Great location. Staff is absolutely the best, front desk kept me updated on my appointment time and helped me reschedule without a problem. The lady that did my wax was very friendly and nice with that hand work, super light hand barely felt it, thank you Jenny! Cant wait till my next appointment.

My first time getting a Brazilian wax and Nicole P made the process very quick! I haven’t shaved in about a month or maybe even longer because I keep getting razor bumps and ingrown hairs. I even have dark spots from the razor bumps. So I purchased the scrub they have here and it is AMAZING! The serums are great to! I’m going to give another update in a few weeks to see if my dark spots have faded.

The place was super clean and the staff was friendly. However if I pay for a Brazilian I expect all the hairs to be off. I came home to a patch of hair I had to shave off. I was also explaining to the tech that I was looking for a cream or exfoliate to help with ingrown hairs. The tech offered me nothing. Never going back to this location. This place was recommended by my BFF. She does go to a dif location. I might try where she goes. But I don’t wanna waste my time nor my money.

I don’t understand what is the point of requiring an appointment if its going to be confirmed AND then tell me the appointment had to be cancelled the moment i walk in. I did not receive any type of communication that my appointment had to be canceled, this is beyond unprofessional. Waste of money and gas. Will not be returning.

This was my first time coming to the new Providence location and I had the greatest experience! The girl working at the front desk was very nice, professional and accommodating. The person that waxed me was excellent as well! She made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole wax, was very thorough, and it didnt hurt. The place was very clean as well. I highly recommend coming here if you ever need a wax service!!

First time coming to Providence location! The team was so accommodating with giving directions to finding the location and parking. The lady at checkout was super friendly as well!Super clean and large waiting area so if not full you can actually wait inside!I saw Karla she was so sweet and super professional! Nicole was amazing! I used to frequent the brockton area european wax, but this is definitely my new place and Nicole is my new wax girl! Made me really comfortable, worked with me being late lol, had excellent customer service, 100% a positive asset to this establishment. I literally cant say enough.Plus the place was clean! Today I went to the Providence, RI location for the first time and I am shocked by the poor service I received. I checked in via text message, per the covid directions on the door, and waited for my text to come inside. After about 40 minutes in the cold, I tried calling the store however the lines were not operating. At this point, 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I opened the door and found that it was unlocked. The employee told me, after seeing me wait outside for more than half an hour, that their internet and phone were down. I suggested that she put a sign on the door to let customers know about this and she simply shrugged and went back to her cell phone.A lack of communication is unacceptable at times like this. The directions on the door asked me to wait outside until my wax specialist was ready, which I am completely fine doing given covid regulations; however, I am not okay with waiting outside for an extended period of time without knowing that my wax specialist was actually ready for me but had no idea of knowing that I was there.Then, I went for my service. My wax specialist was clearly new but I was hoping to give her the benefit of the doubt. Ive been getting waxed regularly for years so I know what is to be expected. I left my appointment with hair still covering the body parts I had waxed and covered in wax residue. To say that I am highly disappointed would be a severe understatement. Waxing is an expensive hobby and when done properly it is 100% worth the cost. Tonight, I paid for an overpriced service that was performed to the lowest standard.I would hope that you implore your employees to put more effort into their jobs and train them to be proficient at the least. I am appalled by the horrid service I received tonight. I will not make the mistake of returning to European Wax Center in the future and I certainly will not recommend this company to others.
