were traveling the country and decided to shove a scooter in the back of our van with us - they stayed late to get us set up, helped us lift it into the van (and back out when we decided wed just ride it for now), got us a better deal than the other shop wed checked out, and explained everything we needed to know for warranty and service info after we left the local area. We checked out pretty much every scooter place in the SLC area - I feel very confident recommending these guys over all others!
