I loved the Pumpkin shake, it was sooooo goood!! Gosh! I want another one, the customer service was awesome, the place was clean and organized, I will definitely recommend it and come back.

They used to be a lot better. The smoothies are inconsistent. They vary between good, fine, and pretty bad depending on when you go and who makes it. Staff is friendly though and their acai bowls are good.——So I’m back again and they just keep getting worse. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie. No special requests. Just a basic smoothie. They have served the four people that were in line behind me. They weren’t called in orders. They ordered here, after me. I included a tip when I paid, hoping that would be a motivator to do a good job. I’m so irritated. I asked what was going on and the girl didn’t take accountability and said she wasn’t making it but that someone else was. I’m so over the poor service and inconsistent quality.…Finally I went to the register and asked for a refund after a nearly 30 minute wait. I have a busy day and didn’t have time and was so frustrated. The girl went back to the back after I asked for a refund! I just wanted to get out of there! She came back with her coworker and it took them a minute to figure out how to do a refund. The smoothie was finally done but I told them I’d rather just get my refund and leave. Before I left they insisted I take the smoothie. It’s probably the worst smoothie I’ve had here to date. I’m glad I didn’t pay for it. Chunky spinach, imbalanced. Just rough. Total bummer because I really used to love this place.

Had a friend’s wedding in town and the bridesmaids snuck away for breakfast between set up and wedding time and we ended up here. The food was delicious! And really reasonably priced for fresh fruit and granola. I would absolutely recommend.

I enjoy the smoothies at ivy however I get charged differently each time I go and I order the same thing several times a week. Sometimes its the price on the menu, sometimes its several dollars more, which when not getting any upgrades is not okay. Hope they can work that out.

I had to sit and wait 40 minutes for my smoothie to be made when there were only 3 people’s orders in front of me. As much as I like the drinks here, I don’t think I’ll waist my time here again. I’ve got too busy of a life to spend an hour on getting a smoothie that should’ve taken 10 minutes tops.

Went in for a 16oz smoothie. 4 people who came in after me and ordered large protein shakes and bowls all got their items before me and finished their items before anyone even spoke to me. I had to ring the bell 3 times before anyone actually came out, and of course they’re conveniently “making it right now.” They did upgrade it to 24oz but for my first time there I wasn’t impressed by the smoothie.

I went to Ivie for a couple of smoothies, which were pretty good for the price. A buddy of mine did their 5-Day Juice Cleanse and said that it was pretty good.I didnt rate 5 starts because of the vibe inside the store – it felt like I want there for a drink at all. I get it, the sign with the products and the fridge with juice, it should have have it away.But it didnt.Nonetheless, try it out. The product itself is pretty good.

The last 2 times i’ve been here the service hasn’t been that great. they messed up my order and the time before that the girl took 5 minutes to ring up my order and then overcharged me.

I got the Rock that Road protein shake.. it was amazing! My wife got the Açaí bowl and they were both so good! Definitely recommend!

This is like the hipster/down-to-earth version of Jamba Juice and twice as delicious. Great choice for a quick meal or snack as an alternative to the greasier choices on Center Street and University Ave.

Great products but the price is high, every time I go they are out of some items.

Their açaí bowls are amazing. My wife also did a 7 day juice cleanse here and it was pretty inspiring. I mean she felt pretty good after but it mainly inspired us to create more juice combos (we are big juicers at home). But I love their immunity shots as well. Can’t wait to try their smoothies.

This was my first time here. The staff was nice and the atmosphere of the place was chill and friendly. The juice itself was good, you can definitely tell its fresh and housemade, but the price is why Im giving them 3 stars. I personally didnt like the juice enough to spend $8-$9 on it again.

Love love love this place! One of my favorite smoothie shops in the country. The Poison smoothie bowl is incredible- great base flavor and consistency, perfect blend of toppings, with just the right granola-to-smoothie ratio (a rare thing in my opinion!). We’re visiting from out of town and keep coming back here because of how amazing their smoothies and bowls taste. We also love the clean, fresh ingredients and dairy-free options. The employees have also all been really friendly and helpful. Great place!

Ivie Juice Bar is a great place to get a smoothie or acai bowl. They have a surprising selection with specialty drinks youll want to try! The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is fast and top notch! They always know when im ordering to go, I never have to ask. My wife and I come here often, and we recommend it to anyone who loves healthy eat!The ABSOLUTE reason I give four stars, is the price. Their primary customer base being college students, their prices should be lowered accordingly. Other than that, 5 stars!

It was good but its a little pricey

Simply heavenly healthy bliss! This is one of my absolute favorite places to go, especially when I feel I need a natural boost of energy. The food and drinks are very fresh and worth the price! The customer service is even better! Every experience has been a positive wonderful one! I highly recommend!

The flavors were delicious and the people are pleasant. I dont like chunks in my smoothie but besides that everything was amazing.

I ordered the beach babe açaí bowl and it’s tasted really good. Unfortunately I discovered that the granola contained almonds (which I’m allergic to). I spoke to the employees and they were very kind. They kept trying to make sure I was okay and gave me a replacement smoothie free of charge. Great service:)

Ivie juice bar has a great selection of smoothies and açaí bowls. I love having a healthy food option around. They also have pressed juices that are pre made and ready to drink. The açaí bowls are favorite. They offer some of the menu items with protein options which I think is a great add on. The prices might seem a bit much but it’s worth it for what you get! The employees are super friendly and always help you with different menu options. Also It’s on a busy street so parking might be hard to find

Pretty store and decent selection of juices. Picked up the Extreme Green which was perfect (super happy that there was a green option with no fruit). One star docked for dismissive service.

Took a chance and tried this place out on a first date. Looks like the odds were in my favor! Great customer service and fantastic food. Had one of their shakes at the recommendation of the cashier and it was outstanding. It had sweet potato in it, so I was a bit nervous for how it would taste. The food was both extremely tasty and healthy! It far exceeded expectations, and me and my date had an enjoyable time there- very nice and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back on future dates and recommend it.

I’m not the kind of guy to leave reviews too often, but this place deserves it. Definitely recommend getting the protein shake called “Rock That Road”. Even if you’re not big into having a healthier choice, I still prefer this over most milkshakes! Pair that with a super friendly and professional staff, and it’s an easily a 5/5 star juice bar for sure.

Today the owner came into the store & he was not personable. It was bad customer service. They put hardly any fruit in our açaí bowls then charged us when I asked for extra fruit. It was dumb. I’m not coming back to Ivie Juice Bar because I didn’t like the owner.

Ive been back a couple time and have not had to wait long at all. I guess the fact that Ive gone back multiple times tells me its better than 3 stars.Previous Review:Today was my first experience at Ivie. I got Rock This Road. Its a very delicious smoothie. The only downside is I waited about 20 minutes for it. When I arrived, there were 5 customers waiting for their orders and one person in line in front of me. They werent exactly slammed. Id give 5 stars if their delivery was quicker.

As a Brazilian who LOVES a good açaí bowl, I decided to give their Brazilian bowl a try. I found it good but not great. I think its because the pineapple made it a bit on the acid side, but their granola was great and I actually really liked the clean ambiance and fresh/modern vibe. I went back and tried their Oxygen juice and it was DELICIOUS. If youre into juice cleanses and fresh juices check them out! (Oh, theyre also a great place for business meetings)

Ive been going to Ivie Juice Bar since it opened. Ive tried nearly everything on the menu. I love this place. My favorites are the acai bowls and the Rock that Road, but you really cant go wrong. Great food, great people, good times. I always feel healthy after I eat there.

I love Ivie, and its not JUST because my name is Ivy. Ive tried a lot of the different acai bowl places in Provo and Ivie is def my fave. Their flavor combos are the best. The employees are always super sweet. I like to go in and ask them to surprise me with their favorite thing on the menu and they are always happy to do it AND they always choose delicious things! Sure, it might be a lil pricey but not bad because its fresh fruit!

Great smoothie popsicles at a great price. I put the extras in my freezer and they lasted til i wanted them later and did not disappoint at all. And the staff were so helpful and patient while we picked out our flavors.

For the amount of volume this store gets they get your order out quick! it’s nice to have a healthy quick option. there’s so many different options and they’re all good!

I had the Poison acai bowl and enjoyed it to the last spoonful! My wife had a Beach Babe bowl and was similarly pleased. The help was also friendly.

The portion size for a 16 oz is amazing. So much, I couldnt put a lid on it LOL (not my concern here).Today, I asked for a bowl but got a smoothie. Easy fix, wasnt that concerned until when I got my bowl, they dumped the smoothie into the bowl and topped it with pineapple and granola. This item was supposed to include mango and coconut flakes which it did not have and the smoothie portion tasted like a banana milkshake. It wasnt busy when I went in, just a little half-assed.

A great juice bar that sells their own cold pressed juice in addition to açaí bowls and what not. Cute downtown setting. Maybe a bit on the pricey side, but juice is on trend, right?

Wonderful hidden gem about Orem/Provo. I had no idea where to find good acai bowls in Utah until a friend suggested Ivie Juice bar. These bowls are so good and are made fresh ingredients. They definitely make you feel like youre a little bit closer to the ocean! Wonderful place to go get an acai bowl! :)

When Im in a crunch for a meal and want to be healthy, I get the Beach Babe acai bowl with protein or the Beauty Shake with almond milk. So yummy! I wish they were open a little later on the weekends though. Sometimes I get a sweet tooth late at night but I want healthy sweet and Ivie would be perfect for that.

At first site, beautiful artwork and great furnishing. But the beautiful interior design cant make up for the horrible service. Not only must you wait a solid 5 minutes to even place your order, but by the time your food gets out to you, youve forgotten what youve ordered in the first place. Do they even know youre still there? I dont know! Its just a juice, people. It should not take 27 minutes to receive said juice. Even if its one of the delicious acai bowls. If youre listening Ivys juice bar, please, Im begging you, hurry up.-Almost satisfied customer with mixed emotions

Excellent costumer service! I accidentally ordered an pumpkin bowl with regular milk and they were more than willing to make another bowl for free with coconut milk.

These are easily my favorite açaí bowls. No competition! The Poison bowl is my #1. I live in Southern California now, but still make it a point to stop here each time Im back to visit.

I looooooove the smoothies here! They are made from healthy real foods, and super yummy. I wish there were more places like this. Sometimes we have to wait a few minutes to actually get our order, but its worth the wait. I would go here everyday if I could! I think my favorite is the Rocky Road.....

All three smoothies were good, but tasted like something that could be easily made at home. Convenient and fast, but nothing out of the ordinary.

I get my haircut from a barber close by, thought Id stop in. Kind staff, good music and atmosphere. Best part about it is the food, their açai bowls are on point. Check em out!

Came here for a smoothie craving, wasted money on the smoothies. The madhouse tasted like a small handful of berries and mostly apple juice. The coconut one tasted like milk with some coconut milk and chunks of sawdust. Not recommended for smoothies.

Its definitely a healthy, alternative option. However for the price of the product youd expect something more than what seemed to be flavored water.

The zeal acai bowl was amazing and delightful! Atmosphere a 10/10. Best place to take a date and a good change from the normal Jamba Juice places.

Very disappointed in the customer service. The girl seemed very disinterested and burdened by the fact we were trying to order. They didnt have the drink I wanted and she didnt offer any substitutes or recommendations. I was hoping she would make my drink really quick considering it is a juice bar. In the end I paid 8$ for a drink that wasnt worth it...

Friendly staff, yummy food, great location. The Acai bowls are really sweet, so a little more like dessert than Id like, but overall a great place.

Great bowls, great customer service. I dont like that the juice is not freshly juiced when you order they give you a prebottled juice...Even Jamba juice can manage to do that. I think it takes away from the experience especially for the cost your paying. I want my juice as fresh as can be.

I have loved going to Ivie for smoothies and açai bowls but the staff is undertrained. I just paid $18 for a $8 bowl!! I gave the girl a twenty dollar bill and she gave me a dollar and some cents as change. When I corrected the mistake, she argued with me saying I only handed her $10. When I insisted it was a twenty dollar bill, she just pushed back even more. I didnt even have a ten dollar bill in my wallet and, as a college student, paying twenty bucks for a smoothie totally makes me sick! I had come here to cool off from a bad day at work and left even more frustrated. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I feel like they just stole money from me!

Waited 15 minutes, I was the only customer, for a smoothie that wasn’t even the right size that I had paid for.
