Really good selection. Lots of good vintage products that are getting harder to find. Im glad they are geared more toward engineering type minds then just offering the standard junk that radio shack has. Sure online stuff is cheaper sometimes but sure glad you guys are around!! Especially when I need parts now and dont have time to wait to order them! Thanks
Every time I go there, I leave thinking why do I even bother coming here? They have a descent enough selection though I always have to go someplace else for one or two things they dont have (like soldering flux in sizes under a gallon). Customer service is okay in that theyll help you find what youre looking for, but the people that work there dont exactly have social skills and will leave you feeling awkward because youre not as smart as they are (think Big Bang Theory). Also, depending on who helps you, some dont know much about HOW the electronics work, so dont go there looking for technical advice or pointers on a project. They often close when they feel like it. Been there on more than one occasion when the doors were locked as early as an hour prior to the posted closing time with no explanation. Fortunately I dont go there very often, but like I said, every time I leave I think why do I even bother coming here?Other options: eBay (cheap, but may take a while), Radio Shack (despite it being so commercial now, they still carry quite a few components in the back)
