Horrible quality. Ive been a firearm collector for many years, buying a NAA .22LR revolver almost 30 years ago, great little gun of high quality. I just purchased another, the .22 Magunum PUG which didnt function out of the box - it jammed on every shot. Also, the hammer rested on the rear of the cylinder, not engaging the safety notch, this defect almost seemed like they installed an incorrect hammer..? There were also machine marks all over the rear of the cylinder, almost as if it had been worked..? I sent the firearm to NAA whom stated they dont have a replacement, its been over 30 days. So, paid over $500 for revolver and accessories and dont have anything. Never again again (NAA).

Sent my revolver in for a repair, they didnt have the parts so they replaced it with a brand new one! They shipped it fast and their customer service was absolutely great to work with. More companies should follow NAAs lead. Really great people, would buy from again!

I went in to get a 22lr cylinder for my 22 magnum Pug. The new cylinder and timing was very reasonably priced. They oiled my gun and polished the old cylinder to look like new. They were quite personable.

Excellent customer service responses by phone and email with quick turn around on repair service. Great company that stands by their products.

The quality of my North American Arms revolver is amazing. The craftsmanship that go into these little revolvers is top notch. Also, they have the best customer service Ive ever experienced. They are nice, easy to work with and respond quickly. Wish I could give them 6 stars!

I sent my mini revolver in a week ago for repair and am now getting it back this week. Quick turnaround time and shipping was all covered.

How good is a warranty if after you get your firearm back after a warranty repair it fails in the same manner immediately. Used less than 50 times, got it back and didnt make another 5. Shipping round trip is about half the value, should I send it back again? Office staff charming as Lysol. Glad I didnt count on it, I would recommend you not either. NA22M

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The people running and employed by this company are the very definition of the word, SCUM. I would leave a story if it wouldnt be deleted by google for inappropriateness. Find your small hand guns elsewhere.

I had received some accessories that I had ordered from NAA last week, I called them today with a small concern in regards to one of the accessories. The lady I spoke with was eager to take care of my issues with no questions asked.When a Gun company like NAA stands behind their products 100%, it only makes me want to continue my business with them.Thank You again NAA.
