The quality of the majority of the products here are well above par. We were going through whisks every 3 months from several other retailers, last year we bought one here and its still like new. Now weve added a nicely weighted meat tenderizer/flattener and candy thermometer to our collection. Also, #PotterHeads this is your place! They always seem to have something nice thats Harry Potter themed.

This store is closed as of today they told me. I will miss this location. It was a very convenient location.

Mixed feelings. They actually had something I was looking for that I couldnt find elsewhere, but they were very over priced. Also, I heard one of the employees mention that this particular location is in the process of closing, so there is that.

They usually have good sales. Always high quality products. Their soaps and candles are amazing and more natural than bath&body works; better for sensitive skin. 80% of the employees are amazing and kind. 20% are snooty and condescending. That kind of ruins the experience, and adds a weird tension to the shopping experience.

DO NOT BUY GIFTS FROM THIS STORE! I was given hand mixer for valentines day. I used it a few times and noticed an electrical issue. I took it back not wanting a refund but a replacement. Tyson the GM informed me that the store WILL NOT do anything for their customers without a receipt. It was a gift! Ive always thought that by shopping in a higher end store the customers would be taken care of. I am so disappointed.

Great range of kitchen items . But the real gem is the service. The people are the very best . Im limited physically and Renee brought my items to my truck in the parking lot and placed them in the truck for me. Renee is one of the most professional and helpful sales people Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. We need to support this store.

My favorite kitchen store undoubtedly. They have always had high quality chef rolls in stock when I need them. Will definitely go back

Love coming in here to buy kitchen tools and try new cooking sauces/spices, but the employees are always so rude and entitled.

I have been shopping for many years at Williams Sonoma and I have spent thousands of dollars I could probably buy a car with the money I have spent there! I have shopped online and at river woods location since it opened and have seen managers come and go and loved them all until now. The rest of the staff are great. I bought a kuvings juicer and four days later brought it back because cleaning the strainer was ridiculous I only used it once . I had original receipt in original packaging, perfect like new condition. The manager told me he could not return this juicer because I had tried it and refused to give me a refund.. He told me that was told me when I bought it. Such a lie ! He also told me it is Williams Sonoma policy. Another lie! Receipt states: with receipt and new or like new condition and within 30 days. It was definitely within all requirements . Later in the day he called and told me he would return product, that only after he knew I was planning on calling the corporate office.. So beware of this location or until he no longer works there. Which I hope is soon because I enjoy the rest of the staff. He was dishonest and I have never been treated like that at any other Williams Sonoma location! Good luck!

Went in, looked around, and used the bathroom. The bathroom does not say “employees only.” I walked about and one of the employees gave me a judgmental look. I asked “Uh, is it ok that I use your bathroom?” to which she replied “Well, it’s not public.” I then told her that if they don’t want customers using their bathroom they should put up a sign. That was the SECOND time their employees made me feel insignificant and judged. I wish the employees of this awful establishment would get off their high horse.

I love checking out Williams-Sonoma. The prices are high, but they have specials once in a while that are responsible. Still not great, but decent prices.

Worst company!! I will never shop there again. Screwed up an order, no sincere apology, no compensation for their mistake.

Edit: this review only refers to online customer service. I have had great service at the Riverwoods location. Worst customer service experience I have ever had, hands down.

This is a fun, high end, kitchen store. I actually bought something, for the first time ever, from the close out baskets.

Extremely overpriced. Identical items from identical brands can be found elsewhere (Macys, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon) significantly cheaper for as much as 1/2 the price. They have a guaranteed price match policy on their website, but the manager in this store refuses to honor it. Ive had a gift card for almost 3 years now, but cant bring myself to spend it when I can get the same item so much cheaper elsewhere. I may end up just re-gifting it at this point.

My husband and I had the best help here!!! The staff gave us all the information we needed and was very polite.

Always love wandering around a WS store. The crew at the Provo store is particularly helpful and pleasant (much more so than some of the SLC locations).

Bought my waffle iron here and boy it makes some really great waffles.

I ordered the Snowman Cookie jar and it came damaged. This was for a Christmas partyIm having in a couple of days. I had return it to a store to get one that was not damaged in time for the party. Very sad, William-Sonoma used to be a class-act.

I had no idea there was a local Williams Sonoma. They have a good selection of items, and of course, the open stock dinnerware..

I love my family and I love William-Sonoma and like my family they have everything I could need but they also take everything from me $$$ haha

I bought a La Cruset dish here and I love it. Customer service was great and I will be back soon.
