Great little beauty supply shop near a residential area. They have tons of hair products, wigs and hair accessories. Some fashion jewelry as well but mostly hair stuff. I get all my hair supplies here

I’ve shopped here forever and spent a lot of money over the years. I spent $55 today but in the process I dropped a bottle of conditioner and the top broke off. They made me pay for it!I should have left it all there and walked out but I was so stunned and incredulous that they would make me pay for it that I payed for it. Never again will I shop there! For a bottle of conditioner that probably cost them $2, they lost a lifetime of my business. How stupid is that?

If I could give negative 1 star I would, everything is double or triple overpriced your better off ordering online, this is also the same family who owns 2brothers (north main st.) the sister owns this one and the woman they hired to work there to help people didn’t even cut the damn lace off her wig, 🤭don’t know bout you but I don’t want someone like that instructing me about my hair, they also sale synthetic hair as human and I know I can get better quality, service and product elsewhere, so it’s a NO for me also notice the one review they replied to looks fake and it’s from a white woman but it’s a black/ethnic beauty supply they did not thank or reply to ANY of the other 4 /5 star reviews from REAL customers what more do they need to do to show you they don’t value or appreciate you as a customer just your 💵💵💵

They have a very good selections, but may sure you check your items before you buy it. Some items have defects like some ponytails. Therefore, they will give you a hard time to return it or they will not returned at all. Also, the employees were very unprofessional and rude. They dont care about customers. I went to purchase braiding hair on Friday, the girl who was working told me to get human hair to braid the front and synthetic hair to crochet the middle, Unfortunately when I got to the salon my hair stylist did not understand why the girl made me purchase 2 different kinds of hair and she told me to go back and get a store credit and get the correct hair, which by the way was cheaper, when I went back the owner of the shop happens to be there and I explained to him that I was here yesterday and this is what I was told. He said no problem get the hair you need and I will refund you your money. I was very happy with the service and I was able to get my hair done the way it was supposed to be, I just wish the girl was a little bit more knowledgeable of braiding hair, she seemed like she was unsure of what she was talking about thats why they didnt get 5 stars

Its okay. The little manager was a bit annoying. He didnt know much of where things were and what certain weaves were. How do you manage a whole store of weaves and hairs and dont know anything about what youre selling. One of the workers, I believe her name is Naya, was amazing. She helped me pick out different wigs and extensions. Felt more confident buying the ones that I did buy. Will definitely go back as long as Naya is there. She was great.

Worst experience ever. Attempted to return a package of 20 inch synthetic hair that my daughter and purchased there three days ago. Upon arrival home, she carefully opened package for find that the hair was DEFINITELY NOT 20 inches long. She put it back in the package just as it came. Tried to return it today in the hopes that we would spend the same amount of money in the store if they would of given us a refund or store credit. The receipt said, RETURNS ONLY IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE. The sales clerks both responded by saying that the hair was used and no refund or store credit. CLEARLY, the hair was not used, disturbed, or damaged. I dont blame the sales clerks since they are only following the instruction of the OWNER. I blame the OWNER for the POOR customer service and deceitful return policy. You have lost a long time customer!!!

Do better for women of color!!! We are the reason youre in business.Just had a horrible experience at the location off North Main streetJohn the manager here was so rude. So rude and disrespectful. I was there at 7:25 to pick up an eye brow pencil. He opened the door at 7:26 to tell me he closed at 7:30. This man literally pushed me out the door even though I pleaded with him that I just needed an eyebrow pencil.John put his hands on me during this encounter. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Ive never felt more disrespected and publicly humiliated in my life. Never going to any beauty works again in Rhode Island again.

This was the worst ever store experience. I purchase hair and it was synthetic at the closure piece it had white flacks on it. I didnt know what it was so I called into the office to and asked to speak with someone about it. As soon as I opened my mouth to say is there any thing you can do about it the gentleman said, theres no returns, no exchanges and I said what is the product looks damaged. He said we can look at it but it will still be no! I have never had a closure before so I didnt know it was glue but it was all over the closure.I describe that it had an appearance of looked like dandruff. The guy flew off the handle saying that I tampered with it and that they dont sell things with bugs on them. I told him Im not saying that I am describing what it is. I go to the store when I bring out the hair he immediately knows its me starts yelling and screaming you didnt but this from here. I told him I had the receipt in the car he replied yeah go get it and dont come back in. I ask to speak to a manager he says I am the manager. Meanwhile I bought the hair the day before with the manager, so it could have been resolved. I call the place to ask to speak to the manager he says the manager and there is no one else here. I was a customer for 9 years and now I will never go back. They can change the store but not their attitude, Two brothers has cheaper hair and better service anyways.
