Working with Tyler has been a huge game changer in my dental office. I had talked to him on the phone a few times in the past and was skeptical because some dental IT companies charge a ton and then put clients on the back burner and collect their payment. Tyler has been the opposite from the very first time I met him. He fixed things I had no idea were even broken and has made my life SO MUCH EASIER, all for a very competitive price. Tyler has been able to solve problems even before I know they’re a problem. He is very respectful of my time and if something goes down he notifies me of the problem and has it fixed before it affect my patients or staff. No more coming into a disaster first thing on Monday morning. If I ever have a question or need help he is always quick to reply and usually able to remote in within just a few minutes. Tyler has met and exceeded all expectations of an IT company, especially in the dental field, and for a fraction of the price. I can not say enough good about him and how happy I am to have him part of my team.

Tyler has done an amazing job with my MacBook. It had stopped booting up and I couldnt figure out what was going on. After speaking with Tyler over the phone, he did it sounded like a bad hard drive. I dropped off my laptop and he ran some tests and told me that the tests confirmed it was a bad hard drive. He told me about this new kind of hard drive called an SSD, which is a lot faster than a normal hard drive, and installed one for me. Not only is my MacBook a million times faster now, but Tyler was able to recover all of the data from my old, bad hard drive and put it on the new one so I didnt lose anything! I am extremely impressed and highly satisfied with the work Tyler did on my Mac.
