I have had a wonderful experience multiple times at Miracle Ear! The provider Paul Thurston is kind, reliable and professional. He is always trying to give patients the best deals possible so that each person can have the blessing to hear when they have a hearing loss. Kylee the receptionist is the most helpful over the phone in answering questions, scheduling appointments and helping the patient personally. She is so bubbly and makes each costumer feel welcomed and important. This company is very loyal to their costumers and constantly going above and beyond to help each client. They have many different offices over Utah valley and they do an amazing job with each client. The hearing aids they sell are wonderful and every person I know with them love them & have little to no problems with them. Would definitely recommend this office!
