Very happy with Taylor Carpets attentive customer service. They price-matched a carpet I found elsewhere and were able to schedule an install in a reasonable timeframe. The install done by Jose and Jeff was done quickly and very professionally. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied as a customer.

Taylor carpets is amazing. Ive worked with many flooring companies over the years and these guys are the best Ive worked with. Their pricing is competitive, their customer service is spectacular, and the quality of work is fantastic. They put a new laminate floor in for me and I was amazed by the craftsmanship of their guys. Colt was our salesman that Amy and I met at the Home Show. Colt came to our home and measured and our bids for a waterproof 30 yr warranty can’t be beat. Colt is the best!! Sometimes you can get good deals here (especially with remnants for vinyl & laminate flooring, as well as carpet). The workers have always been helpful when weve gone by.

If I was rating just the installation, I would give 5 stars. I had wood flooring installed in my living room, and was told at the time of the measuring that there would be a nice transition where the living room floor meets the kitchen floor. They even lifted out the kitchen floor heating vent to see what was in the kitchen. I didnt find out until after it was all complete that the flooring in the kitchen is almost a full inch above the new living room floor and that there is no nice transition piece that can be used there. Finally after a month of not hearing from them they wanted to install a transition piece that would make the difference in the floor levels even more. Had I known that there would be such a huge difference before the install, I would have used a different type of wood in the living room or had the kitchen done as well. The living room looks awesome though!!

Colt was our salesperson and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful making our decision process very easy. He knew my budget and went above and beyond to go under my budget. In less than 24 hours he came with samples and did measurements. Then at delivery and installation the installer Ernesto,Giuseppe and Jesus was efficient, on time and exhibited a great knowledge of carpet installation, moving furnitures and after care. They did the whole house in like 7 hours which is 5 bedrooms 1 office room and living room The overall experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend Taylor carpeting.

Very pleased with the service here! Both Craig and Matt took their time to answer questions and walk around with me as I decided what carpet I wanted for our rental property. They were never pushy and very honest in terms of what would be most economic as far as resale value since were just updating the carpet before we list the home for sale. Id already received a quote from Home Depot for carpet and installation. Taylor Carpets & Flooring quoted me $1,000 LESS then HD and installed it just a few days later. I love how it turned out! Wow, in an industry full of companies trying to take advantage of their customers here’s a company with real integrity. Besides an excellent product and great pricing they’ve got amazing customer service and really work hard to get you exactly what you want. I was so impressed. They made a mistake in their office and I didn’t even have to call them about it. They reached out to me, owned up to it and got it taken care of. I’m just so impressed!

Staff is very kind and responsive. Their prices are good too. They are a smaller business so they have less in stock and sometimes are a little slow due to being under staffed. All that said they do quality work.

Went the extra mile! As others have stated, nothing about the way Taylor carpets does business is pushy or salesy--they are very easy to work with and professional. We were beyond pleased to find a perfect match for the carpet in our less-used bedrooms to replace and add to the more worn down flooring in our house. We had things measured and quoted and were happy with the price, then the morning of our appointment we decided to have one more room carpeted. We gave them the measurements and they were able to to accommodate one extra room with very little notice. They might not always be able to do that, obviously. We were lucky to catch them in time and that they had enough of the carpet in stock, but that just shows what kind of company they are, that when they got the chance to go the extra mile for us they did!

They are awesome to work with and dont try to upsell you just to get extra money.

It is ok, nothing flattering

Their repair service has been dismal. They originally sent guys to fix our kitchen floor that had gotten water under it which took almost a month to even get guys over to fix it. Then the repairmen did such a poor job that the vinyl flooring started to separate from itself. Then they have said they will send someone over to fix it which has taken another several weeks. When they call to schedule an appointment, they ask expecting us to to be home in the morning on a work day so they can come by to fix.All in all, they have been a pain to work with.
