Everyone is friendly and knows your name when greeted at the door. Dr. Reber wants your hearing to be as good and improved as it can be. I am very appreciative of how he has helped me.

I have purchased 2 sets of hearing aids from Keith. He is great to work wirh. He also takes good care of my hearing aids after I purchased them. He has me come about every 4 months to make sure they are working for me. He is great to work with.

They are really good and listen as you explain how you are hearing and not hearing. So many that I have had tests from before didnt seem to realize that just boosting or magnifying sound isnt good enough. He knows all of the different tones and whatever to give you so you actually can hear again. Thank you so much Keith.

Took half a day off of work today, was supposed to pick up my hearing aids today after waiting for 2 weeks only to find out that the idiot manufacturer didnt ship them out so they didnt arrive today like they were supposed to, leaving myself and a couple of other patients without our hearing aids.Not the fault of the staff here in Provo.Keith and Sarah have been very helpful and accommodating.But it was very disappointing to not have the hearing aids I was looking so forward to having.Hopefully the manufacturers product is better than their customer service.

We recently moved to Provo having lived in an Idaho city wherein I had been fitted with Signia ear pieces by a respectable Hearing Aid Provider. Everything i could get and more. I have had hearing aids for 35 years. I have never had better service and caring from any other hearing place. My hearing aids are great too. You need someone who will listen to you when things go wrong with your hearing.

Keith Reber has been very helpful with my hearing problem but we had to send in my hearing aids and it has been over 5 weeks and I still dont have them back. Its really hard to be without them for so long. He has no idea when to expect them back. Meanwhile I dont hear much of anything. Seems like the supplier is the downfall in the process.With Keith Rebers persistance with the hearing aid manufacturer they have finally been received. Thanks to Mr Rebers continued efforts I have them again and its so nice to be able to hear again.

Brought my grandpa here thinking he needed new hearing aids since the ones he has are a little old. Mike took the time to clean his hearing aids and cleaned his ears out and he could hear like they were new! Most places would take that opportunity to push new ones on the customer and Mike put no pressure on him whatsoever. Mike was so nice and took his time with us. I was just interested in learning more about hearing loss. I did learn a lot and agreed to the free evaluation. From the minute I walked into the office, I felt welcome and never once felt pressured to purchase new hearing aids. I made that decision myself after learning about all the newer technology since my current hearing aids were purchased four years ago. I have had a hearing loss for many years and Keith in the Provo office was kind enough to help me solve my problem. He gave me a free hearing exam that was very thorough. He described the hearing loss and recommended a set of hearing aids that were inexpensive and not very noticeable. I was given a free trial that allowed me the time to give them a good try. My Hearing Centers Orem/Provo repaired my hearing aid when I thought it was beyond repair. Great service!!!

Being 68 years old, I went to My Hearing Center because I was having difficulty understanding conversations and always having others repeat their conversations. Keith Reber tested my hearing in both ears and explained and showed me on the computer what my hearing status in both ears and gave recommendations to correct the problem. Keith is my neighbor and as a good friend, he never pressured me in any way to get help with my hearing problem. When I went to his office, he was very professional in conducting his findings and helping me to adjust to the hearing aids. I have hearing aids in both ears and a blue tooth device so I can take calls through my hearing aids. When I first got them, I was given 1 week to try them and when I went back Keith was very helpful in answering questions and concerns and making the needed adjustments. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and would recommend My Hearing Center to anyone!
