I have a love-hate relationship with this pharmacy I call them the night before my prescription is supposed to be filled and ask them to make sure to have it filled so I can pick it up in the morning and I am set up with their text message system never receive a text this has happened three times I have called the very next morning and they never filled it!! That makes me very discouraged because then I have to wait again and longer for my prescription to be filled! My biggest complaint is I absolutely think it is so unsanitary that they have the covid seats to receive the covid shots right there as you pick up your prescription that is disgusting to me I am thinking of switching to the mailing prescription program due to all these disgusting covid shot areas no wonder its spreading quickly

This is the best pharmacy because of their staff. I’ve used other local pharmacies and only experienced issues. I’ve moved to Vineyard and make the choice to drive further to this Walmart pharmacy.The technicians and pharmacists ALWAYS go above and beyond. Whats even better; they know who I am, welcome me by name, and are proactive in calling me if they have questions or issues. Customer service is vital and this pharmacy has figured that out! My peeps for sure!

I purchased something at a Walmart and tried to make an uncommon return. The two associates told me their manager was unloading a truck and wed have to wait 30 minutes for him to help. Then they changed and said wed have to go back to the store we purchased it at. When has Wal-Mart ever done that?! I think its just poor customer service. People at the customer service station should be trained in good customer service.

Seriously the best pharmacy! Ive been going to this specific pharmacy for over a year now, and I love all of the people that work there!

There is an awesome gal named Toni in the pharmacy. She was a Godsend! I had a one off difficult situation with a Rx. She listened to my problem, grabbed a couple key things and ran with it. She called me within 30 minutes and a problem that had taken me most of the business day was solved. This was out of her normal responsibilities. So as long as Toni is there, I will fill my Rx at this Walmart from now on. Thanks Toni, you get what real customer service is all about!!!!

They treat you like family and always make time to answer questions!

If youve got shopping to do, youll be fine just dropping in on this pharmacy. Otherwise Ive always been in for a long boring wait.

I went to fill my script today 6/7/18. The pharmacist didnt want to fill it and said its his choice he didnt give a reason at all. I usually go to Walgreens to buy them. . Management needs to do something about this power hungry little man!!! No reason was given.
