I had visited the store recently to troubleshoot my phone and look towards a possible upgrade. I was instantly greeted by this young man named Julian. He was patient and outstanding at answering all my of my questions. He even explained the exact breakdown of what my new bill would be. He was very knowledgeable and has a great warm personality that makes you feel like a valued customer. He had mentioned he’s still in training, however i would have assumed he could have been the manager with his expertise. The rest of the staff in this location are all very knowledgeable and friendly, this will definitely be my go to store from now on!!

I had a great experience at this Verizon store, I am very happy with my new phone, and received phenomenal customer experience. I met with Julian who went above and beyond for every question I had. Even with a difficult situation, he did he did everything he could to resolve it. Him along with everyone working were very kind, helpful, and inviting. It was a great experience and I would happily go there again.

Amazing experience! We were trying to transfer a number from another carrier to Verizon. We first spent hours online with different people but still got stuck in the process. So we tried our luck in this store. The store was quiet and clean. Seth welcomed us and breezily got it done in 10 minutes. He definitely saved the day.

Well...way understaffed. I waited 30 min while 2 salesmen worked with 2 different customers and didnt even ackowledge I was there or say sorry for the delay. Thank you for waiting. Or sorry this is taking so long. Nope. Nothing. The receptionist was apologetic but the staff for the neighborhood that store is in were unwelcoming. Hardly an attitude that fits the clientele of the east side. Now I was going in for a new apple phone and watch. Been a Verizon customer over 20 years but i headed to the apple store where I only had to wait 10 minuets. In fact the whole selection purchase and set up took under the time I waited at Verizon.

Love Verizon; Hate the StoreI came in with a faulty device looking to buy a replacement. I got speedy service and while he was helping me, he helped another customer out by activating his device.After getting everything on my end figured out I asked to pay for the device in full. I asked for the total cost and he told me 410.00 + tax .The total came out to $496.96. I wasnt expecting an activation fee, considering he helped a customer activate his device and walk out out without paying for it. But he did help me out with the issues around my account.After taking a look at the receipt, it showed that he had signed me up to pay 0.01 a month for 24 months. I have no idea why, but I guess it was to meet some metric goal. I also got charged a security deposit for 28,70, most likely in conjunction with the payment plan I specifically didnt ask for.I spoke with a few Verizon representatives on their live chat feature and and discussed the issues and questions I had. They graciously decided to waive the $40.00 upgrade fee off of my next bill as well as pay off the 2 year payment plan in full. An entire $0.24.Do yourselves a favor and skip this store entirely, everything you can do in store you can do online now on the Verizon website. Talking with a live representative will get you any answer you need.

I went to this store many months ago to get a new phone, thinking it would be a good experience based on the apparently raving reviews. Prepared to hand over my phone, the sales person asked me for my Apple password. Alarm bells went off in my head. My personal password? Trying to trust the process, I told them I would change the password before handing over my phone. I then realized I should ask if they had the phone I actually wanted (something they probably should have asked me first?)--they did not. I said, Ill come back next week as I felt very uncomfortable at this point. I left and went directly to another Verizon store, where they only asked for me to personally enter my phones passcode so they could access the phone. I cant say why they would ever need someones Apple password, but I highly suggest you dont give them (or anyone!) your personal passwords and also maybe just dont go here.

I went in with a completely broken phone screen (like completely black) and Joshua V. was an excellent sales Rep.! Not only did he provide the best service by going to pick up my new phone in Bristol, he was also able to transfer the data from my broken phone to the new one - which we originally thought may not be possible. He answered all of my questions, dealt with my heavily scarcastic sense of humor and hands down was one of the best Verizon workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This a great store with top-notch workers!

When I came into this location I only intended to return a router. Miguel was nice and ask me what I was paying on my cell bill. Miguel then explain how he could save me money. There was a promotion going that ended that day. I then decided to go with Verizon. I had been with Sprint since 2002.The manager Wesley was outstanding helping.Miguel moved all 6 phones over . It took too closing. Then my son had to be on the road at 2:30 in morning. Miguel drove to him at 9:30 pm and explained how to worked. . I can not explained how much that meant to. The others gentleman Ben and Sal were outstanding.They treated us like I was a Queen.Thanks so much for them.

I had a software issue following a system update. Sabrina, the store manager, took the time to research the issue and showed me how to execute the functions I needed. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ill definitely be back when its time to upgrade my phone.

Went in to simply set up new Fios internet. They had a BIG SIGN that said GET FIOS HERE ... They gave me a phone number to call and sent me away because the lady informed me her system is not working. Its truly a shame because I was looking forward to the advertised premium serviceThe seats are tacky and uncomfortable.

Kyle and Sal at the Verizon store on Wayland Square could not have been more helpful ! These two are awesome ! I ended up with a new phone that had all my data and photos downloaded for me. I also got some great accessories, (thank you Sal !) including a new screen saver that Kyle helped me with. I would recommend this store all day long as the service is superb.

I had started to post a review, & I had not finished it, I had made an error, meant to correct it, when I realized that the message was not visible, & had been sent. I am going to try again.I went into the Verizon Store on Wayland Ave, East Side of Providence last Thursday evening. I was greeted by a very fine professional young man, named Ben who put me at ease immediately.I was under a great deal of stress because I was having some problems with my iPhone & was not able to communicate some very important urgent messages . I had spent 1-1/2 hours in my car talking to Apple Support (who are usually very helpful), & was disconnected, & the problem was not solved.I explained my problem to Ben. He listened to me, & solved the problem in a very short period of time.I was impressed. Ben is tech savvy, knowledgeable, & is someone that I would continue to do business with. Walked in after creating a problem with my phone and tried to call Verizon but nothing worked. So I drove to waterman st location and Sal welcomed me as I walked in the door. He asked me what I needed and although I created a mess he said I can help. And help he did ... he was patient, kind, and considerate and didn’t make me feel foolish for the mistake I made. You’re lucky to have an employee like him and from now I won’t be going to any other Verizon store unless it’s at 229 Waterman St. P.S. my real name is Phae P. Today my wife and I went in to switch from Sprint. Kyle went above and beyond his duties today. He very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Along with that, he took the time to call Verizon and help us deal with some loose ends we had when we left Verizon for Sprint (big mistake!!). Great customer service is hard to come by these days but not here. I highly recommend this store. We came here from North Providence because they arent particularly nice or helpful there. This store has A+ employees!

Had a great time today at the verizon store where I was greeted openly when I brought in a phone that I hadnt bought from the store with a problem. The screen wasnt turning on and there were many other issues. Brandon and Kyle helped me resolve my problems with ease and connected with the Tech Support to receive a replacement device that will come tomorrow. I was extremely happy with the level of service that was given and I WILL come back when myself or my family needs to purchase a new phone.

Our son went in to get a new phone. They “gave” him a wireless hotspot that we have no use for. He told them he didn’t need it and they basically said “it’s free, take it...”Well, this “free” device comes with a 2-year contract, and an added phone line (NOT FREE). They also charged him for the taxes on this “free” device. Money out of his pocket.I HATE sneaky, slimy, lying sales people !!!Our son had our authorization to buy a phone. They lied to him and put a new line and device on the account that I DID NOT APPROVE.Never go to one of these resellers. They don’t work for Verizon, and Verizon can do almost nothing when these liars steal people’s money. Protect yourself and go to a real Verizon store.

After trying to activate an I Phone with Verizon Wireless Customer service I was told I needed to go in to the store. Went here for the first time - Saulo was very knowledgeable and actually knew more than the Customer Service person I had spoken with the previous day. He took the time to set the phone up and answer any questions we had. His co-worker was helpful to others while we were there. They said to come back anytime with any questions. Perfect customer service - do not bother with Verizon customer service - go here instead !

Went in to the store for a new phone and came out with one. The woman that helped me out have me her honest opinion and didnt try to sell me the moat expensive phone. She was knowledgeable about the different products I asked about and the questions she didnt know she helped me find out.The one downside was that I bought a Google pixel 2 and they said it only came in black. I got home and realized it did come in different colors, but maybe they didnt have it in stock. Not a big deal at all, just would have liked to have a choice. Also, because they are an authorized dealer, I ended up paying slightly more for my phone/month, but like $0.30 or something. Worth it in my opinion to talk with someone in person, get your phone immediately and support a small business.

SCAM ALERT: This is NOT a Verizon store. It is a private dealer. If you want to spend more money on your phone - fees added by this store that do not cover the Verizon fees - then go here and buy your phone. Also, Verizon will not reimburse you for those fees as this dealer is independent from/unrelated to Verizon. They also added an additional line to my phone service and an additional electronic device to my phone without my approval.
