There was a sign that said not accepting new customers. I went inside to ask what that meant. I told the guy we are working with a builder. I was told if the builder has an account its fine. I told him who the builder was and he said nope not seeing that name. I asked if he spelled it the way I told him to and he didnt. Then he typed it in correct and found the name and then he asked what city he is in and told him. He said it must not be that one. I asked what city it was and he said the neighboring city. Then he goes on to question me if that was the builder. Treating the customer like they dont know what they are talking about isnt good service. Also I asked about the showroom and he wasnt very helpful about it so I left and took my services else where.

Ordered a custom door almost 4 months ago. They called 6 weeks ago said it was in, so I sent my son down to pick it up. When he got there, the shop guys told him “the door came in with a broken light, and I dont know why they would send you down” I have not received any update from them in the 4 months since I paid for this door. I have only received the one, incorrect, phone call, notifying me the door was in. Any small information I have received I have had to call, them, and normally the answer is “I didn’t order that door, so and so is handling that, I’ll have to call you back. This call, inevitably does not happen. Zero stars is the correct rating, but...........

Ive only ever had a positive experience with the guys at Sunroc, from a personal and business standpoint. They communicate their needs, set expectations, and deliver on them. Friendly people - keep up the good work.

Thank you to Mike Watts! Mike has been so incredibly helpful as weve worked through the process of ordering trim and doors. Hes been patient with us, is always pleasant to talk to and answers his phone when you call him. In a market that is flooded with overly busy subs, Mike is totally a breath of fresh air.

Two times received terrible service. Would recommend using someone else.Most recent experience--Went to pick it up some product and was told to pull my truck as close as I could to the dock. They sat my product on the ground and leaned it up against the dock and said there you go and walked away. I seriously was in shock that they didnt put it into the back of my truck which was backed up to the dock. I ended up loading it myself.First experience--My delivery came an hour past my two hour delivery time window. No phone call. I had to call and find out when they were coming. Same delivery, both delivery men were extremely put out that I wanted my product in a specific room in my basement. They said I didnt pay the extra fee for that. I assumed that when they came out to my basement, measured my basement, and charged me a delivery fee that my product would be delivered into my basement. They ended up bring it into my basement, but drove away without telling me they were leaving. They never had me check the product or sign anything. When I went into the basement, I saw they put 4 interior doors right inside the entrance door blocking any walking room. I had to carry those doors back to the room they were supposed to deliver them into.

Mike is a fantastic rep who seems to be about as forthcoming as any person in sales should be. Honest, a good listener, helpful and goes the extra mile.

Former employee of the insulation department. Horrible place to work at to say the least. Management was a complete joke, and treated the installers/warehouse workers very poorly. Wouldnt recommend doing business with them to anybody.
