Messed up my order not once but twice. The second one still messed up. The baristas should learn how to listen to details.

Unfortunately I just had a rather harrowing experience, being lactose intolerant I ordered a oat milk no whip Frappuccino on the app, went to go get it and was informed that this location does not have oatmilk so I substituted for coconut milk, no big deal. However once my drink was made it had whipped cream on it, I tried twice to bring that to the young woman’s attention. Instead she talked over me twice telling me to have a good day before she walked away.I typically do not make a fuss and mistakes happen, we are all human, but I have never experienced someone just dismissing and walking away when a customer was trying to get their attention. Never had an experience like this at any other Starbucks before.

I ordered a “special” version of the pumpkin Frappuccino and damn it was perfect, they made it with no complaints and pretty fast. Super conveniently placed on the 3rd floor

By far one of if not the best Starbucks served drinks I have ever had. We ordered a venti non fat caramel macchiato hot, a pink drink and a French vanilla iced latte.All three drinks were perfect! They did not lack any flavors and were sweet not to dark flavored as I usually experience at other Starbucks. The location has a perfect view of the city and even the promotional signs were very creative and well done promoting the latest avengers movie and Star Wars (because it was May the 4th). Highly recommend this location.

Not enough seats. I ordered Gr strawberry açaí and 80% is ICE! Please look at the photo. Very disappointed.

I go there weekly and the employees are really nice. They know how to prepare the drinks.

Personally I am not a fan of over priced drinks but my daughter likes what they have. There were only 3 people in front of us but it still took 20 min to be waited on. She seemed to like what was ordered though.

My experience was such a disappointment, I love a Starbucks coffee but the people working there today did not know how to make my coffee. I asked for a iced caramel cloud macchiato instead I got a brown drink with loads of caramel, the drink does not even taste like coffee. Starbucks please train your employees!

If were up to me, they’d get NO STARS. Always unprepared, dirty, never have enough stock, unfriendly people working. Haven’t had a good experience with them for while.

They took 15 minutes to make my coffee, and at the end the girl made a completely different drink and realized and asked her coworker and her coworker said “just hand it out”

Had a wonderful flavored ice tea.

Just was there. Two baristas, one complaining about working g and the other listening and saying, uh-huh. One said hi to me and never attempted to take an order. I simply left. Not a good experience for the family of a patient. They should know better.

Closes at 9, but they start packing up and cleaning at 7. This reduces the staff to one person taking orders and making drinks. Obviously, they want to leave right at 9, but having one working employee running the whole stand for the last two hours of peak traffic is just sad. I waited for over 20 mins to receive my drink and was frustrated watching the one cleaning get in the way and obstruct progress. Just a terrible work ethic and mindset.

Horrible wait for a simple cup of coffee, Dunkin for sure next time!

Its sad when you work in the mall, and go to Starbucks daily and cant get a consistent drink order. I find them to be slow, cant get orders right&I bring my stuff back on numerous accounts.. I order the same thing every day and one day its great, and the next day its beyond horrible!!!The only Starbucks I have a complaint about.

Sat in line for 15 min while guy behind the register played on phone and walked around not doing his job. Placed order while guy still played on his phone. On top of it he touched peoples food without gloves on. Looks like they havent cleaned in a week.

I literally waited over a half an hour for a large latte tonight 😠 If youre that backed up, at least tell people that theres that long of a wait for a drink!!!
