Great experience after a terrible one at Master Cuts. I had my 4yr old in and out within 15 mins! The stylist was very patient and the cut came out great! Which is hard to do with a wiggle worm.

To be honest I never knew they had a salon and now that Ive had them cut my hair it was the best experience Ive ever had the stylist was patient, talked, was funny, the location is wonderful every bit of the place and atmospher was awesome. I can into this Salon on Monday March 14, 2016.Im very disatisfied with how my hair turned out and I paid $90.My hair when I came into the salon was dyed with Splat color from walmart, the purple pink color. I wanted to look more professional so I could go start applying for jobs. Well when I was getting my service done you could tell the stylist didnt know if it was going to work or not. So after the lighter was one to bleach out the pink and purple out of my hair, it was almost the exact same color. Now Ive been to salons when this has happened to someone, but the stylist at the salon will offer to do it again. This time, the stylist didnt offer that. She said you can come in tomorrow or later and we can dye it. (Which I didnt want to dye over it). But I HAD to come in later and not do it then! Shouldnt my time be valued if Im a customer and your doing services for me. I went back in with my hair bleached over again, by myself and the stylist sat me down and had another stylist come over and tell me she couldnt really help me. Plus if I was to come back later I wouldnt be able to get helped for free, Id have to pay again. I will never come back to the JC Penny Salon again, it was my first time and my last. I never write reviews unless there really good reviews or really bad ones that deserve it. And this deserved it, for good heavens Ill never go back. Jc Penny salon sucks!
