Thank you for being polite to me. From time to time I do Handyman work for a couple of clients in that area. Sometimes I am a little dusty or my work clothes are covered in paint. Everyone non judemental of me. Your politeness sometimes is a breath of fresh air. Thank you.
I never hold high expectations for a gas station to give incredible service, and am not one to hassle employees but I dont expect them to make me write a 1 star review either.Ive stopped here numerous times at various hours because of its convenient location between places I commute to and buy a can or two of this or that and occasionally fuel - A paying customer. In, out, simple.I came in one night recently as I do and went and grabbed two drinks from the fridge and came up, and placed my stuff on the counter. The doors ring when you walk in. One employee was outside and saw me come in. Another saw me come up the isle to the fridge. The woman behind the counter kept her back to me, toying with the cigarettes for lets say several minutes. None of them acknowledged me at the counter waiting there, ready to check out. I decided to give the benefit of doubt, maybe they were focused, and threw on another item for the hell of it to get their attention. No response. I called out to the woman to try to get her attention several times. Ignored, by all three of them. I started to knock. She looked at me like I was crazy and said effectively what do you want? I wasnt naked, making a scene, or who knows what could possibly offend in such a situation. It was comical at this point. All I did was raise the can up that I wanted to buy so she could see it. She begrudgingly came over and rung me up.I will actively avoid this location. Absolutely ridiculous. If you hate working here then QUIT and do something else with your life.
I have to give this Seven Eleven a big Thumbs up 👍 The Staff here are so nice & they put up w/a lot of miserable stuff from some undesirable people. Including money being thrown at them from under the plastic sheet at the counter. Every time we visit they greet us w/a smile & a hello no matter how busy it is or how late. They even gave our dog Winston a hot dog treat bc it was old & it was going to be thrown away. I thought that was really sweet. We’re locals here & we don’t really use 7/11 all that much but when we’re in a pinch & Smith’s is closed it’s nice to know we can depend on a good little neighborhood store to be there when we need something even if it’s a little more$ than usual. Thanks for the last 20yrs.
There are only a small handful of 7-Eleven stores I visit regularly and this is one of them. The management and staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. No complaints. Keep up the good work!
This seven eleven was good. I noticed the emplyees actively restocking the shelves even at a late hour. It gives you every thing you expect from a classic 7-eleven. I bought a hot chocolate. It only cost me little over a dollar and it was very good. I was pleased with the kindness of the employees. A nice clean up or tidy wouldnt hurt however because it is starting to look very old!
I went in to load money onto my cash card, the woman at the register took a personal phone call while I stood there, then proceeded to help the other line of customers there long after me. Because she would have needed to hang up or put her call on hold she just let me stand there without even acknowledging that I was waiting. She was on the call for a couple of minutes and helped at least 5 other people while I waited. Finally I gathered up my money and card and left, she was still in the phone with what seemed to be maybe her kid arguing about homework.I called after I left the store to see if she was the owner or manager so I’d know if a complaint would fall on def ears or not so when she answered I said “hi, yes are you the owner”? She said “why do you want to know”? I said “because I’m a customer that you just took a personal phone call and helped several other customers while I waited” to which she screamed at me “if I have to take an emergency phone call while I’m at work then I will”!!! I tried to ask her again if she was the owner and if the call was truly an emergency but she hung up on me. I am bewildered. I have never been treated so poorly, nor has it ever been appropriate for employees to take personal calls while helping customers. If it was truly an emergency then god bless her, however it seemed more like an excuse to cover her extremely poor customer service.
My roommate used to always buy me gummy bears here. The gummy bears are alright, but they kind of always hurt my teeth when I eat them. One time tho, I was on a run and stopped in and my friend bought some juice, but I didn’t buy any juice and I kind of regret that and think that maybe I should have bought some juice back then and then maybe my life would be different. My friend who bought the juice is doing great. Maybe I’d be happier if I bought juice too? Maybe in some alternate parallel universe I did buy that juice and maybe my life is complete different. The sad thing is that I’ll never know what could have happened if I had bought that juice. It’s the nit knowing that hurts the most ya know?
Had a headlight go out on the Interstate traveling to Southern Utah. Stopped at this maverick and contacted the Provo city police to ask if there was somewhere safe for me to park and sleep till walmart opens again and I can purchase myself a new set of headlight bulbs. Not only were the police abunch of self rightous POS, but the fat slob of a woman working the late shift was also judgmental and rude. Worst place to ever have to stop!
Joseph was great, give that man a raise!
Cashier was very friendly. Found everything I needed!!!
7-11s are so 20 years ago...
Supposedly open 24 hrs but wasn’t open when I went by. Three people just sitting in there
Be careful you guys I go to this 7-Eleven just about every morning and buy me a donut to go with my hot beverage I have found a hair in the bottom of the bag that a donut comes in I told the clerk they didnt do anything about it so I basically Let It Go and went in a couple days later and bought another donut I got another hair in it very ridiculous who is wrapping these Donuts where do they come from😡🤢🤮
Ive t his 7-11 very friendly and quick
A good gas station based on the others around, but that doesn’t mean much for it. It has low quality everything from food to service and not a place I would like to be any more than I have to. Their app is also extremely frustrating and hard to use. The only reason I am giving it three is because other gas stations are somehow even worse.
I stop for delicious beverages very early in the morning. Service is great and the hot beverage bar is always stocked and clean.
Love this place, very convenient. Great hot chocolate and great deals for drinks. Uses 7/11 rewards app and there’s always opportunities for extra points and free cups!
Very friendly, accommodating staff. I go here a little more than I like to admit but theyre always happy to see me and help me. One time they even ran out of the store to let me know I had a flat as I drove through the parking lot... so yes, awesome staff, well-maintained store, great place
Good service and the renovations on the gas pumps should improve the experience greatly. Love my man Ronald who always helps me out
Always find the employees at this location really friendly. I believe the owners work the registers and always greet you with a smile when walking in. Seem to know a number of customers by sight and even name. Nice clean store.
Employee ignored me when I went to the counter. I had to specifically get his attention. Then when I did get his attention, he had headphones in his ears I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I said something to him I thought he heard me and then he just took out his headphones and stared at me like there was something wrong with me or like I hadnt just asked him a question or told him what I needed. I will avoid in the future and would suggest others do the same.Who the hell wears headphones while working at a retail counter? Plus he was just plain rude and unfriendly. I felt like I was not welcome.
Before today would have rated a 4 or 5 but when in 530pm when app said pizza slice $0.50. Bought big gulp and one slice pizza and he scanned app. Saw price said $2.45 to pay, more than I think normal pizza price and big gulp. Told him something wrong but he ignored me and I was in hurry so paid, didn’t even get receipt to prove anything. Not going back that 7 11 again.
Cheapest fountain drinks around. Good employees
Worked next door (CleanTelligent) for a year and a half. Both owners knew me and my coworkers by name. I have spent way more $$$ here than is healthy. Great little store.
Once I went there and an employee had a thick Irish accent. Pretty sure it was fake, but it made me smile anyways. A great place to get my slurpee fix on a hot day.
I like 7-Eleven. Its one of the very best gas stations. They also have a great variety of goods inside.
It’s a great place to get snacks in the middle of the night if you live close and don’t have a car
Tina is always helpful very good customer service
They have improved. Keep it up and I’ll upgrade to 5 *
It’s really busy on July 11th (which is the only reason I go is for the free slurpees) but it doesn’t look terrible so I could see myself coming back
They stopped accepting people at around 6:50 on 7/11 day because they ran out of slurpee cups (which is fine), but they turned everyone away by telling us it ended at 7, guys and acting like it should be obvious that it was past 7 when we said it was still within the advertised hours. I get that they had to stop, but I could have gone an evening without some dude gaslighting me about what time it was and then directing me to his manager when I showed him the time like I was being belligerent (I was not). This is why I get Maverik now (besides, their bathrooms are cleaner and their gas is cheaper).
The staff is nice and they have good service
They are willing to help, but if they are willing to change the coins, then that will be incredible.
I bought a Cadbury creme egg from here. The foil wrapper was stuck to the chocolate but once I got it open and ate, it was delicious.
The staff is often unfriendly and the interior is not well kept. The gas pumps are at weird angles that make navigating the parking lot difficult.
Best customer service of any 7-11 in the country.
Very busy, usually very nice, but he overcharged my wife over and over for which she didnt really care until she ate some marshmallows. Give me a break.
The owners are thiefs. They didnt pay me for over 60 hours overtime
The Owner actually spends time working his store instead of leaving it all to others to run and the managers are friendly, the place is kept up as much as possible as it is very busy at times
❤
I mean, its a 7-11. Its not like your going to have a bad experience. You only spend like 2 minutes inside
Cashier was very rude to me. Some lady working on a Thursday morning, she was very unhelpful and mean. Never going back to this location or possibly 7-11 again.
Really bad pumps
Come for the Red Box, stay for the Maple Bars
Good service, very good fresh coffee, nice guys!
